Every time I go here the employees are super friendly and helpful. I love that they have other products in store to shop for when you are waiting or perhaps want to add that extra something to a package you are sending. Definitely recommend 👌

Love this place! They have a fun assortment of gifts from locals, like Steadmans honey from Silverdale, and magnets from PAWS of Bremerton. Faith was at the front and answered my questions about the Wildflower honey I got which was what caught my eye and brought me inside the store. I enjoyed talking to her so much that I had to go back to thank her and get the Raspberry honey she recommended next! I love supporting small businesses like this, who also support their fellow small businesses. We need more of this in the world! They have found a gem in Faith and hopefully they appreciate that! She has a great way of engaging with customers and making them feel welcomed. Will definitely be going back when I need shipping services... Or more honey!

I was wrestling with my machine at home for hours trying to send a 118 page fax...I was ready to pull my hair out and finally realized it’s time to go to a professional! Faith wasF A N T A S T I C! She’s mastered the perfect mix listening, empathy, humor and practicality. Been here a couple of times. Its nice to have a place to be able to drop off packages and I everything Ive sent has made it to the destination. Why 5 stars? One of their employees impressed me with her ability to show genuine care for each customer while juggling several things at once, finding us the best and cheapest option, while maintaining full control over the entire store and making everyone feel helped and looked after. Now THATs customer service 101 and honestly surprising to find at such an unassuming place.

I love this place. They are so helpful and knowledgeable. They have helped me with many services and take the stress out of mailing packages, returning them, faxing and doing notary forms for me not to mention I love shopping for cards I need while I am there.The ladies who run it are always helpful and cheerful and it is so nicely located in that Fred Meyer shopping center and close to my house so I can do several errands at once.

Most of the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. However, there is definite price gouging and complete unwillingness to compromise or try to work with customers. They charged me about $5 to print a return label on a single sheet of paper, and that wasnt the only time we had issues. It would be great if another mail service came into the area to create some competition for them.

The owner is very nice and helpful but their rates are ridiculous - they double whatever the FedEx and UPS rates are for what you want to ship. I understand there needs to be some kind of markup to cover their costs. But a 100% markup? I think they are taking advantage of their customers and the fact there is no competition in Bremerton. They should enjoy it while it lasts because soon someone will come in and undercut these outrageous prices - because even a 50% markup should leave a decent profit!

I went there to get a 5 page document printed in black & white. They charged by $4.00. What a rip-off. I should have gone to the local library and paid 50 cents for a simple print out.

This place is very unreliable. A year or two ago I mailed 2 mothers day cards to my daughters, 1 in Arizona and 1 in Florida, with cash inside. My daughters NEVER received them. I shipped a Fedex envelope on Thursday going to my company office 165 miles away. It should have been delivered yesterday (Friday) in which case I would have had my paycheck yesterday. But my envelope is still in transit. So I wont have my paycheck until sometime Monday.

I went in to have 4 pages printed in color since my printer was malfunctioning and they were the closest printing service I could find. Their prices for printing were not advertised, and perhaps I should have asked ahead of time, but nonetheless...They printed 4 B&W pages for me (not color), and it cost $5.68. When I asked why it cost so much, compared to the $0.50 i once spent on a similar order at a Kinkos, the woman simply replied, Yeah, prices vary between stores.Sure, prices will vary, but by 1000%? Ridiculous.Cute dog hanging out in the store though.

They were able to help me out with a package I didnt label correctly over the phone.

They charged me $6 ($7 if you count the dollar they add on for using a credit/debit card) just to pick up a package shipped to me by DHL. A package I had already paid shipping on. I doubt Ill ever use their store again.

Fast and speedy in taking my package to mail.

I use this location for dropping off FedEx packages often. The staff and service has always been exceptional.
