When buying the ring, Josh gave me some helpful pointers that helped me pick out the perfect diamond. He actually talked me into a less expensive one, but one with the perfect presentation. If you give him your budget he’s going to do everything he can to make sure you get the best ring while staying within that range.Their whole staff is super laid back too. My husband and I decided that we wanted to reset my diamond into a new setting for our 10 year wedding anniversary. He heard about Bookman & Son on 92.3 The Fan. We were married on the beach and I wanted a setting that reflected that (think ocean waves). I had a photograph of something I had in mind and Josh Bookman offered to have the ring custom made. Within days, we had 360 degree videos with a few different options. Having the ring custom made didnt break the bank either. Once the ring came in, it only took a day or so for Joshs dad to put my diamond in the new setting. The whole process took about a month and Josh was wonderful to work with. Hes very professional, knowledgeable, easy going and patient! Theres no pressure at all! We will definitely be back in touch with Josh to get the matching wedding band for a future anniversary. I dont even know where to begin to describe my wonderful experiences with Josh and Bookman and Sons! We had a very positive experience at Bookman & Son Jewelry Store. When we expressed our wishes to design a new ring using existing family stones, Josh came up with a plan that clearly showed his ability to listen to his customer. The end result was beautiful. We have been married a long time and my original band finally wore out and broke. I did a temporary setting for a few years, but hated it. We took all of my original bands and an Anniversary band up to Josh. He looked at them and suggested a few engagement bands for my diamond and said he could re-work my original wrap with my Anni band. Turning it all from yellow gold to white gold. I was getting impatient and he told me to wait because it would be worth it. He was so correct. I absolutely love what they did with all of the pieces, including the sweet engagement band he suggested. There is a beautiful inner crown of diamonds just under the princess like setting. My wife, Erin and I recently celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary. Josh took a look at the missing stone area in my ring of 5 stones and knew just how to fix it. The matching replacement stone needed to be procured, and all the prongs needed to be beefed up by soldering to prevent it from occurring to the remaining stones. Years of physical activity-without ring removal- had worn those prongs down so they could no longer do their work. Josh repaired my gap-toothed ring beautifully and responded to my every request and question. He is not only a good business person, he is a good person. My husband and I purchased both my engagement ring and our wedding bands from Bookman & Son. Josh and the other staff were great throughout the whole process, going above and beyond. I needed my engagement ring resized multiple times, which was done at no additional cost and with a quick (1-2 week max) turn around time. When deciding on bands, Josh even sent a virtual video of possible changes to a wedding band I was considering. Bookmans also offers cleaning whenever needed. You wont be disappointed!

Josh and his team are wonderful people! I found a ring I loved online and wanted to try on. I checked store after store and could not find it! 1 short email to Josh and he told me while it wasnt in stock (its a bit eccentric) he could have it available in a week. Everything you have heard on the commercials is true. Josh Bookman will personally wait on you. You can look around freely without being accosted. But when you are ready, he will patiently answer all your questions and show you as many pieces as you like. Furthermore the jewelry lines he carries are exceptional and reflect a discerning eye. Finally, when in my case you spend several thousand dollars, presentation is very important. When she opens it, you dont want it to be a jumbled mess.In my view there is only one way that retail survives, and that is customer service. Sadly, its dead in most retail establishments. That is why Amazon is taking up so much space. I use Amazon, but, I have no loyalty to them. When I find a retailer who treats me well, I am very loyal.I dont think I need to shop any other jeweler in the future, because if I have something in mind that Josh does not carry, Im fairly certain he would go out and find exactly what I want.Bookman & Son is doing it the right way.

My fiance and I have had an amazing experience with Josh at Bookmen and Son Fine Jewelers! Back in January we designed my engagement ring. Not only did he get my vision he provided us with photos and a 360 video of what my ring would like! After the proposal, I was able to see the ring as a whole and noticed that the center diamond was more yellow compared to the band diamonds. I reached out to Josh and he was more than happy to find us a new diamond more to my liking and within our budget! It was reset the same day we came to look at the diamond!We will definitely be going back to get our wedding bands and future jewelry purchases, and recommend it to all of our friends!

Great customer service. The diamond in my wifes ring had loosened in the setting. They were able to quickly tighten it up (10-15 minutes while I waited) at a great price even though the ring was not originally purchased at their shop. Well definitely shop here first for future purchases.

When it came time to look for the perfect gift for my Wife to celebrate some important milestones I decided to give Josh a call. I heard about his store from the radio and thought I would give him a chance to help design the perfect ring. We discussed exactly what I wanted and he had a 3D animation design video to me the next day. This allowed me to see exactly what the ring would look like so I felt comfortable moving forward. As we approach our one-year wedding anniversary, I would like to thank Jeff, Josh, Jennifer and Nicole, again for all they did to help make our wedding day perfect. We began communication through email the summer before our January 2020, wedding after hearing about Bookman and Son from Rizzo on the RBS. After sending Josh, my Pinterest ideas of rings, he listened to my ideas and he special ordered in some wooden wedding bands for us to check out for my husband. We made the two-hour drive from Columbus to meet Josh and see the rings. We made three more trips up before choosing wedding bands. Never once were we pressured, it was quite the opposite, as they allowed us to take several rings next door while we had a beer and discussed our options. They were all so patient and very honest with us as I struggled to make decisions.
