Zero stars if I could! Owner approached us to not touch anything as I was holding something I was interested in purchasing. I quickly put it back where I found it so he wouldnt accuse me of disorganizing his stuff. No prices on anything as he said he had to look up how much things were going for online (which I could have saved trip and bought online on my own). He said he was protecting himself because of all the resellers making money off him. I inquired about a price of something in a case and as he was looking it up, he proceeded to argue with another customer about the price of something else. I walked out before he ever got me a price. Some good stuff in the store but I imagine its because he cant sell anything because of inflated prices or that bad attitude. Never coming back again. Id rather spend MORE money with a retailer that appreciates their visitors and not assume Im there to break his stuff, make a mess or steal. Hes either crazy OCD or a hoarder that doesnt want to sell anything. Either way, his attitude is enough reason to avoid this place.

Great selection of quality tools. Everything is meticulously cleaned (no junk) and very carefully arranged. I did not find the shop owner to be rude - just very clear that everything has a place. He was actually very nice to my mother and I.

I went into the store and there are no prices on anything so I assume you have to ask and haggle. Not a good sign.I found something behind a display case that I liked and before I could ask about the price the manager came up and shooed me out of the way and closed the display case in front of me while I was looking at it.Then he told me if I was serious about the items then I could look at them.I have not been treated so rudely by a store owner in my entire life. I will never buy anything from this jerk.

My husband and I are visiting from out of state and wandered into this store looking for some treasures to buy. We were not greeted with a hello but the owner came over and asked us not to pick up anything unless we were planning to buy. He also told us that he did not operate a not for profit thrift store and didnt have volunteers working for him, and didnt have time to put prices on his items because he was too busy keeping his store tidy. He then proceeded to tell us not to be offended because he told all his customers the same thing. I have never walked out of a business until today. If I could give this business zero stars I would. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in a thrift/ resale store. Very rude. Might want to work on his people skills. Please dont waste your time. Lots of other places around that would value your business.

Owner is extremely rude. Greatest is at the door by saying “I purchase everything, nothing is donated. Don’t touch anything. Leave it as you found it”. So we gingerly walked around to see what was so special and it’s all junk, nothing worth the walls around it. Can’t believe he’s actually in business. He scowled at us the whole time we were in there. We’re three 60+ old ladies for goodness sake, not 2 year olds! Weird!

Instead of a hello or hows it going the owner told me not to touch anything unless I was going to buy it and that he was not my mom and would not clean up after me. First of all, the place is already a mess and second of all I was being very respectful of the store and third, my mom does not clean up after me, she raised me to be a tidy and polite young man.I felt especially insulted about the remark about my mother. Nothing is marked so he will basically size you up based on how much money he thinks you have. I looked through the whole store and it is all junk, nothing you couldnt find at a goodwill for half the price.

This was the worst experience I have ever had walking into a business. We were not greeted professionally. He told us if we touched it we needed to be buying it. The guy is rude. Nothing is priced and when you ask he tells you he doesn’t have garage sales prices. We looked a game system that was caked in wax, no cords and he wanted $100, which he loves his stuff and he tells you he does it all. Please listen to these reviews because they are true. The place is a joke.

Can I do a minus star? . I have never walked out of a thrift store before and having my own store I know how much work it is. But I would never in a million years speak to a customer the way the owner spoke to me. I don’t care that you buy from auctions, that you’re not Goodwill, that you don’t have volunteers, that you have overhead. If you don’t love your customers and potential customers go do something else that doesn’t involve the public.So RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL and CONDESCENDING.The funny thing is I spend a lot of money with dealers and non profit and for profit thrift stores and I drive by all the time. Could have been a mainstay along my thrifting and treasure hunting route. Instead I’m sticking with Abrahams House around the corner where I have spent plenty of money and will continue to do so.For those that insinuate that people haven’t been respectful? Trust me this man needs 0 provocation to go off and vent his black poison on any unsuspecting individual.

This may have been the strangest second hand store experience ever. There were no prices, and when I picked up a small item to turn it over, looking for a price the employee barked at me to put it down. You need to pay a liveable wage to get good help. Wont go back.

Asked me if I had ever been in before and when I said no I was new to the area he did not welcome me as most businesses do but told me not to touch anything. Will not be returning to this store full of broken and dirty junk.

