If you cant do a job then just say so. Took my car there for leather install. They had to sub door panels out to another shop. 3days later, still not finished. Had to take my car to Cole Brothers where they did it in 2 hrs. Wont go anywhere else but Cole Brothers!. They call when they say they will,.

Do NOT buy your car from here. My fiancé bought a truck from them and within 6 days if broke and had an $800 fix needed that they would not pay for or so they said they need to “evaluate it first”. They seemed trustworthy at first with saying right at sell we’ll fix anything within first couple months or so, but they are liars. Don’t trust them! Wish I could give a negative star.

I bought a Toyota sight unseen. Michael and Wade were so helpful, answering all my questions about the truck. They even gave me a link to look up recalls ( which it had a few) and they took it to Toyota and had them all fixed for free before shipping the truck. I have been buying cars since 1978 from dealerships, and almost every time I walk away feeling beaten up and unhappy with the high pressure and long waits. This time I wanted to get a used but quality truck but dreaded the thought of beginning the process. A friend told me to take a look at AutoPro as he had just bought a jeep from them and said the group there were easy and actually fun to work with. So I went and met Michael who may be the most knowledgeable person I have ever met about every car on his lot and every aspect of the buying process. There was no pressure, no sense of lets get this done now so I can get to another customer, and no feeling of you have to get this done today. He patiently listened to what I wanted and then he let me drive every truck on the lot with advice and thoughts on each truck and its background. I found two great trucks but fell in love with a newer Honda Ridgeline. Michael had clearly studied and researched the Ridgeline and showed me patiently how to work all the bells and whistles I didnt even realize the truck had on it. Once I decided on the truck, he made the financing so easy for me with not one second of high pressure to buy or do anything extra, though their incredible lot has its own accessory store and service center. As well, he actually came out and went over the truck after I had bought it and examined every inch to make sure it was perfectly clean and up to what he called my own standard level of clean with a rag in hand making sure. I have never had such a positive experience buying a car in my life, and I will never go anywhere else to buy a car--they are that good.

We did have an issue with the car about a week after having it and Wade and his team took the car and got it repaired. Avoid this dealership! The salesman, Gabriel, made statements and promises that were not followed through on. The Jeep I bought was a complete waste of money, and I had to sell it (and lose a lot of money on it) since AutoPro did NOT even look at it prior to putting it on their lot and selling it. They just threw it out there. It drove fine on the test drive, and I realize it was an As-Is purchase, but it was junk and it showed it after a day or two. The owner, Wade, is a really nice guy, and he tried to do the right thing when it was discovered his mechanics did not do work I was charged for, but it left a really sour taste in my mouth. You cant trust them to do what they say they will do. If you just have to buy a vehicle here, then make sure to see Mike--he seems like a trustworthy guy.

I had a great time buying a car from Gabriel. The entire buying experience was low pressure, Gabriel was great to interact with, and took care of us. He gave us a great deal on a Lexus and even took the time to detail the interior of the car for us himself since the detailer was unavailable. I wouldnt hesitate to drive two hours again to come buy a car from Auto Pro of Nashville.

Had many issues with the car I bought. I was told by Michael and Wade that they would compensate me for a portion of the $1300 it cost to fix the car. Finally about 6 weeks later received a $200 check At least that will pay for oil change and fluid top offs that they did not do. Also will help cover 2 tow bills. Lesson learned. Before you buy a car here, get it inspected!!!

First, the motor home was ready when we arrived, literally pulled around to the front, very clean, and we received a concise and informative explantation of everything we needed to know. Then, when we got home, we realized we had left something in the motor home. I have not purchased a car from Auto Pro, but have had quite a bit of accessory and mechanic work done and the work performed has always been top notch. On one particular occasion, work performed was a bit less than satisfactory, but every effort was made by management to make the situation right. I will continue to have all of my mechanic and accessory work done by Auto Pro.

A mostly as-is used car dealer. You get exactly what you are buying and that is a used car.They do provide a good emissions inspection guarantee which I found out that they DO follow up on that and make sure your newly purchased as-is vehicle will pass emissions inspection. The check engine light came on literally the day after I bought the vehicle. Sketchy right...? Thank goodness they stepped up and took care of that. Thats a pro.When buying a used vehicle you should be prepared to buy a vehicle you know nothing about...and now the biggest of it all...I had to replace the transmission completely within a month from buying this vehicle. An extra $3,000 expense. Major con.The salesman was very nice. Thats a pro.However promises were made that were never fulfilled. Con. I found that the so called accessories store mechanic that they have on site is incompetent. Con. I saw him about the promised minor repairs to my newly purchased as-is vehicle 3 times and nothing was done. He just kept saying bring it back and let me look at it. He would look at it and tell me that hed give me a call. Never did. Therefore the three visits to no avail. Another con.I also noticed that the car had not had any type of fluids changed out like you would expect out of a used car dealership who is turning cars around. Con.Final thought is I would not buy a vehicle from this dealership in the future. Once again, as-is is for real. They sell used cars. Apparently untouched. If you are comfortable with the as-is purchasing experience or you are a mechanic yourself and capable of taking care of problems, then the sales experience and the ease of purchase at this dealership was good. Just dont have high expectations like I did.
