I stopped by a couple days ago to look at their selection of sectionals, Nichole promptly greeted me and pointed me towards the right direction. Even after throwing a thousand questions at her she quickly had an answer and was very polite through out the whole interaction.As soon as I make up my mind I will definitely be back.

Terrible store, they lie about the services they offer and refused to bring our new couch into the house for delivery. The couch has holes in it and we were denied the ability to return or repair it.

They had exactly what we were looking at a great price. I was hoping for one in a different color and they told us a shipment was coming the next day so we went back and found the perfect one for me. We bought two recliners and a wonderful table.

I went into Furniture World looking for ALL new furniture for our new house. In my opinion the furniture is way over priced when you can go directly to the manufacturer and purchase at a cheaper price & have it delivered sooner. The couch I wanted was priced at $2,800 at Furniture World when I got it from Stanton for half the price. $1,500. If you’re okay with paying the “middle man” then this is the place for you. I purchased 3 “Ashley Signature” dressers and realized I paid far more through Furniture World than I would have if I just went to Ashley. I asked if I ordered online (because of course they didn’t have it at the store) if it would be delivered assembled; Nicole told me yes, it will be delivered assembled. That was BS. I am currently spending my entire day putting together 3 dressers. Why did I spend over $600 to put it all together by myself. I had gone to 2 other furniture stores inquiring about dressers and went else where when I was told I would have to assemble the dressers. I will never buy from Furniture World ever again. I’ll go straight to the manufacturer, pay a cheaper price & have it delivered assembled.

They have a wide selection of furniture, and they always have great deals going on. They also have a flexible pay plan.The ladies working the day I went in to shop were helpful, friendly, and easy to ask for help or information.

If you are cool with being told the wrong couch you need and told it will be there in a timeline that clearly isn’t correct with no way to make it right this is the place for you. I wanted to have a good experience but I felt like it was a bit deceiving, I asked for help picking which sectional I should get and I have explained how my living room was and they said I should get a left facing chaise, sadly that was incorrect and now I waited almost 3 full months for my new couch and it isn’t even the right one I wanted, not only that but they lost my paperwork so it took even longer. I gave them 2 stars only because they at the very minimum offered to loan me a couch but let’s be honest with Covid that really didn’t seem like something we wanted. Thanks anyways next time I will just go through Costco.

They had a couch in their warehouse that we purchased this last Saturday (if it wasnt in the warehouse, they wouldnt have been able to deliver it until the end of April). They told us that our delivery was Thursday and we were on our way. Not even 24 hours before our couch was supposed to be delivered, they called and told us that they sold the couch to someone who came in after we bought it, and picked it up themselves. They said on the phone to come down and theyd get us a deal on another piece of furniture for the inconvenience. That deal folks? $40 off, or no compensation for the couch in the other color. We needed the couch in the color we got because of our children and pets. What a slap in the face. So we decided to get our money back, and Im done recommending Furniture World to anybody who tells me theyre on the hunt for something.

We recently moved into a brand new house I needed to purchase all new furnishings. Stopped by furniture World in Bremerton and worked with Norma, who was awesome. We found everything that we needed and for a great price. This was on a Thursday, Norma had all of our new furniture delivered to our house first thing Saturday morning, just two days later. Couldn’t believe the great customer service. The two boys that delivered our furniture were very friendly, courteous, and even helped bring the big leather sofas into the house for us. Thank you guys for a great buying experience and for a quick and efficient delivery with friendly people. Keep up the good work!

I bought a bed for my daughter....they told me it would be delivered in 6 weeks. It has now been almost 6 months. It is sitting at Ashley furniture in tacoma for at least a week. They wont let me pick it up & they havent bothered to pick it up either. Not happy with their customer service at all.

I came in today looking to get a bedroom set since I just recently got stationed here.I’ve never felt more ignored as i felt coming in here, the rep was sitting on a couch eating his lunch while his other team members were busy taking care of other people, I suppose he felt that was more important than acknowledging me and helping me out. If this is a common occurrence with this specific member of the company higher-ups should definitely do something about it.

