Ordered a light. Got it fine.Turns out to be defective.I sent an email about the situation on Friday late afternoon 9/10 /2021. By the following Saturday 9/18/2021 I had a new light at my house and a return label sent to me via email to return the defective light. Postage paid label. I was excited to see they extended their Labor Day sale, as I was a little late to the party. There was a mix-up on the website so I called customer support and spoke to Eve. Eve was very pleasant over the phone and asked that I shoot her a quick email to verify sale info. She promptly called me back post email and I was happy to hear they hooked up the sale price. Can’t wait to get my equipment and I will likely use this site again in the near future. It’s employees like Eve for me. Elena was absolutely wonderful, she returned my e mail within the hour and kept me posted on the issues I was having, after three days I hadnt gotten any shipment info so I e mailed, she assured me it was taken care of and the next morning at 9:08 AM my package was sitting on my doorstep, west coast to east coast in 4 days, cant get any better than that with standard shipping, this was my third order from grow ace and the experience just keeps getting better and better thanks to Elena, I would definitely recommend Grow Ace and cant wait to buy more stuff., Thank you guys so much again and have a great week😀

Ordered a Pollinator. The item doesnt even turn on after multiple sets of batteries. I tried every battery configuration possible. It feels like incredibly cheap plastic, and you can tell the parts are barely held together with cheap glue. Extremely disappointing.

I would not give growace a one star if you didnt have to give a star to type. I ordered a exhaust fan and a few weeks later i hadnt recieved a email saying it had shipped. I emailed them to cancel and the next day i got sent a notification that it had shipped then a few hrs later they answered me back and said that it had already shipped. When i checked the tracking number it had just been shipped. They knew i wanted to cancel so they hurried up and shipped it out to keep from refunding my money. I will never buy from them ever again!

Good transaction! I had ordered a tent and it was taking a little bit to process, and I needed it asap. This was the 3rd tent I tried to order. (2 with another company) And I was really running outta time, so I had sent an email asking about the order status, and if it can get rushed because of my time constraint, and Elena helped get things on track right away. Got the item shipped out right away. I havent received the item yet, but I can see it is moving through the tracking number. So it wasnt just a label created. I recently bought a light setup and they timer was missing. I called customer service, so they could send it out. The first guy I got on the line left me on hold for 30 minute, but I hung up and called again. This time I got Christian, I told him of my problem and that I was just on hold forever. He assured me he wouldnt do that and he stuck to his word. He was able to get me the timer sent out and was very efficient. All customer service should be like Christian, he treated me like a person.

Bought one of the Growass Kits, really got screwed. The light failed after a couple of months and this was their reply to my return request:Please note that the light was not purchased individually and it is part of the package inclusion on your 2x4ft LED Soil Complete Indoor Grow Tent System. Thus the 120 Day Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to bundled kits.So basically I have a $400 paperweight. Not to mention the Free Grow Guide ($79.95 Value) which is just a link to about 30 minutes of YouTube videos that anyone can watch.Buyer Beware

MUST READ: Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Sent me an order that had nothing that I had ordered. Complete waste of time. Made me return the packages they sent me before “sending” the products that I spent $600 on. Then a week and half from me sending the wrong order back they say the product I have ordered is back ordered and will take another month. I have wasted so much time and money from ordering from this company. Never again will I because they have to customer service just second party customer support technicians whose only goal is to get you off of the phone. Not to mention the hour wait to talk to someone.

My mother and I have/had been customers of growace for over 5 years having gone to them for our indoor cultivation needs over that entire time span.Once they sent a bad bulb, replaced it, then it was a bad timer, replaced it. NOW, I ordered a light from them over 2 months ago and I still dont have a working light!First they sent the wrong light and it took 3 weeks of back and forth, probably 3 or 4 hours sending emails and making calls to customer service.They finally sent out the correct light! Upon arrival I opened and plugged in to inspect, seemed fine.NOPE! 2 weeks later I attempt to finally use the light and now the bulbs wont fire.Here I/we are again another 2 weeks into the process of .asking things right.They now refuse to refund our funds and instead are subjecting us to the abuse of their mismanaged and seemingly overwhelmed service department.Beware this company bullies its customers and hopes they can pawn off damaged equipment on you and then make the process to correct their BS so difficult that you will just give up!Ripping of old ladies and disabled cancer patients, way to go Grow Ace.They also continually send incomplete and or confusing replies not addressing the contents of the previous message, making it so you have to go through their whole rigomoral all over again.Just tired of the BS. The stress is not needed in our lives and supporting growace is actually causing us more problems.Update. The warehouse recieved my return on 6/14. Ordered a 10 call the next day to cancel the guy name Earl there told me that I would get my money put back on my account within four days I was like cool that’s great they took care of it I get a notice the next week that they’re shipping it I called to complain and all I asked for was a free RMA number to send it back they want me to pay 15% restocking fee and shipping cost I think that’s bad business to tell somebody they would return it and give me my money back then tell me I have to pay for shipping that’s just bad business to me I definitely would not recommend buying anything from this company...

Very disappointed. placed order and waited for a week and got 10% of the merchandise I ordered. I called them about it and spoke with Summer. she said they were out of stock for the lights I ordered but they would sell me different lights if i paid $60 more. I said no and asked for a refund. They refunded me the lights and i had to remind them of refunding the shipping fees as only a small part of my order was shipped Very displeased with this company who would not take responsibilty for their mistake and chose to lose a repeat customer over $60.

