I brought a bike here for assembly. They were already busy but made room to help us out. The job was completed at an expert level and in a very thoughtful manner. This staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and simply just good people. They are everything you want in a small business. Absolutely go here.

I went in to get a new vehicle key made and both keys I were given didn’t work. I was told it was my fault for giving incorrect key code when key code was in fact correct. Was told to look up on YouTube to remove trunk lock of car even though I was going through this extra ordeal due to their negligence. Still haven’t received my refund either. Awful business.

Nobody at the shop told me when I paid over $100 for a new car key that it probably wouldn’t work. That was the way they acted today when I took it back. They said it’s a Honda problem.........Really disappointed. They might be fine with bikes but don’t trust them for car keys.

I had a small problem with the hub on my bicycle. I came in expecting to buy a part to fix my bike and spend some time explaining what I really wanted. But Nick stopped what he was doing when I started explaining myself and fixed my hub in less than a minute. If you have any bike problems I would suggest this place. I plan on being a frequent customer.

The prices are great and customer service is exceptional! This family owned business cares for their community and it shows with how they treat their patrons. First bike shop Ive been in where I was not sold something I didnt need, but was asked what was I looking for. Highly recommended to local residents and military families.

I had a great experience with the new ownership. I just came in for some tubes, but saw they had a clearance table full of useful stuff. They helped me find some handlebars that fit on my old bike for a great deal. I look forward to shopping here the next time my commuter bike breaks down.

Kitsap Key and Bike is my main bike shop for repairs. Nick and his associate do great work on vintage 10 speeds to top of the line carbon bikes. I trust them with my life. Nobody beats their prices. They also have a decent selection of commuter bikes and even some deals on used ones, not just BMX and mountain bikes in the shop. Also, plenty of accessories, but no clothing or shoes. They will also special order what you want, like my Continental All weather tires, which I love!

Cool local shop. Good selection of tools and wear and tear parts at reasonable prices.A table of odds and end parts at discounted prices. But best of all the laid back environment, no pushy sales and friendly service.

I called to see if this shop carried the standard 1-1/8 star nuts that are used to attach bike front forks to the headset. The gentleman that answered the phone seemed as if he had never even heard of this standardized part that is ubiquitous across all models of bikes. It was a short phone call, but the gentleman didnt seem very friendly either. I was thinking about stopping in to take a look around at the bike components and tools, but Im now planning on taking my business elsewhere.

Fantastic place. A neighborhood kid messed up my sons bike so we brought it in. A week later it was fixed but a few days afterwards the chain kept slipping and one of the brakes wasnt working. Brought it back and they had it ready a day later with no charge. Very polite and professional. I will definitely bring my bikes back.

Ive never been here until a few weeks ago. I came in to get two of my keys duplicated. Upon entering, youre hit with the whiff of tires. Its reasonable seeing as how it IS a bike shop so theres going to be a ton of bikes. I dont quite see how they could avoid that, so its understandable personally. If you dont like the smell of tires, then dont come to this store. All I can say. When I went to the front desk, there was someone there which I assumed to be the locksmith, cashier, and bike salesman all in one. I asked if I could duplicate some keys, and they said they could. He was working on something while I was talking to him, so customer service was 100%, but it was sufficient. He took the two keys I had offered to duplicate. I had never been to this place, and it was kind of risky handing the only copies of the two only keys I had over to this kind of shady looking bike place in the middle of Bremerton but I needed these keys duplicated. In the first 15 minutes, he looked on the giant wall of keys behind him, for what I believed to me, a similar key for him to sculpt they key. In the next 15 minutes, he sculpted the keys and came out with 2 duplicate keys for each of the 2 keys I gave him.For a total of 4 duplicated keys, it cost $12.86 which is after tax. The current tax in Silverdale is 9%.Later that day, I tested the keys and all four worked. Id recommend going to this place to get keys duplicated and probably other services a locksmith offers. However, note that I only came here to get keys duplicated. I also did not purchase any bikes, so I wouldnt know if its a good place to purchase bikes.I give this place 4/5 stars.
