Office is very well ran. Appointment was on time. Every tech knowledgeable in the field. Nice relaxing conversation. Both drs I have seen thorough and explained in detail my eye problems and the next stepI am so happy Imperial Valley has this facility!!

I love this place the staff is amazing and attentive. The wait time is great Im out within an hour. I get injections in my eyes and Dr Song answers all my questions and is very attentive to my comfort during the procedure.

I usually do not write reviews, however, this has been nothing but a troublesome experience. I went in to purchase a set of glasses with Robin, I asked her to order the exact same glasses. As of now I have been waiting for 2+ weeks with no response of any kind. I am very disappointed, aside from this she always gives attitude when helping a guest. She is not very helpful and has set a bad impression for the company. I decided to order my glasses directly from the manufacture, thanks for nothing. Never going back....

I love Doctor Song and she explains very well. She takes her time with her patients so I believe that you should give her more time in between patience. I will enjoy seeing her again.

Very disappointing, the visit was good but the after care was terrible. Due to the recent quarantine all glasses related orders are now suspended until the quarantine is over, theres no real issue with that but the issue I have is that they failed to contact me even when they have access to an automated message system that works. I couldve had a pair of glasses shipped from Zenni optical by now but now I have to deal with another month of eye strain and headaches. Thanks Acuity!

Dr. Jeffrey Stevens is a great Ophthamologist! He is patient & extremely professional & answers all of my questions! He always makes sure I dont feel any pain when I get monthly shots for wet macular degeneration. The staff is always friendly & courteous! My appointment usually takes about 30 minutes! I should have posted this last year. My exam went well. I paid for the exam and wanted to purchase my glasses elsewhere but was unable to because Robin would not complete my prescription by measuring my eyes for glasses, due to that I was not purchasing glasses from them. She said that wherever I purchase glasses they would measure. Which is unture. So because of her decision I have not been able to get my glasses. I was very disappointed.
