Professional and Respectful. I drove 3 hours from New Jersey in order to get a look at a beautiful BMW M235i, and I wasnt disappointed one bit. All of the staff was extremely nice to me and my family. Also all of the cars in their lot are wonderfully inspected and maintained. My sales person Devon helped me get a good deal on the car despite the Covid market. If you are about to check out a car from here, you wont have much to worry about.

Went to ford of Branford a couple weeks ago never having purchased a car from a dealership, so you hear all the horror stories. My salesperson was Alden, dude was professional and understanding and wasn’t pushy which is huge. the cars tires were less than desirable but Alden made sure I got some new tires on the car. The tires came the next day, but Alden made sure I had a ride home and a ride back to the dealership the next day. 10 out of 10 would recommend! The whole staff is great, very helpful and friendly down to the owner.

This is my first time ever dealing with this place. Do your homework before buying a used car here. My husband came across a used Subaru on their website. He went Ford of Branford to test drive it but, it wasnt ready yet to test drive(it just came in). So we made an appointment two days later to test drive the car. When we drove the car, the radio didnt work, the drivers side mirror was broken, major scratches and a cargo shade was broken. When we asked the manager about fixing the items he agreed except for the cargo shade. He implied that if I hadnt pointed it out they would have just thrown the part out. Even when it was listed on the window as a feature for the car. At that point we were willing to just let it go because we liked the car. As we started the finance process we saw that he had jacked up the price of the car by $2,000 from the on line price on their website. When we asked him why did the price go up? He was actually laughing as he told us the prices fluctuate daily. We are in our 50s and have encountered many car salesmen in our day and this guy was not only insulting but, arrogant. We walked out of there and will never go back there again!!Shame on you Ford of Branford!!

My lease was coming to an end and was looking at my options for my next vehicle. Devon had reached out to me and I told her what I wanted. Went to the dealership and they found my car for me. Devon kept me updated on the status of the vehicle and called me the day the car arrived. She took the time to explain all the features on the car. Called the day before to make sure my battery was covered under warranty. They assured me it was and I arrived the next day to have it replaced. After they ran a test on the batteries they determined that both batteries had failed and that it would cost 490.00 plus tax to replace them. I explained to them that whomever I spoke to told me that they were under warranty but they could not find a record of who provided the incorrect information. I decided to take my truck without replacing the batteries at which point they gave me a bill for 142.00 for testing. After a short discussion they decided to lower the diagnostic bill to 72.00. Understand that if you bring your car to AutoZone or Walmart or similar places they will test your battery for free. I only went to the dealership because they said my 2019 batteries were covered. I know dealerships are always more expensive than local shop but this is a true rip off. I did go to Walmart, bought two batteries for 88.00 each and installed them myself. Saved a bundle. So for a lousy 72.00 Ford lost at least one customer and I hope more. Good riddance.

Buying a used Ford here was a pleasure. We took a test drive on a Friday, and by noon on Saturday we had a deal. Sales person Devon was very frank about the business and what they could do for us. I believe her and the manager were sincere, we gladly signed, and had a great Escape in my driveway by dinner on Monday. Not a single complaint to share... highly recommended!

We purchased a 2017 F-150 from this dealership around August 2020. In April 2021, it started kicking when it shifted gears. We brought the truck to the dealership to diagnose the issue and, if it was the transmission, why it went so early (their words). After the initial diagnosis, they said it would take about 2 weeks to fix since they needed to get the part in and take apart the transmission and engine (their words again). They also mentioned how they needed to bring in a transmission expert to review everything.During these 2 weeks we called twice asking for an update on the truck and for an official diagnosis. Every time they said, we are currently taking it apart and looking at it.Well, come to find out today that they did NOTHING for the 2 weeks they had the truck. It has been sitting on the property for 2 weeks and not a single person looked at the vehicle. Their excuse was that none of the lifts were available since other vehicles that needed parts were occupying them. They then turned around and told us that they cannot look at the vehicle for a couple of months.We spoke with the manager (Bob) about the situation, who apologized for the miscommunication and inconvenience. He then continued to make excuses explaining how the dealership was backed up due to parts being out of stock and that there wasnt much he could do. There was no apology for how his service team blatantly lied to us or even bothered to communicate how long it would actually take until the third phone call. Just sorry for the miscommunication and the inconvenience this may have caused.We did ask them to pay for a tow take the vehicle to another Ford Dealership that could do the work promptly, but they were reluctant to do it and had to look into it. After the experience, we couldnt trust them to get back to us and decided to tow it ourselves.I am agitated and disappointed that they lied to us multiple times AND that they didnt admit they were too overworked to even look at the truck. They took my 76-year-old fathers (who has cancer and needs to get to his appointments) only mode of transportation away from him. They couldnt even provide a rental vehicle during the time they had it.We will be taking our business elsewhere, and I suggest everyone does the same.UPDATE: We went to Stevens Ford Lincoln in Milford and they fixed it in less than a week.TLDR; Dealership had the vehicle for almost 3 weeks and didnt even look at it for a diagnosis. During the time they had it, the service team blatantly lied to us and said they now couldnt even look at it for a couple of months because no lifts were available.

