They took forever to only tell us that they ordered the wrong window and we had to leave our car there and they took forever to fix it and they didnt even call to let us know they were done i DONT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!!! For being super expensive they did not give good customer service.

Super friendly staff. Horrible workmanship. Price went up from original quote. I had to pay for the windows before I could get them delivered and see them. They had paint on the glass the seals were totally crooked and pushing out, and the tracks were filled with dirt. ,After I complained to them, they came out, And made them better, but not good.I would not recommend this company.

I have been trying to get a window Installed In an office it has bee almost two months they have scheduled me three time and have not shown up!! The lack of communication is baffling. I will never use or recommend this company to anyone. I’d rather pay more than to deal with a company that cannot commit and have no communication with a client!!! I am very upset at the situation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

This is the second time I’ve been here for two different repairs. Each time the office staff was amazing and Frank who did the repairs is phenomenal. I highly recommend having you windshield repairs performed at PGI.
