Paul did 4 ear piercings in one visit for me. he was super nice and he knows how to make nervous people feel comfortable. the person working in the lobby they were very nice and gave me lots of options for jewelry choices. i recommend this place!

GREAT. I have taken my 23 yo daughter to Piercing Pagoda when she was 2. And today I brought my 11yo daughter for her second set of piercings. Cori (I hope I spelled her name properly) was amazing. The person at the store was patient, helpful, and respecting. And the piercing didnt hurt at all after it was on.

I had my 4th piercing here on both ears and it didnt hurt at all... also 1 thing I noticed was the quality of jewelry... when I had my piercing last time from Lovisa, I bought expensive earrings it still made my ears green and gave me a reaction but not here.... my piercing heeled in 2 days my jewelry dont hurt and not allergic... so I would say its worth spending some extra $s here...

We went today to get our baby girls ears pierced and the girl there,Kira Mai was really friendly and supper helpful. I end up getting a second ear pierce myself and got matching earrings with my daughter. She let us record the whole thing, we are really placed with the whole experience.

I got my second piercing her and the lady told me that if it got infected that I could get it redone for free she was amazing and now all my friends go to this place I love this place she even asked if I needed anything to give them a call. So I would recommend go here. And they were super friendly and respectful I have no complaints.

Friendly and helpful. Very informative in measuring and helping to pierce new earholes in addition to my previous misplaced piercings done at another business. Julia was great. I am very happy with the service.

I should of read all reviews on here and yelp... the employees here are super rude and unprofessional. This company doesnt care how their employees treat customers.. all they care about is making money. The manager at the brea mall was so rude to me and my father.. I brought my 2 month old for her 1st ear piercing and it was the worst experience and something I can never replace.. she refused for us to take pictures and to take a video. I would of been better off getting her ears pierced somewhere else. Dont was a good memory with your child here with their first ear piercing.

Poor customer service over the phone. She put me on hold for 10 mins. Never came back and I had a busy tone after 25 mins. No attempt to answer a few questions about the business and how much it costs. No response. Very dissappointed with effortless business ethics.

I always get my ears pierced here I have gotten 8 pierced from here and there all in good condition the employees are super helpful on if they hurt to get them pierced and there super sweet I recommend to come here!!!

Took our daughter to get her ears pierced for the first time. They took the time to find the perfect placement and were more than patience with the our daughter.

PLEASE DON’T go to the store at Brea Mall. Extremely RUDE staffs. This type of people should not work a store like this. After our bad experience today I checked the reviews and found the same issues with other customers. I believe the company doesn’t care about the misbehaviors of their staffs. After all these bad reviews the company should fire this type of rude staffs.

I bought the warranty on the body jewelry, of course it broke and they would not honor the receipt, it was suppose to be an even exchange and they still wanted me to pay for half the price of the items. They said that the manager could help me out if I waited, I said yes, then they told me that the manager would not be back till the end of the week. The girls were rude. I will never come back to buy anything here.

Lady was very rude and seemed unhappy with her job. Rolled her eyes at questions me and my girlfriend had. Go to a professional shop.
