My experience with Echo Point has been nothing short of fantastic. I pre-ordered the re-release of Wayne Barlowe’s “Expedition”, a rather rare book, for a friend for Christmas and the edition that Echo Point provided was absolutely gorgeous, with a sleek hard cover and additional content at the beginning. In transit, the binding was unfortunately damaged, and so I reached out to Echo Point through their website. I received an email back almost immediately and Nora from customer service was incredibly kind in her response. After sending some pictures of the damage, I was offered to be either refunded or expedited a replacement. I chose to be expedited a replacement and it arrived in just two days and in perfect condition. Echo Point’s service was incredibly quick, responsive, and considerate, and I would absolutely recommend going to them for your book and novel needs. I know I certainly will from now on :)

I looked everywhere for a manual for my college textbook. This was the only place that sold it. They shipped it to me in two days, perfect condition. Totally recommend!

Ordered a book through B&N, was faster than expected. Book condition as good as could be. Little note inside tells you that theyd appreciate it if you leave a feedback. Only complaint is that they forgot to mention who they are on this note, so I had to look up who shipped it.