Ordered on May 6. Sofa, love seat, kitchen table with 4 bar stools, queen bed frame, dresser with mirror, nightstand.Issues we had.Kitchen table with bar stools. Bar stools couldnt get level. Bremerton location got it right.Dresser drawer had issue and Bremerton location ordered a replacement with long rails instead of short. After reordering got the correct drawer.Bed frame arrives with no head board. 1st headboard arrives damaged. 2nd headboard arrives damaged.Sofa and loveseat is only items arrives with no damage.Compensation for issued items is $200.00 out of $2,626.80.1st time giving a negative review of Shawn out of Burlington Washington.Excuse is due to the Covid bull crappie. Items are from Vietnam.

Furniture World is awesome! Norma is amazing! We purchased all new furniture for our home, even during this pandemic Norma was able to accommodate us. We had the entire showroom to ourselves. Their selection of Stanton furniture paired with Normas design sense was nothing short of fantastic. Even better, their prices are extremely reasonable. We will be going to Furniture World for all of our future purchases.

Excellent customer service! Nicole was upfront about the timeline for delivery, what to do if item is damaged in shipment and answered my questions. Got a great deal on the chair we wanted as well.

Jeff and Norma gave me the run around for almost 7 weeks. Paid upfront and it was extremely difficult to get my money back. 10/10 would say dont waste your energy despite the location of the warehouse. I dont recommend you purchasing anything you cant take home day of.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Had a huge collection of furniture to choose from and if perhaps you didnt find what you were looking for, they also have a website to choose from. I also personally appreciated the sales person calling me to answer my question she wasnt sure about at the time. Definitely would recommend and the prices are extremely reasonable.

The experience of buying a sectional couch with matching recliner and an entertainment center with fireplace insert has been good ...the delivery people of Kevin and Leo was exceptional and amazing. We have purchased from here twice and both experiences were amazing. The first was a sofa and love seat set with the matching recliner a month ago and its super comfortable. Also just last week we also bought a dinning set and once again super happy with my purchase. The delivery service is incredible and gets here on time! My husband chose the delivery option so we would set the table ourselves and I was given very helpful tips by the delivery people. Overall an amazing place and will be buying from here again.

We purchased 2 chairs from these folks in November. One chair had defects. I tried to live with it, but decided I could not; so I began the process of trying to get help with it or get the chair replaced. It took awhile, but i want to commend ALEX WINNTER, warehouse manager for making this right! The chair is replaced and I couldnt be happier. You never gave up when others would have.Thank you ALEX for persevering and the great customer service! It saddens me to write this review because we really liked our furniture and the staff was so nice. My husband and I furnished our home from Furniture World and everything was great until our last order. We were PCSing and we decided to order two more dining chairs for our set. We informed the personnel at Furniture World that we didn’t need it delivered and that we would set everything up ourselves once we arrived to our new duty station. Fast forward and we finally open the box and guess what the salesman ordered us the wrong color and style of dining room chairs. We’ve called to speak to the manager and every time we call they tell us she is out on a lunch break or on vacation. I don’t understand why the message wasn’t relayed to her once she returned. I wouldn’t order from this company. Everything is great when you’re swiping your card but when there’s an issue then there is no follow thru. Anyone reading this, especially Military or Veterans please take your money to another reputable company. Not worth the headache.

I really wanted to like this furniture store based on the mainly positive reviews left by everyone else. We walked in and definitely had intentions of purchasing a sectional today, but we were treated like our patronage didnt matter. The employee didnt bother to get out from behind the counter once and answer our questions regarding buying anything. So, we looked around for a bit then left and bought our furniture elsewhere.

If you are looking for a place that treats you like you should look no further.. very good customer service not pushy like other furniture stores my wife and I have gone to. They were very personable and willing to spend time with us to figure out what exactly we wanted; style, look, and design. Dont be discouraged because its in Bremerton. Great quality products with ACTUAL people that care about their customers. Very satisfied with my time spent here. Friends custom ordered a couch here over a year ago still holding up well. Waiting delivery of ours at the moment will update after it arrives.

Visited this store today, 7/10/2015. I do agree that they have some good / fair prices on items. However we walked through the whole store, was there for about 10-15 minutes. Not one single person even said Hello. Business must be so good they dont have to interact, or even greet customers.

I ordered furniture 3 weeks ago from the Bremerton store and they called on Friday March 23 and said it was all in and wanted to set up a delivery date. None of there dates worked with my schedule so they delivered it today March 31. We had a sofa and love seat , a dining room table and chairs, a bedroom set, a extra dresser that matched the bedroom set, and another dresser. Unfortunately my one dresser was mistakingly not ordered as it was missed on the sheet but it was available at one of their other stores and will be picked up and delivered to me instead of making me wait for it to come in. It was nice to get a follow up phone call and first someone admit their mistake but then to hear a person say they were sorry and do everything they can as fast as they can to make it right! You wont get that at a big box store or furniture place only a family owned business that truly cares about the people who keep them in business. So thank you again for your true customer service!

