Top of the line from beginning to end! I replaced a sliding patio door and changed out a picture window to one that opens (I forget the technical term!). Jason was my salesperson; he was really knowledgable which helped me make the right buying decisions for my situation. I ended up winning the installation lottery when Miles, Gabe & Armando showed up. They were meticulous with their work and did a phenomenal job!

Please dont get your windows here. There are a million other choices that will save you time, headache, repairs, an probably even money. The sale, of course, is the best part. They tell you what you want to hear, and give you the attention you want. But after that, its over. The customer service is horrible. The delivery time frame is super long. The return phone calls dont exist, their delivery hours window is long, and probably different than what they actually told you, and if you work (which most people do) they are not accommodating. The only positive thing is that their installation people know what they are doing. Hence, the one star. I started this process in July of last year. I finally finished last week (March). I only replaced 5 windows. You have been warned!!!

There was a time I received a flier from WinDor. They have an open house sometime September. I went see the product display. I was impressed. I believe that seeing the products it makes difference than from sales pictures only. I asked the sales, Lisa May for appointment. She came to measure our windows and gave prices all of windows to be replaced... WinDor made an excellent job, form sales to installations. Awesome job!!!!

I checked the warranty information on the Win-Dor website. I found the information I was looking for: the screens are guaranteed for 1 year.

Paid 20K for two sliders and a large bi-fold window. 2 the three were missing parts. I have to agree with the unprofessional comment as I set up a warranty call which the company scheduled on a holiday with a five-hour time window. I reconfirmed the day of and still no one showed up. Very unprofessional and borderline rude without even a call for a reschedule. I had to take time away from my family during a holiday to sit around at the construction site for 5 HOURS.

I had new windows and doors installed by WinDor and couldnt be happier! Corey responded promptly to my initial inquiry and was extremely flexible to accommodate my work schedule. Installation went smoothly and the windows look great. A couple of very minor issues were addressed promptly and fixed to my satisfaction. The guys on the installation team did a great job. Ive been working at this company for a few years now. Ive also worked at other companies. None of those can stand with Win-Dor when it comes to quality of work and product. Win-Dor has been thee best company I have ever worked for. The office workers are all amazing people aswell as all my higher ups. Always have I been treated with respect.On our install side I would say I work with some of the most talented guys. All of us have years of experience under our belts. We in installing believe in taking the time to make sure the little things are done right. We also have some of the hardest working site supervisors that are always checking our work making sure everything is perfect.I would just like to say simply put Win-Dor is by far the most respectable and amazing company that is out there and always will be.Thank you guysSincerelyEdward Arellano

They recently stopped selling to the general public and now only sell to local authorized dealers. Their product really is a cut above the rest. And hopefully with more local dealers the homeowner will get better service as well.

I have one door windows sliding glass doors front doors with glass and then all made by window quote was a lifetime warranty wrong they will not do anything for the doors not even replace the handle on the screen to the sliding glass door

Dont believe everything the salesperson says! WinDor sales person said that window could be removed and reinstalled to allow large furniture into a room. We have an older home with small doors and it is difficult to get larger items into the home. Customer Care says that they do not do that because they might damage the window frame. I was forced to destroy a couch to get it out of the home.The windows are much nicer than the original 1950s ones, but the frame reduced the window size by at least 2 on all sides shrinking the available light. I expected them to remove the existing metal frame and build a new frame in the wall. Instead, they just cut the old window out and inserted the new window inside the old frame, leaving it in place making the overall window 25% smaller.

I bought many windows from the sale agent Corey. He had said that his company would pay for any damage they caused. He was really Nice and convincing at that time of the sale. So when the installers came they left my gate open when it was windy and it slammed shut and unwelded. Corey said that his company was not responsible and blamed it on the wind. The windows were great but I highly recommend not to buy from him look for any other person except Corey.

Win/Dor there customer service is awful. I had a 1:30 pm appointment and the guy who was suppose to show up calls me at 2 pm saying he was 5 min away that is putting him 35 min late. i`m not upset that he was going to be late its life things happen but a phone call would have been in order so that i could have rearrange my schedule. So i never got my quote for 5 window and a slider door. so do to unprofessional i will be taking my business some where else and tell my neighbors not to use this company do to being unprofessional.

Windor salesman never came to my home. Said he didnt need to because he could view from satellite (really!?) Told me, NO window replacement company would replace my window because they are full of lead (really!?)Said he would sell me windows an have his licensed contractor install them.This guy was not licensed, Windor could not provide proof of licensing.Windor had to refund me for the windows. I went with Cunningham door & windows who did not have an issue with my windows. They did the job professionally without any issues with Licensed contractors Proof of insurance and Permit.

Win-Dor was receommended to me by my neighbor. My window and slider replacement experience was fantastic, from beginning to end. Everyone was clean, courteous, professional and hard working. I would post my pictures but I am unable to. Ive already recommended this company to a couple different friends that are looking to install. Thank you Win-Dor, I love my new windows.
