Had a great experience buying my ev soul sales rep was kind and knowledgeable very accommodating was able to get the car the same day for a great price, but few days later discovered the horn doesnt work called for appointment got pushed into the next week not to happy not to be accommodated right away as being a new Kia purchase. Very disappointing service experience and the service department used to be good. Greasy fingerprints left on my leather console. When they washed it, they rinsed so poorly that I could not even use the sideview mirrors until I cleaned them myself. They used to have a policy that required a service person to walk you to your vehicle when picking up and they dont do that any more.My Kia has a service odometer, which they used to set at every service as a convenience for knowing when to make the next appointment. Now they only do that by special request. At first they told me they dont do it, period.

The photo i uploaded clearly shows this is my appointment with Premier Kia of Branford.If I could give this place zero stars I would. Over a year ago a Kia service employee took my car for a service appt (oil change, tire rotation etc). In the process of driving my car , he got into an accident and my vehicle was totaled. I spent the next 4 months without a vehicle.I understand that mistakes happen but instead of kia taking responsibility and doing the leg work for a problem they caused, I was left with the burden of dealing with the insurance claim process and explaining over ten times to different kia employees what had happened. On top of this, kia has no idea what’s going on with any of their customers. 8 months after the incident the service manager (Carl) continues to call me saying my vehicle is past due for maintenance and it may void my lease agreement if I don’t come in for maintenance. Mind you, I have not had the vehicle for months at this point and is frankly very annoying that I have to keep explaining to them what THEY did.To top it off, kia has sent me a letter last week stating I owe taxes on this car for the past year… I called kia to explain for the hundredth time, “my car is totaled”. They claimed they knew but forgot??? What???? Forgot? So now I have to send a letter to Kia begging them to remove this tax bill from my account, as if they didn’t know they totaled it a year ago.Lastly, over a year later and they still refuse to hand over the title to my insurance company even though State Farm has provided all necessary documents months ago. So I have an open claim on my account for absolutely no reason.I’m dissatisfied with both this dealership, kia motor company and Kia financial and would advise you to avoid all three at all costs. I will NEVER purchase a Kia again.

I’m getting more and more reluctant to get service on my 2017 Kia Sportage at Premier Kia Branford. I could write a list why, but I’ll just mentioned my last visit on June 26,2021.Went there for oil change. I asked for tire rotation, since it was included in my warranty package. The rep said no, because it’s every other oil change and I had them rotated the last time I went there for an oil change. I told the rep that I had an oil change after that at a Florida Kia. He said he doesn’t see it in the system, so still can’t do. I told him I had the receipt in the car and can show him proof. He then gave me a different excuse for not accepting that oil change. I told him it didn’t make sense since I can proof it, but fine. He then said he would put a note in system and hope the approve the tire rotation. I got my car back and he said the tire rotation was approved and done.My frustration doesn’t end there. He told me my car needed a transmission fluid change. He said it’s every 60k miles. I told him I had one done and it was here where I did it. He said it wasn’t in the system, then went to get some paperwork. I was right and it doesn’t need one for about another 20k miles. All he said was, ok scratch that.My car’s dash was flashing an error message. Couldn’t be missed since it not only show picture of error spot, but also a bright orange warning triangle. I showed the rep this and he said I should have mentioned it to him before the oil change. I took some responsibility for that but I mentioned to him that I didn’t ask for my cabin filter to be inspected, but it was and was told I needed a new one. Why dig up my cabin filter to inspect it, but not notice a critical problem flashing on the dash? He said he could do anything because he didn’t have a tech there. I told him it could have at least been mentioned in the same recommendation section as my transmission fluid and cabin filter. They also recommended I change my break fluid.Anyway take this as you please, but this is my third Kia model purchased. Not sure there’s a fourth one in the near future.

I just bought a 2018 Kia Stinger GT from here and it was a great experience. I ordered the new Kia Telluride in the Nightfall edition (Black Copper) back in November, 2020 and it delivered as promised (no issues whatsoever). Premier Kia did everything they possibly could do to make my buying experience the best it could be. I would recommend them to anyone thinking about buying a car. K was my salesperson, and I also talked with the sales manager as well a few times.

I mustve searched a dozen dealerships in CT, several in RI and a couple in NY but found Premier Kia to offer me the best deal for the used car I wanted. Not only that, but also a better deal than what I had anticipated for my trade in. It was a few 45 minute drives to and back but was well worth it for the great deal and down to earth service from Kwaku, Leon, Mario, Jeff, Nancy and Juan just to name a few. Highly recommend these guys for anyone to at least pay a visit to!