Keep getting put off for repair of drawer for a childs dresser. They tell me they will be here on Friday...no call no show. Came by Tuesday, broke a part and said he would come back today between 1200 and 3pm. Once again no call no show. They love your money but dont want to be bothered with service after the sale! Worst experience. We bought a dining room table off the show room floor with cash and a bed room set that had to be ordered and decided to finance the set. The table had a few scratches, we paid $800 cash for it. They said they would send someone out to fix the scratches, it was over a month before we even got a call to schedule it. They bedroom set was $1400 after delivery which one guy told us would be $69.00 and the gal told us $79.00 we paid the $79.00 delivery fee, when asked why we were told the other amount Sandy gave us an attitude I dont know Im not the one who said that. Sandy told us our first payment would be on Feb 5th. Our payments were secluded for the 5th and 20th of every month. They lied to the finance company said we got our bedroom set on Jan 16th. No we did not it was later then that. And so because they told the company we got it on the 16th they charged our account on the 20th. Good thing we had the funds in there.Sandy was rude when we were purchasing both. Michel the manger is very nice.We will NEVER buy from this place again though, due to them lying about when we received our furniture to the finance company.

Overpriced.. Went looking for a couch found the exact same Ashley furniture couch at big lots 400 dollars cheaper! In stock as well! Same exact couch!! Also note you have to order from them then they order from manufacturer and its delivered to this place....You know thats called drop shipping basically and why would I use a dropshipper? Why not just get from the manufacturer as Ashley was willing to send me one out in 2 to 3 weeks for 799.99 plus shipping.Just a note, manufacturers make product, resellers then buy product and mark up from their discounted price to make a margin. This place is gouging that margin. The set was on for 799.99 at big lots and this place had them for 999.99 then big lots had a 20% off sale and we got the sectional for 200 less so 599.

Scam!!!!!!! Went in purchased a set of funiture when I received it it was damaged they told me they would get me a replacement out and never did! I also purchased on the 90 day same as cash, the man said that if I didnt finish in the 90 days whatever I owed would double I paid all but 300 in the 90 days and the balanced quadrupled called and spoke with Jeff and he was very rude said I should learn how to read a contract even though his employee wrote down what he told me! I wouldnt recommend them!

The people there was nice. But they said my couch would be delivered to us within 3 weeks. Here it is a month later finally got my couch but its broken and all messed up. They said they would bring me a new one the next day. Now the next day is here and im being told they cant bring it today. Now that is twice iv rearranged my days so i could be here when they got here. Now im going to have to do it tomorrow. Im not happy that they think they can get awsy with this. We went to go buy a bed frame . I have a full size mattress and they told us they had a queen only in the back. They told us there isnt much of a difference between a queen and full. We got the queen, built it up to find a huge difference. I let that slide since it was an honest mistake but I wouldve assumed they knew something about bed measurements since they sell them. We ordered the full size, they never call to tell us they have them we always have to call first. When they brought the boxes , one of them was busted open. Apparently they had dropped it which destroyed one of the bed boards and the hook was bent. I was more surprised that they were OKAY with giving us the busted boards. We set up everything and the bed was fine until a couple days later when the boards kept slidin out of place and makin our bed collapse. I thought I could work with it, I screwed the boards in place (I tried atleast, the measurements for it were completely off) and they STILL managed to pop out of place. The extra support legs for the boards popped off too. After only THREE MONTHS of having this bed it went lop sided. The metal hook popped out of place on both ends. The boards underneath completely gave up ( at this point I was stacking books and weights underneath to keep it leveled) one of the hooks came out of the wood, were currently wood glueing and trying to reforge what we have. The whole frame is nice quality, but the boards to support everything is made of terribly cheap material. Id go back only because the base wood is good quality(better than anything Walmart offers anyways) and good price. They had good customer service. I have taken pictures of everything if proof is needed.

Furniture is ordered after selecting from a book..quality similar to Ikea..but there is a several week waiting period to receive Furniture..not worth the trip from home to store.
