I ordered a large item and several small items because of the good prices. I made an error on the original order because I wanted the shipment to go to an address different than my billing address. I called them right away and explained the situation. They canceled the original order and I re-submitted the order with the changed delivery address. I spoke to the Customer Service Rep again because I was supposed to make a special comment in the comment section of the order but there was no comment block online. She said she would handle it. I patiently waited 10-12 days for the normal 2-3 days shipping email notice. I thought it may be slower due to the Wuhan Virus. New England Subaru Parts had canceled my order long ago because the billing and shipping address did not match! That was what the Customer Service Rep was supposed to handle from our conversations! On top of that, they never tried to contact me to let me know what they had done! No flat out apologies, no taking responsibility.I had to re-order again to get the parts. The shipment was made in a reasonable time with a minor delay by Fed-Ex. When the order arrived, it was incomplete, 16 ordered bolts were missing! I talked to a man early the next morning who said the bolts would be sent overnight after I filed an email report. I called back later that day and talked to another man who was not a good Custome Service Rep. Not willing to take the time to listen and kept saying he didnt know what was going on even though I had thoroughly explained the situation. He checked and said the bolts had not gone out overnight because they wanted to know if the bolts were in one of the other shipment boxes and had been overlooked. But here is the kicker again. Nobody tried to contact me to answer their question and they just failed to send the bolts! Then he said they didnt have the bolts but would have them early the next morning. He promised to call me early in the morning to discuss shipping. No call again! When I called, I was told they shipped them USPS Priority and now I would not have them for another 3-4 days.I consider my self to be patient and rational. I dont like writing nasty reviews. My time is limited and it was budgeted for this repair , with plenty of time to spare, to complete my project during this month. But New England Subaru Parts has been directly responsible for delaying to completion of my project for 31 days now!! I could have been finished over two weeks ago.

Found the item listed at $69.00 from this seller, multiple quantities available, placed my order, the following day order was canceled with reason, out of stock or damaged. Did a search to find another seller and found that these guys reposted the item again with multiple quantities but raised the price $169.00. I realize mistakes happen, but a trust worthy business would have honored the original price, and not make up a story to get out doing so. I wouldn’t buy from them again.

Online order sat in their system processing for more than 7 days (quoted 2-4 days handling) before I called them. They told me the order was taking a while because of a back-ordered part. Well why wasnt I informed about a back-ordered part? I think they just forgot about it and didnt process until I called. They said it would ship that day but it didnt ship for another two days. I did eventually receive it, but these guys really need to up their shipping game if they want to stay viable in the modern online sales market.

Parts arrived far in advance of promised date. Received periodic updates on status of order. Reasonable parts price, but shipping cost quite high. Will consider using again.

Our new radiator was securely wrapped and in perfect condition when it arrived. The order came right on schedule. We had not ordered from this company before, but we certainly will be CUSTOMERS in the future. (We drive a 2007 Subaru Outback Wagon)

Best Subaru OEM part prices with free shipping. (Most items.) I was hesitant about the free shipping when I ordered new cargo cover (odd sized parcel) for our 2002 Outback LLBean - not only GREAT price on cargo cover - but also ZERO $$ shipping! Live in Colorado - New England Subaru is now my local OEM parts department...
