Sparkletts is THE WORST company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. DO NOT USE THEM. I finally terminated my account after years of billing discrepancies and terrible customer service. From charging me for additional products I never ordered, to tacking on countless fees (bulk water minimum fee, paper invoice fee, delivery fee), to incompetent sales associates promising (but always failing) to fix the problems- I had to give up. The final straw was when I was charged more than ever during a month I was gone. How could I consume more gallons of water when I was out of the country for a month? How could I consume ANY water if I wasn’t home? When I called to explain the issue AGAIN- I was met with an unapologetic and frankly argumentative sales associate. Instead of apologizing- she proceeded to “lecture” me on the difference between perception and reality. She insulted my intelligence by claiming I had no idea what was going on and she couldn’t even entertain the thought that perhaps her company was in the wrong. I honestly don’t like leaving negative reviews but I feel a responsibility to help out others. Save yourself money, time, and endless frustration by finding some place else to get your water.

They haventbrought us water in the past 2 months and they are changing us for where which we have been out of for over a month

Great customer service to start service. However, the tank Sparkletts installed leaks. Complete silence to my queries about getting this fixed. Not happy about paying for water that is running out on the ground.In my messaging I proposed a way to resolve the leak. Appears my solution was not acceptable. What do you propose to solve the problem?Who is primowater.com?My own efforts to fix the leak appear to be successful. No further action in this matter is necessary regarding the leak. However, what is the process for communicating with the local Sparkletts vendor and getting a timely response when there is a problem that needs to be addressed?

Much easier than going to the water machines.

No delivery for a week , been calling customer service. They will not fix the problem

Sparkletts service is exceptional and water is good tasting. Highly recommend. I like the water cooler with cold and hot water. Very satisfied overall!

Service has always been great. The one or two times i called service, over 10 years, everything was taken care of in a timely manner.

You can almost never get a person on the phone. Very frustrating. You press 0 to talk to the operator and it goes right back to the recording! Very frustrating!!
