My daughter and family had this sent this for our 49th Anniversary. Could not believe it when opened.the flowers are mostly dead and moldy.The strawberries were jumbled in the box. They were wet and chocolate had started to separate from the mushy berries.My daughter has already received her refund.I just wonder how you send out things like this, is there no quality control?

I purchase this Edible Arrangements for a dear friend of mine as he celebrates his 50-plus birthday today. My daughter was very pleased with the arrangement as I do not live in Connecticut and could not see it for myself. He obviously looking at the expression on his face also enjoyed not only be receiving it but the arrangement itself. Im sure he is going to love it as these are some of his favorites. The arrangement included: chocolate dipped strawberries decorated with festive sprinkles and happy birthday on white chocolate sentiment, and three creamy cheesecakes topped with fresh chocolate-dipped strawberries. Weve topped it all off with three lovely birthday balloons. The original arrangement was designed for Valentines Day and they kindly swapped out the Valentines balloons and designs on the cookies and replaced them with birthday balloons and happy birthday greetings. Edible Arrangements you did it again and thank you so very much for coming through for me at the very last minute. I wish you greater success in 2021 in meeting your customers needs.

Went in to pickup an arrangement and wanted to buy a few chocolate covered strawberries. Employee went into the back and got me 3 freshly made ones for a free sample. Amazing service!!

Even though this place had many bad reviews they did good with my service. I ordered the 9th and the recipient received the order at the exact day I ask to be delivered. Thank you!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I ordered from their website on 8/22 for a delivery on a weekend (paid extra) for my daughter on her birthday. I got a very expensive fruit and dipped chocolate arrangent. The picture is what she received three days late! I called on the delivery date and was told fedex didnt pick up on time. And was offered a refund immediately. No other options were given from customer service. So I called the local store who rudely told me they were not responsible for tracking the items once they left the store. The woman was rude and unhelpful. I asked for the manager who wasnt there and asked for him/her to call me, and that didnt happen either. This is what arrived. Never ever ever will I order from them again. I do not recommend them to anyone. The local store just referred me back to corporate customer service again.

Just to say i will not coming back to this location at branford. I pay 70 dollars for an arrangement that looked like 15$ the strawberries are like miniature size. I called they say i could bring it back they will put more strawberries but they just change the base to one smaller i wish i couldve a picture of the first arrangement. This one is their second attempt is better but to me not an Edible Arrangements product.

Incomplete order and I know I have to wait for the manager tomorrow they full of it it’s not fair I pay all the money for them not to bring the whole order that’ll make no sense to me i’m really disappointed never again they ruin my birthday gift.

Waited in the lobby for 15min, and not one employee came out from the back. I could have easily went around the counter and made my own smoothie, and they wouldn’t even have know.. Stopped next door and bought a cigar instead. Service wasn’t even awful it was NON EXISTENT

Beautiful layout. Walking into this store I immediately got a great impression on the looks of this store. The employees were really kind and offered my children samples, which they liked a lot. I bought an arrangement for my mom, it looked amazing and tasted really good. Overall, the store looks really nice, the employees are very helpful, and the arrangements look and taste amazing.

I placed an order yesterday 2/13/19 to be delivered today for Valentines Day. Understanding the busy holiday and the amount of orders that would have to go out, I still expected my order to be delivered at some point during the day. My gf is at work from 8:30am to 5pm and yet...No delivery was made. I have used edible arrangements many times in the past in Stamford/Greenwich where Im from, but this Branford store has terrible customer service, employees have no idea how to track deliveries made or where their driver is or if the order is even going to be delivered the day its suppose to. Im so upset with my experience with this branch and Im disappointed.If I had the ability to drive all the way up there to hand deliver the gift I would have, but thats something Ill have to consider next time around instead of shopping at this branch again.

I ordered something for mother day. They had Wrong address they did call me until 5 pm said they send it Monday I told them that to late it mother day today. After go back forth they send it. But now on phone for ten min to talk someone about something else 🙁