The name says it all, this place is trash!I went in there with my kids today for the first time after driving past it for a year excited to try a new thrift store in the area but when we walked in we were not greated, the place was a disaster, cluttered, and nothing was priced. Being a thrift store you would assume there would be prices on the items but to our surprise when we asked about pricing the owner said he doesnt hire employees and gets everything from storage auctions and went on a long rant about how hes tired of people telling him they drive past his store and went on and on about he prices everything himself in a very unwelcoming manner. The owner was incredibly rude and made me and my kids both very uncomfortable because of the tone of his voice and the way he was responding to my simple question was extremely out of pocket. My 5 year old was looking (never touched) and he bascially scorned us for picking up something to look at it saying kids are not aloud to touch anything in this store nothing is for kids when it was clearly a kids toy that one of the adults was looking at. Horrible experience will not be coming back. I support small businessness but NOT from someone who is extremely disrespectful to there customers.

Great little place! Tons of this and that! I found a plethora of wonderful unicorn figurines, my fave! The owner was sweet to me and I got a wonderful price!I understand what others are saying about his need to put things in the same place! It could seem rude or distrustful but I dont believe that is what is intended.Its obvious that he takes pride in handling everything himself, but in doing that it leaves him a bit stressed!I will be returning!Happy customer 😉

The first time I have left items on a counter and walked out. Nothing has a price, yet he says he buys everything himself. I was extremely excited to see such a store, but after ready about it, rudness, no makes, no pricing. Im not excited to go anymore no do have the desire to go at all.

I truly believe that how someone is treated is based off their n behavior. Ive been there a handful of times, and each time, the owner has been friendly, willing to help, and generous. He simply asks you to make sure you leave things as you found them. He is the only one working there, and he buys everything he sells. I just moved into a studio, and he gave me the items I wanted to purchase for a total of 10$ as well as let me take a shelf and gave me decent bath towels. Its a favorite store of mine for misc items.

First off, asked politely how I find out prices, and he rudely lectured me that he doesnt have time to put prices on the things in his store. Fine. I wasnt too bother as he had a point.Then i led him to the item. I told him a fair price and he immediately doubles it. Clearly doesnt know the product as I am offering an extremely fair price for such a common fishing rod and reel.After its clear we werent going to make a deal he literally slams the rod back in the bucket and walks away muttering under his breath...Also he wasnt wearing a mask the entire time.

Went in today. I saw an item I wanted to buy and was getting it off the shelf when I was yelled at. I immediately left without purchasing the item.

1st visit here. We were a small group of 3 females, including a 7yo child. The owner followed us out to our car to harass us and cuss us out because we left without buying anything. My mom asked to use the bathroom while we were shopping and his response was Well are you gonna BUY anything? (That is the point of shopping, isnt it?) At that point I was unsure of giving him my money. Despite how dirty, grimey, unorganized, and unpriced everything was, I found some albums Ive been looking for and was going to buy. Until I hear him bark at my mom again, about not touching everything because of the pandemic. Understandable, except his store is such a horrid mess it is unshoppable unless you move things, without exaggeration. The store front mess outside makes it look neat inside by comparison. The store being a nasty mess is one thing, but for this man to follow us women out to our car to intimidate us for not buying from him is beyond the pale.

OWNER IS INCREDIBLY RUDE, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.I went in just to browse, as one does in a thrift store. Looked through a lot of junk for about 30 minutes, finally found one thing to consider actually buying when the owner came up to me and asked why I needed to look through everything, and accused me of touching just about everything in the place, in a manner that I could only assume meant he was suspicious for some reason. I apologized for wasting his time and set the item down and left. As I was walking to my car, he came out the back door to the parking lot and yelled at me on the sidewalk All it takes is a little respect! I had done nothing to deserve being yelled at or accused of stealing, and I recommend you avoid this place unless you too want to be treated as if you are an intruder or thief.

Drove by this store and saw the door wide open. I walked in to check it out. Apparently I was ten minutes early. The owner (?) gave me serious attitude after I politely apologized. Wont be back.

