We had purchased a tire that ended up being a dud. We then had our car towed back and the staff were amazing. They ordered the new tire and had our vehicle fixed so quickly free of charge, as well as fixed the alignment. The staff was amazing and totally their for us as customers. I highly recommend them, previous to this a few years back they fixed my tire that had gotten a nail and have always just been so personable and supportive of the customer.

Take your business elsewhere. This shop destroyed two wheels on my RV by not lining the pins up properly. When I realized I had an issue I took it back and they said they fixed it. Took it to another shop that determined that because this shop forced the wheel on without pins aligned, the rim is bent severely and will not line up properly. When I reached out to discuss the issue I never heard back. These were 16.5” rims on an old RV that are very hard to find, and I have to try to find replacements.

From the phone call asking about tires to leaving they made a bad experience praying that my tire and the baseball size bubble doesnt blow into a pleasurable full of good conversation and laughing time. I have never had one complaint about this place they always have the tires in looking for. Great friendly staff

I would highly recommend this company to anybody looking for tires. It says used but the one one I got was almost brand new. Do not buy your tires at Walmart or other big chain businesses. The price the customer service here gives you is the price you’re paying out the door unlike a lot of other places.

We came in with a flat tire that needed repair and the people tar work there were absolutely amazing! They were so helpful and kind, and the price was unbeatable! I will definitely come back again if I have any tire issues, their service is great and they are a great addition to the community. My friend did not have to do anything everything was taken care of, even the spare tire the mechanic put back into the trunk. Brought my pickup in for a flat repair. Was told there is no problem . Truck started to shimmy & vibrate real bad at speed. Not trusting QT, I went to Les Schwab who found the nail and a bunch of Fix a Flat in the tire. I wont be going back to Quality Tire, nor would I recommend them. They cost me money and time unnecessarily.

Went in for some used tires for my work vehicle today. They were great and have very fair pricing. They work fast and are very efficient with thier work. The staff are very friendly and informative. They tell you of the work that needs to be done. And are not pushy about it. They truly appreciate your business. This place has just locked up a repeat customer

I have been going to this shop for 15 years, they have serviced all of my vehicles from new tires to brakes, ABS issues, taillight issues, oil changes, tunes ups, and anything else I need, they have changed out ball bearings and CV joints, and always service me right away. They have a way of making you feel like your job is the most important one there, even though they have lots of other cars they are working on and I couldnt be happier, time and time again their prices beat out everyone else, the quality of work has been top notch. I only go to them because I trust them, This is the kind of ma and pa shop that delivers high quality at a reasonable price. They will always have my business.

Kinda tight quarters, but they make it work. They installed my used/purchased tires with no questions asked. Their prices are a wee higher now ($25 each truck tire mounted/balanced) which kind of bothered me a little bit. Real friendly people got it done for me on a crummy day though, with no appointment, and offered a bottle of water/phone charging station/& TV while I waited.

Called for a quote to take off one locking lug nut on each rim..Bought a car and no key for lugnuts..$10 per lug nut=$40 + tax..Just went online and bought the Gorilla locking key off of eBay for $6.99 free shipping..I will just have to wait to do my brakes..Shows your honesty and integrity in your business..

I went in three times to make an appointment. Never did manage to get help. They have problems communicating, managing expectations, and following through. It is very disappointing since they were my top choice for over 18 years!

Had a set of tires already bought and simply needed to have all four mounted and balanced. When I phoned for a quote the woman said 20 a tire. So 80.00...then she says 60.00 . I asked can i bring it in now? She told me yes. Once ive drove down to the store its 30 minutes til clossing. She states she can only do 2 tires. I thanked her and left my keys. I shortly visit the liquor store and when i come out of the store my cars sitting out front looking done. I pay her and drive away although the car dont feel right i test it around the block and pull in to eat on th corner of Naval and 4th st. Only to see a flattened tire. Getting out i notice on my dash 2 lights never on before ABS and BRAKES . so they tampered with my car! When I walked down to go get help from the tire store and the lady told me just had her men clock out and was off the clock. That he was already drinking. Not to mention the burn out marks he left behind my car burning off my tires in the parking lot. Even worse, this company knew i needed these done for working a job in shelton/Allyn area.I didnt want to drive that far with old tires. Now im told that my tires werent under any warranty. So now its just cost me the flooring job and 40.oo for 1 mounted n balanced tire n 2nd tire mounted and balanced but flat. Probably never balancd either. I couldnt believe the woman actually had the balls to say i am so sorry!I cant believe she told me they were all drinking. Either way...this place aint no tire company leaving a customer broke down 2 businesses away from their store! So...my disabled husband and i were left sitting in the parking lot broke down having to change a front wheel drive vehicle....to change a flat tire and mount a spare donut on front for a long dangerous drive. So they could get drunk sitting there in the shop of tire company. I would say this isnt a business ...... This is a party club.....dont stop here it will be your last stop off your day.

Best garage around.I am spoiled on mechanics being from Buick City where everyone grows up to work on cars. Since I moved out here to Bremerton I have felt taken advantage of everywhere but here. Quality Tires is by far the most honest car shop around. They keep my beater running, as well as my family car. Prices are the most reasonable.

Dishonest service took our truck there to have for rims and tires swapped out for the ones on the truck Debbie told my wife that they might rub on the fender my wife told Debbie to not to do it then if they were going to rub they change them told my wife it was okay and sure enough they rub called to fix the problem and was told would have to pay again to swap them back out very dishonest would not recommend this place to anyone for anything
