Not the best bike shop. Had them mount and balance a tire for my sisters motorcycle. Got the tire back and the bead was not set and tire was half on.

I was on a weekend motorcycle camping trip to VT when my headlight burned out and I needed to get it repaired. I looked up nearby motorcycle shops and Vintage Steele came up as the closest and also very highly rated. I rode there and immediately Josh had me bring the bike into the garage. He noticed my headlight was out as a I had ridden up. They didnt have bulbs on hand but were expecting a delivery shortly. I hung out talking with him for about 30 minutes and when the bulbs arrived he changed it right away. I also had him check my rear tire which was pretty worn. He agreed it was worn but still safe to ride which made me feel a lot more confidence since I had 200 miles to ride to get home. Great service, great guys. Highly recommend

Josh was so helpful and nice, Beyond belief! My 2014 Harley was throwing a check engine light and an overheat red light!!! He was the closest shop. Josh dropped everything and helped us out. We were traveling through from out of state. Dont know how we would have made it without him and his timely repairs. He didnt have the Harley part but by-passed a system so we could get to the Harley dealer 70+ miles away with no worries. After all of that, Josh wasnt going to charge us to not fix the bike ( his words ). We made a minimal donation and were on the road. THANK YOU JOSHUA!!!!!

Ok so I have to say that Josh , the owner is awesome . My gf and I were stranded when my motorcycle key ( and ignition ) broke off in my gas cap . I had called and left a message . He so kindly walked over to where we were and he rescued us . We were at his place ( so kind and his hospitality was a 10 ) for three hours . He offered us use of his home , beautiful yard , etc while he fixed things for me . The dealer was no help . I highly recommend this place , and he didn’t even want payment , just good karma . These guys are the best. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable all around good guys. They were always happy to help me with my 72 Suzuki and when they charged it was always super affordable. The bikes they build are drool worthy. Ive seen them many time help someone whos broken down, go as far as to pick up the bike where it was stranded and get it running purely for the love of the ride. You cant go wrong, if they think your better suited going somewhere else, theyll tell you.

I have known the owner of Vintage Steele for a long time, and to witness the establishment and growth of this business has been an unspeakable pleasure over the years. Im always impressed all over again each time I visit the shop. The quality and cleanliness of their custom builds speaks for itself. Photos are available online but you have to see and straddle one in person to get the full appreciation for their attention to detail. For general maintenance and repair, their hospitality, skill, communication, professionalism and follow through is at the top of the field. I fully intend to continue traveling over an hour to use them as my primary motorcycle shop.

It came to a point where I knew I needed some help to get my old bike where it should, and deserved, to be. Sweet motorcycle shop in Brattleboro. Josh, the owner, is a motorcycle fanatic and specializes in vintage bikes (I have a 74 Kawasaki). He does it all - tune ups, tires, engine work, electrical. Repairs are very reasonably priced - he runs the shop out of his garage so he doesnt have much overhead. Definitely go see Vintage Steele if your motorcycle aint feeling so hot.

Great those guys work so late on a Saturday. Went there late sat afternoon, Chris was a great help! Picked up a couple cables and a brake line for short cash. Very happy!!

These folks are the best. They rescued two 60s Triumphs that had been in the barn for 30 years, and held our wrinkly old geezer hands while we got used to riding them again. They are always there to give advice. Because they are Triumphs, we are back a lot for adjustments and tweaks, and they havent thrown a wrench at us yet. And they bring in high school students for internships.