The owner put his hands on my wife and started yelling at her for picking up and setting down( in the same spot) a curtain because it was coated in dirt and unknown substances. Lucky for both of us as I was looking at some vintage jerseys on the other side of the store and didnt see him touch her. I am the GM of a successful restaurant in tacoma, and my wife works at a non profit in service to others, we had good money to spend but were chased out like lowlifes for having the nerve to touch items in a junk store!! We were followed out the door being berated and than the owner came out the back door while we were crossing the st away from him yelling about respect and not touching his stuff like some kind of two year old. I wish nothing but misery upon this cranky foul smelling curmudgeon and his forsaken junk palace!

Owner was rude at first but when I went back he gave me a good deal yes the stuff people say on here about him having no prices and stuff is true but he will work with you I got some vintage starwars figures for $5 a piece and got some other good stuff here. But he is still occasionally rude. Giving this 3 stars because after I went back multiple times I have found some good stuff

Owner is a big A hole for someone who has a store full of other peoples junk he gets from storage auctions. Rude and not a pleasant person in general when you try talking to him. If you want a unpleasant shopping experience this is the perfect place for that.

Just like many other reviewers I got to experience firsthand some of the worst customer interaction ever. Recently moved to the area and went in to browse clothes and furniture. I read the signs posted at the door and was abiding by all of them when a man who identifiied himself as the owner began interrogating me on what i was shopping for and why and not in a friendly way, but asking them as if i was lying and getting visibly angry when I tried to disengage. Nothing in the store is clearly labelled or priced and as I was looking over some jeans he began yelling at me about how I was touching womens jeans (they were not labelled as womens) anddemanded to know how much I was going to be spending. This shocked me as I had yet to pick out anything and again, there were no prices. I told him at this point I wasnt sure I was browsing and he told me to get out and come back with money in hand. Never going back and can only hope my warning helps you support better businesses.

Steve is the only honest merchant in Kitsap County.He does not haggle with the goal of ripping people off, but instead curates abandoned items and sells them for fair prices.The fools complaining here on Google wouldnt know a good deal if it hit them in the face. If you want standardized, over-priced, mass-produced schlock, then go to the corporate outlets. If you want niche items that outlets cant and wont provide for a price that is a fraction of their market equivalent, then turn Trash to Treasure and pay a good man a fair wage for hard work.Thank you for what you do, Steve.

We were curious so decided to check this place out, big mistake. Everyone working there at first seemed pretty cool. Then as we were looking around, a guy who I believe was the owner rudely came up to us and stated in a condescending tone “I have one rule, make sure everything you look at goes in the same bin you found it”. I could understand someone saying that had we done that, but we hadn’t even touched anything yet. Also they don’t mark anything with prices, so expect to have to haggle to not get ripped off here. Will not be back.

Owner is a scam artist. I found an original Xbox that was in pretty bad shape cosmetically. It had never been opened so it still had a potential leaking clock capacitor. This would have been a $7 device on eBay untested. Nothing was priced at all. I asked him the price and he said that it depended on the size of the hard drive (all OG Xboxes have 8GB. Some have 10 or 12 GB drives, but they cant access it and the drive is probably close to death regardless). I explained that they didnt come with different sizes and Id like to test it and purchase it if its working. He had ME go through the cabling to hook it up so we could test it, but he had to ask his son as he didnt know about pricing. When I told him I wouldnt go over $30 if it was working, he immediately said that he would absolutely get more than that for it (he wont...that was almost charity on my part). He said it had a memory expansion (DVD receiver dongle) and that he buys all of his stuff. I have no idea what he meant, but he went on a tirade about how he buys his stuff from auctions. I dont know what he meant...what he paid for anything has nothing to do with what its worth. Psychotic owner, terrible setup, bad prices, and everything is FILTHY and smells like smoke. Avoid this place.

Favorite place in Bremerton, my home town. Steve is great, respectful and knowledgable. Fair prices and good quality merchandise. If you can barter respectfully you will never need to go anywhere else.

Rudest store owner Ive ever met. Im looking around, touching nothing, minding my own business. He approaches me only to give me his store rules and go on a huge long rant about how he buys his own stuff, arranges it, does the work of 5 men by himself, and is angry at customers who touch things and move them and only spend $2. I was just looking, and he got this nasty attitude and talked down to me very rudely, while I barely said a word. I tried to be polite but couldnt wait to leave. He was also rude to my husband for no reason. Will never go back and dont recommend this shop at all!
