I’ve been to Jarvis Tire two times now. I was very happy with the friendly customer service and excellent care that was given to my vehicle at both visits. At the most recent visit I was able to purchase new tires and get them put on in the same day. This was extremely convenient and they did it relatively quickly. I’ve had my truck worked on and worked on at another place! The same issue always returned even though I paid for it to get fixed?? David spent the time to properly diagnose my complaint without charging me for things I didn’t need done! All at a cost that blew me away!! Great job guys it’s like a new ride! They are AMAZING!! Words cannot describe how wonderful my experience was. Truly. I was on a road trip with my daughter and my check engine light came on and I needed new spark plugs. They got me in right away and it was cost effective. I cannot recommend this place enough! I would come back here for all of my car needs if I could.

Finally found a good vehicle shop to handle my needs. Staff is great as well as the service. Their waiting room is very nice.

The oil change and tire rotation was as expected. Although on the car sticker it said come back in 3,000 miles (had full synthetic put in) which is good for 5,000 miles.Customer service not so much. Wanted a guesstimate on brake job and could not get a satisfactory answer to do comparative shopping. Guess you don’t want my future business.

Very professional and friendly. The building was clean and there is a waiting area. They did not try to get me to buy unneeded work. I took my car in expecting It needed brakes, but the man said not yet. I will return.

The front office people were very nice and welcoming. I made an appointment and they took care of my car immediately. They did oil change, tire rotation and inspection in 45 minutes. Their waiting room was confortable. They have water and coffee for their customers. I will definitely go back.

I found this place in a Google search and decided to give it a try. I went in to have brakes replaced and an oil change. Turns out my brakes are were fine. Great customer service and the receptionist is awesome! Ill definitely go back if I need any work on my car in the future.

My 2001 truck needed a lot of work (bad shocks, tire shimmy, over 120 k miles since last full tune up, other stuff). Jarvis did a good job on my Infiniti M35h. They replaced both rotors and pads where it was affected. They also filled my freon on my A/C. All seems to be working to expectations. The missing one star is a reflection of proactivity vs. reactive for customer follow thru. Overall, we are happy with the outcome and will come back again.

Didn’t like paying more for my oil change this time without being notified prior.

Helping hands are always there..We have had big and small jobs done there now.. From windshield replacement to bumper hitch..And engine work that was quoted as several thousand somewhere else was a few hundred.

Second time coming here. I have tried Walmart and discount tire here in Brenham with bad experience of no one wanting to help me. I walk into Brenham Tire and am taken care of immediately. Great customer service and they are going to take care of your car.

I didnt notice I had a slow leak until I made it on to East Blue Bell Road and I heard the plopping sound when I accelerated. Luckily, Brenham Tires was only a couple feet away. David was very patience with me ( freaking out about this sneaking on me , during my grocery shopping day)David took the time to help me out, during a very tight tire appointment schedule and asked service man crew member Rickie to help with some air to get me to the store and back home. Rickie is top notch worker and super nice and personable, got me in and out without stopping the work flow. I Cant thank them enough for saving my sister and I from being stranded. Once again Thank you.

I went in to get my car aligned. They called and told me that all this stuff was wrong, and its gonna cost over a thousand dollars to fix it. So when I went up there to get my car, that they didnt align, because all this stuff was wrong with it they charged me 50 bucks!.. just for looking at it. So now Im having my dad look at it and all the things that they said needed to be fixed are fine. I honestly dont even think that they looked at it. They just want your money! I will never be returning there again..

No surprise Brenham Tire has been around 35 years! Just moved from outta state a week ago and wasnt familiar with State Vehicle Inspection.From a warm greeting by the counter ladies, to the warm welcome by their service writer within the first minute. He even checked another TX county to be sure where I was registering if they required emissions. Out in less then 30min. Clean shop and waiting room. Yes only $7 inspect fee, but I will return and tell others.Thanks Brenham Tire ....

I took my vehicle in for a new battery. I selected them based on web reviews and looking at their website. On their web site. They have a section called repairs it has a pull down menu of the repair services they provide. One of the pull downs is battery etc. in this section they have different boxes outlining detail related to the repair. Each has a box outlining what they do. They had a box outlining that they do battery installation . In the same box they had link to coupon for &25 off of $125 repair. Now rember the first pull down that they have says traits and now within this s croon they have a coupon. When I tried to use coupon they stated it was only for big repairs love joe engine servicing. I pulled up website and showed them. They agreed that was what their web site said. They said we dont make much money on batteries and would not honor the coupon. This is fraud and misleading advertising. Im turning them in to BBB etc.

They charged $41 to put my truck on the alignment rack for diagnostics and would not align it because the steering stabilizer was off the truck, even though that does not affect alignment and they could have told me that with the truck on the ground.They also charge labor to check the front end with an alignment when every other shop I have ever used has always included this in the price of an alignment.
