So i recently had visit the Vision center at Walmart and let me tell you about my phenomenal experience. Due to COVID i was a bit skeptical of going to the vision center not knowing what their cleaning protocols where going to be; when i have arrived it looked well kept and spotless. The whole staff member was very welcoming and continuously saw them cleaning after each customer. So, i really loved that they were on top of having everything cleaned for the next person. Also, i was helped by one of the most enchanting staff member; i believe her name was Chelsea. She definitely knew what she was talking about and proceeded to help me find the best fit of eyewear. Nevertheless, I was extremely Gratified of her help. I will unquestionably be coming back.

I love Chelsea, she always remembers my name (that impresses me as Im sure she sees a ton of people!) and she was infinitely patient with my husband while he picked out his glasses. I always make the drive to this location because of the service, even though we dont live in the area anymore. Also Dr. LE is phenomenal!

Ive been here before. I was extremely happy with the doctor, and the staff, so I returned. Doctor gave advice and staff patiently helped me pick out a nice set of glasses. Great customer service.

Made an appointment for myself and 2 kids, they have no record, asked me for evidence Id set the appointment. She was happy to assist to reschedule for another day.... no more time for Walmart. They dont care anyway.

So I have had nothing but issues with my glasses since I have had them. I paid for all the extras and to no avail. I had to send my prescription sunglasses twice back because the lab they use didnt do a good job by leaving bubbles in the lenses. Then the glare film they put on my regular glasses started to flake more and more each time I would clean them not to mention the swirl marks that started happening about 2 months after I had them. I use the cloth and cleaner they said I should use and yet when I went to have them replaced the very rude older Spanish lady who is always there and always rude said it was my fault and asked if I was using hair spray on them.....really! Then she wanted to show me how to clean them with the same products I already use so this wouldnt happen again because she has worn glasses for years and this never happens.... Then she had the nerve to say they would replace them this once....HELLO! I PAID FOR AN EXTENDED WARRANTY ON MY GLASSES!! She acted like she was doing me a favor when I already paid for it. I will never go back there again after this . I will say this though there is one girl there who is always a sweetheart. She is bubbly and always helpful...she is the only good thing about that place but I dont know her name.

Have been there two times for eye exams and all has been great. All the staff has been great they answer all my questions and have helped me with anything I need!! I would recommend them to everyone!! As for those people not happy I am sure its because u might have not been nice to the staff or just because you did not get what you wanted!!!

The Eye Doctor has an attitude like shes doing you a favor or thinks you are beneith her and would rather not touch you. The lure of the eye exam is because it is inexpensive. The glasses on the other hand are not. I paid $674 for mine and its been two weeks and they still dont have them.

The doctor and the other two staff members were very nice and friendly and the price for an eye exam was very reasonable.

In short, great service! I had come to Walmart for basic shopping when I decided that, for the first time in 20 years, it was time to use my insurance and get an eye exam. I hadn’t needed glasses to this point. Vidal assisted me with making an appointment for the following day to see Dr. Giap Le. Vidal was very accommodating and friendly. He even remembered me on later visits and treated me as if I were customer #1. Dr. Le was warm, receptive, and knowledgeable. It turned out I needed glasses, so I went back upfront to seek assistance. I was assisted further by Lisa and Chelsea. Both were friendly and educated me on the options I had, and there were many! I didn’t know a thing about prescription glasses or the various lens options. I ended up ordering a pair of frames with clear lenses and Transitions Xtractives for both of my sunglasses. Unfortunately, the Xtractives were not dark enough for use when driving, as I learned following the pick-up of my glasses. I was concerned that I wouldn’t be able to exchange, but that concern was quickly abandoned when Chelsea was happy to exchange one of the lenses for prescription sunglass lenses. I have made several visits to the vision center since my initial visit in late September and my experience has been nothing short of fantastic every time with each staff member I’ve encountered. Given my experience, it saddens me that there are some not-so-nice reviews online. I suppose you can’t please everyone despite the effort, and this staff certainly aims to please. I will certainly be a customer for life and recommend the eye center to anyone seeking an optometrist or for prescription glasses. Kudos to all on staff. Thanks for making my experience a pleasurable one.

Nice, Lovely, friendly staff.... Picked up my glasses earlier than expected.

I made an appointment because it was supposed to save my time (based on the lady who answered my call).I waited 30 minutes for the doctor then waited another 30 minutes for the front desk lady to find my company name in the database (while she gave me attitude too)Wasted my time with their bad service.Never coming back

Cheap because the staff can handle simple requirements

They dont honor the hours of operation