Worst customer service ever. Called service department to make appointment for my 2021 Kia Sorento. Spoke with service advisor, explained I am having a problem with my vehicle, he asked me if I purchased the car from Prestige, I stated that I had not, he informed me Prestige would not repair my car because I did not purchase from them. I repeated my question because I was surprised that a Kia dealership would not work on a Kia vehicle, he became annoyed and repeated no they would not repair my Kia. If you just moved to Branford area, you can not bring your car to Premier for repairs, wow. I would not do business with Premier Kia, horrible customer service.

The service department is incredible. Theyre great, theyre kind, and always there to help. They arent looking to get you or anything like that, every time I have a problem they do whatever they can to help and they always come through on it also. I am always skeptical of getting any service done on my car because of bad experiences with garages trying to rip me off. Kias service center is one of the most dependable and reliable service departments you will find and I am very appreciative of them.

Premier Kia is different than the others. They were honest and totally upfront with price and fees. Take the time to explain all paperwork. Nathan took me on a test drive for about 30 minutes, including highway driving. All features of the car were explained to me. I had to travel about 2 hours from New York to get to the showroom. It was worth it. Love my car! Highly recommend Premier Kia!

I will always come here to buy a car!! Amazing staff! Everyone around was friendly including the staff that was not directly selling me the car or helping me. Their response to chat online was amazing! Nancy messaged me immediately and was beyond helpful. She called and texted as that was best for me. I recently bought my KIA Niro from this dealer, and i had a great experience from the dealer. I first saw the Niro online using the car-gurus app(Would Recommend the app) and arrived on a Sunday afternoon. When i arrived there was some confusion from the Sales associate as to if the car was actually in stock, but luckily it was. While the sales associate was very new to the car sales business(everyone has to start somewhere), he demonstrated traits of excellent customer service willingness to spend the extra time and show me every detail of the car on the test drive. He also did the right thing when checking the manager on things that he may not have the correct answer to. This is import to me because one of my biggest peeves is misinformation. Overall im a satisfied customer although i would never use their service department since they try to mislead you with oil change information. The service department stressed oil changes have to be done every 3700 miles. i have attached pictures of the servicing manual highlighting the correct service interval for both normal and severe usage. Overall would recommend buying from them. and recommending them.

Just had my first service visit - Could not have been any better unless they came to my house and did the service there! Thorough, fast, clean and safe. Great waiting area for quick service visits - they even have a big window with a view of the work area so you can watch the service tech work on your car. They finish off with a quick car wash - 100% satisfied.

I bought an used Honda that I was in search for in excellent condition with clean Carfax the other weekend at Premier Kia of Branford. Not only I got a great deal on the vehicle, the whole shopping experience was very pleasant! Initially, I was dreading going to a dealership to buy a car because the thought of negotiating with the salesman just stressed me out, but Chris and Mario were super friendly, helpful, and there was no pressure at all. I left the dealership without purchasing the car on my first visit because I wanted to explore other options before making my final decision, but after visiting other dealerships and realizing that Premier Kia had the best deal on what I was looking for, I decided to contact them to make the deal. My only hesitation was while test-driving the vehicle during my first visit, the cars steering wheel shook on the highway once the car hit around 60 mph. I asked Mario if it is something that they can try to fix in their shop by balancing the wheels, and Mario promised me that they will do that for me before I pick up the car. When I went to pick up the car, they not only balanced the wheels, but did the alignment and rotated the wheels. When I was driving it home 1-1/2 hour back to NYC on highways after finalizing the purchase, the car drove straight as an arrow with no problem with the steering wheel shaking, and I was all smiles with the satisfaction that I made the right choice. Chris called me the next day to check up on how I was doing with the car, which I also appreciated a lot. I really feel like Chris and Mario went above and beyond for their customers satisfaction and I cant be happier with my purchase and the whole experience. Oh, and all the paperwork was super quick and felt like a breeze with Carlos. I would definitely recommend Premier Kia of Branford to anyone looking to buy a car!

I had a great experience leasing my car from Premier Kia. Kwaku was very helpful and informative about the Sorento. It was a pleasure working with him and I especially liked that there was no pressure, unlike other dealerships that bombard you with phone calls and messages. I would highly recommend Premier Kia.

