Great service, Knowledgeable staff. I had an issue with my smoker that I purchased from BBQ Galore. The manufacturers resolution was not acceptable, I brought the issue to BBQ Brea and they went to bat for me with the manufacturer.. A few days later I got a brand new unit. I was approved for finance at zero interest and they only had the floor model no extra stock. They said I had to drive to Irvine or wait two weeks. I wanted a smoker for this 4th of July weekend. They didnt seem to care and showed little effort.