I bought a t5 light and kit and stand made by yeildlab. I was extremely impressed with this and called GrowAce to ask about a tent to see if it was compatible. I talked to a sweetheart named Regine who was most pleasant and just put you in a great mood instantly! She helped me out and was most kind. I just spent 4 months in the hospital prior and part on life support, since then, just speaking to someone like Regine is more then enough to make me a loyal customer. Personally, I dont care if I can find something a little cheaper elsewhere, I love how I was treated which is why I WILL be back to make other purchases from GrowAce. Their customer service are some of the best. As for the light kit it is awesome, easy to put together, works excellently and is very solid put together. Nice powder coated frame so its even scratch resistant, and the lights, wow, simple florescent 2ft lights but the hood is so reflective its not even funny... I ordered a tent kit two months ago. Received all but the tent. Very frustrating as I’m still waiting for it. I’ve contacted them by phone several times. The first month was a port issue. Then they said it’s in the warehouse to be shipped. Then said it would be shipped on a certain day over two weeks ago. Still waiting? I emailed also a few times, no response there. Everything else I received was good. I’m truly dissatisfied about this as I see it’s in their advertising for Black Friday and that it’s in stock. ????

If I could give this company negative as in less than 1 star I would. CS is horrible and deceptive. They lied to me, told me I couldnt cancel an order but could return it once I received it, because it takes them 2 weeks to ship an order thats in stock, then told me if I returned the item I would have to pay a restocking fee, it was a total money grab, and they deliberately lied to me to have the item ship instead of cancelling before shipping so they could get a restocking fee for an item I never even received. These people are criminals and I would never patronize their business ever!!!

I guess its impossible to determine fault when a bulb just fails after 3 hours of use.It could be the manufacturer, the shipper or the retailer in some way.Just got the notification Growace shipped me a new one.Thank you Christian!Christian the is the decent person who facilitated this and I appreciated his help very much.I did have to Call because initially they did Not answer my emails through the support email they provide which to me is a problem and they Need to get it together but Christian definitely helped me after I called.UPDATEI received the new bulb in a nondescript white inner sleeve without any indication as to what the bulb was. I also wasnt aware of the Brown text written on the bulb going Orange after 10 hours use or else I would have checked but I Simply didnt Trust that it was New and have since had to Replace it with a Eye Hortilux.Dont waste your money n time with these people.To me it was unethical to receive a New bulb in a nondiscript white inner sleeve in a poorly packed package to replace the New one that burnt out in 3 hours.

I simply ordered some fabric pots a few days back. Couldnt remember where I ordered them and I had no emails to track what I ordered or even where from. Found GrowAces customer service number in my bank statements. This kind women, Kristine, worked some crazy investigation type effort to locate my order. 3 minutes later she provided me everything regarding my order and set fine detail expectations for the arrival. Do Not!I never write bad reviews, but this one needs to be written, after one month and no parts from an in stock item order. They wont cancel the order. Its coming next week. Its on the truck, being unloaded. I ordered from another vender and GrowAce is now trying to send a partial order! I tried to stop that order, but then immediately got an email ... oh, its too far in the process, it cant be stopped. Strange, FedEx says that the order has not been picked up? Deceptive communication. Poor business model. Stay away.

Over 2 months and delivery not finished. But this isnt about that, its about the CUSTOMER SERVICE. The promises of upgrades and new delivery dates due to this or that, and it never happens. And when you call about it (with an order number), they have no idea until you provide a screenshot email correspondence(attached).With all the time taken and proof provided, not one individual has taken the time to see this to completion nor even had the inclination to follow through or follow up.(Attached) illustrates the correspondence from customer support from 1 & 1/2 months ago, where they let you know of your change in item model and shipment. And to this day, they have no notes of this and have went back on their word and changed the item model again.

They will wont ship your product and when you ask about it they make it hard to gey your money back. Avoid!! Buyer Beware! I havent received my order in over 1 month and no refund either. Great prices but you wont get your order.

When you feel uncertain about spending a sizeable sum online, worry not with grow ace. I purchased one of the largest grow tents and there was an issue (on my end) with how I filled in shipping details... Anyway, with my money spent and COVID in action, I was at odds with what was just done. Thankfully they have a TOP NOTCH support squad(*cough* REGINA *cough*). In all reality, I experienced excellent feed back frequency to emails I sent out, friendly relevant responses to my questions, and simple instructions that led straight to the correction of my order. Always be careful when spending big sums online, though believe me when I say, expect professionalism when doing business with Grow Ace! Cheers

Ordered some HVAC y connectors from the company. After weeks of no shipping and no update I requested the order be cancelled. I received no response. It was never cancelled and another couple weeks later I finally received a shipping confirmation. Support told me that I would have needed to cancel in one business day. How could I have anticipated these delays and poor service after just one day? I am very disappointed that they did nothing to offer refund or return.

The only thing that saved my experience with Grow Ace is Regina the customer service rep. My order took alot longer than advertised and I kept getting the same youre order will be shipping soon responses.once I spoke with Regina she contacted me asap and personally asked the warehouse to speed it up. Way to go Regina , I will definitely purchase from here again.