Overall really great experience! They were pretty busy when we arrived, so we couldn’t get a sales person right away but Mario the sales manager was able to get me looking at some great options for my family, and before we even got to the salesman Nate, we already had picked out our new SUV. I got a great price on my trade in, and left the same day with a new Kia Sorento! The whole process took less than 4 hours, they showed my all the great features of my new vehicles (We got the SX model), even fed my kids some snacks while we closed the deal. Just an unbelievably friendly environment. Special shout out to super Mario, Nathan, and the finance manager (sorry we forgot your name) who worked some miracles with the banks to get us a great interest rate for our loan. We absolutely love our new Sorento! I am already recommending all my family and friends to check this place out. We look forward to our future vehicle maintenance at the shop, and hope they’re as great as the sales team!

Unbelievable service- I live 45 minutes away and they come to my work and pick up my car leave a loaner and then return my car to me! I was worried about buying a car so far from my home but I got a good deal and the service department is the best I’ve ever experienced.

Just bought a 2019 Forte for my mom here. The sales people were all super nice with a special thanks to Nathan. They were very thorough from start to finish, introduced us to the service department once the sale was complete, went through the whole car top to bottom and wished us luck with our new vehicle when we left. If you are like me and do not want a hassle, overbearing salesmen, the run around just to see what options are out there for a new car then you need to stop in and talk with these people. It was outstanding, what a pleasure. I have leased 5 Sorento’s and 1 Sportage and when it was time to renew, I contacted the dealership worked with and bam, they hired a new GM and brought back to the snake oil sales approach, just awful. Looking on-line I saw Premier KIA and called, one hour later I had 3 options all in the price range I wanted from Nathan, confirmed the deal I wanted, filled out online all the paperwork, and went the following Saturday and drove away within an hour with my new Sorento.It was so great I went back a week later and bought a Seltos, what a team, Nathan Glazewski was able to hook me up hassle-free, many thanks to him and the team.

Dropped car off for low fuel pressure in Tuesday. After Diagnosis was told part $350. And will be here on Thursday or Friday..well called them and was told FedEx lost the part. But they have a tracking number.hopefully theyll find it and fix it Sat or Monday. Needed car for weekend was told Maybe we can get you one but I one got back to me on that. Searched for cheaper part and of course no where near $350. So very upset. Well today is mon and they stated part is in. Was going to have them push car out and take it elsewhere.. decided car apart they might as well finish.. well $900.00 later car should be done.. Well Im done with Premier.Btw engine replacement done thru recall by Kia. And car ran weak since.. but was told about issue at time why wasnt this replaced then. And I pay for part afterwards..thanks Kia. this is my 3rd Kia

We just bought a Sorento, I hated going to dealerships they always make me feel pressured. NOT In this case they made us going home to think about for a 24 hour period. Chris and Mario are fantastic. I would recommend them any day to any person. Chris is very informative and was able to break it down and explain in details between a lease and financing, what were the perks of each of. I’m very happy with this place.

My wife and I have used Premier Subaru and Kia services for many years. We have always had outstanding service and support for our vehicles from them and highly recommend the Premier Auto Group to everyone.

Customer service was some of the worst I have experienced from the salesman referring to me as sweetie several times, to being talked down to regarding simple math that a fifth grader could have figured out, to the car not being ready to pick up, to the payment amount changing, to being lied to about the car mats not being provided, to six free oil changes that I never received this whole experience was downright bad. I am generally a very patient person but I do not appreciate being talked down to. The saving grace is that I love my car.

I normally do not write reviews but after my exceptional experience here I just had to write a review. Chris at Premier Kia of Branford is Excellent. I have had really bad experiences with car dealerships in the past so I was hesitant to go to another car dealer ship when I needed a new car but I am so glad I went here. Chris and his team were amazing. They made my car buying experience the best experience ever. I was never pressured into buying a car either. Chris went above and beyond to help me and my son get a car. When the time comes for my other sons to get a car we will defiantly be going back. I have and will recommend Chris and Premier Kia of Branford to everyone. I can not say enough great thing about them. Premier Kia of Branford is truely lucky to have an employee like Chris. Every single time I come here its in and out. The service is always excellent and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I drive from the Bronx and bypass plenty of Kia dealerships to have the car serviced here.

Although due to unforeseen circumstances they didnt have a technician who could work on our vehicle which is an older vehicle and need special handling, they couldnt have been more helpful or nicer in every other way possible.since our car was not working they offered us use of the restrooms, bottled water, told us we could walk our dogs on their property and supplied the bags, told us a few other places we could call for help. They went beyond expectations considering we werent going to be paying them for anything. If I were in the market for new car today I would buy it there.