I received exceptional service during my visit today from the moment the service bay opened to the time I was handed back my Explorer key. During this visit the Service writer advised me on the use my Ford Pass rewards which resulted in my service being free of charge as I had sufficient points. The general working staff are helpful, courteous, and understanding, although an issue arose from a failure to give attention to detail. The problem could have resulted in a major tragic event had it not been detected by myself right away. Upon sensing the aroma of gas I inspected the gas lines on the engine and discovered fuel spilling out at a connection point. I secured the connection and resolved the leak. That is only part of the horrible experience that both my wife and I had endured. Having gone initially to have a recalled problematic head replaced we were given a rental vehicle to use while the car was repaired. We were informed that the part was on back order and it would be another week or so, during that following week the dealer plate that, unbeknownst to my wife and I, was only held in place by magnets had been stolen overnight. That same day we contacted the dealer, the local police, and the police local to the dealership. I had obtained helpful information from the police regarding the towns and areas where that plate was spotted and relayed this information to the dealership. The dealership proceeded to pick up the rental without a replacement and denied to provide us another vehicle for over two weeks and this was after I had pleaded with the manager for some understanding of my difficult position, which was the vehicle being serviced was the only vehicle my wife and I have and my wife has a health condition that requires many Dr. appointments and an occasional unexpected visit to the ER. He made no effort to supply a vehicle the first week, then by the second week and after multiple calls from myself he stated that he would try to find one at enterprise rental. Three days after his stating he would try to find one at enterprise he called to say we can rent a vehicle at enterprise and ford will cover 30$ per day but enterprise would require a credit card deposit. This deposit was not something that my wife and I could afford so we where stuck without a vehicle until the services was done a month later. The worst part was when two weeks later my wife was driving on the highway only to have the car overheat, which was exactly what sent us to them in the first place! Let alone my detecting the gas smell from their failure to connect a gas line correctly.

Just bought a new Escape. FIVE STARS for the excellent experience on the SALES end. Angel and Chris were very professional and customer oriented. A wonderful give and take. Havent experienced the service department yet.However, this review gets four-stars for the dealer because I was very disappointed the cruise control does not work. Im sure it will be taken care of when I go in, but over Thanksgiving weekend, I remain disappointed.Suggestion for dealer: Assign a tech to test EVERY feature of the vehicle and sign off on each one. There is no excuse for a non-functioning cruise control right out of the box. (Yes, I read the manual ten times and of course have experience with Ford cruise control.)

Only have experience with the Parts Department, but I have to give Luis in Parts an A+. I have been working on my Fiesta ST ever since I bought it, and not only does he remember who I am, but is very polite and takes care of customers. I came in at 12:45pm last Saturday with help trying to find a plastic bracket piece that I needed to order, and I couldnt find it in any of the parts diagrams for my vehicle. Luis helped me figure out that Ford calls it an Air Deflector, and ordered it for me at a fair price. Will happily continue to do business with Luis at Ford of Branford.

Service department is good but theres one employee there that is rude and disrespectful. If it wasnt for him I would have given them five stars.

WARNING!!!!!! Service/ Recall Employees are disrespectful! Gave 3 stars instead of 1 because Bob the manager was kind and resolved my issues.Nothing but trouble! Employee Nicole was rude and disrespectful to me and just flat out couldnt problem solve or do her job. Another employee hung up on me on purpose and didnt even apologize. An employee Nick just was not helpful and was giving me false information. Called customer service and they had to correct this branch on the door latch recall. This branch does not have professionalism, understanding, and compassion for customers. Very prideful workers you have! Yall need Jesus! I pray yall receive some humility and compassion from the Lord. Tread carefully with this establishment!Definitely contact management directly if you have to. Sadly the workers can not do their job.

I was very impressed with the team at Ford of Branford from my first communication. Mac responded quickly to my online inquiry and provided specific detail on the vehicle(s) we were interested in. I ended up buying a totally different vehicle than I anticipated and I couldnt be happier. Hanging out in the waiting room. Getting my normal service and as a Lyft Uber driver Im here every month. My 2014 Ford Fusion Titanum is always taken well care off.. We all became family up in here. Come on down even just for quick visit. Everyone is friendly, waiting room is like being in your own living room and kitchen, show room is awsome. In my house hold we own 4 vehicles FORD. Lol, yeah! You may end up trading or buying one and becoming part of the Ford family. Ok! And to end this. Have no worries, everything is sanitize, distance taken place and mask. They are truly following all protocols. Dont forget to buy a hat.

My experience was below bad, I bought a car, I left with the feeling of no had a good customer service however I wanted to be done. I realized that the rep Devon did not gave me the spare keys, I called them back just to be mistreated by a manager called Steve (rude and disrespectful) and no keys whatsoever. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Last week I bought a new car from Devon D and she made it a GREAT experience!! She came in on her day off to allow me to test drive the car. After another dealership blew me off for two months after confirming the recall on my 2015 Police Interceptor Utility, I decided to make the 35 minute drive to Ford of Branford based off of their solid customer reviews. Nick Saltzman, the Assistant Service Manager, was very friendly, professional, and efficient on the phone and when I arrived at the dealer. I felt very comfortable and check-in to check-out was only about an hour, which was great. Nick also answered a few of my questions regarding the PTU and was very knowledgeable on the subject. Will definitely return in the future!P.S. The waiting room has a single-serving Keurig style coffee maker, but there were only packages of ground coffee, no pods 😜
