10/10. While the shop may be small, its packed with a very friendly and welcoming staff. Victor was great, he greeted me quickly helped me get a battery change and even upgrade my watch. He told me about the hybrids and his experience on them, and how theyre a very nice balanced watch of smart and affordable. Im loving mine right now. He helped me set it up and how to use it, he even went out of his way to find a charger for my phone since it was dyeing. Very nice and enthusiastic guy.

I went into the store today for some issues for my gen 5 watch. Victor was great help he was very informative and professional. Thanks for providing great customer service you don’t find that to often these days.

I walked into the fossil store with a relic watch that I purchased there about five years ago. I had called during the week and they said that they could put a battery in it. I get there and the girl says if they don’t sell those watches. Then she comes from the back and says that she doesn’t wanna ruin the watch. Terrible customer service!

Taylor was friendly and very helpful; the store manager (didnt catch his name) was great in assisting in installing a missing pin. Theyre great and i love Fossil !!!

This store is always clean, bright and inviting. The workers and manager are very knowledgeable and will take time to answer any and all questions and are quick to offer help. They have my business.

Ive always loved Fossil merchandise. The store is small but assorted, clean, organized, and simple. The prices are fair and the service has always been friendly, knowledgeable, and gone above and beyond. I love their leather goods and watches and buy most of my belts, wallets, sunglasses, bracelets, watches, and other accessories here because of the price/quality mix. Fossil products look good, are well-made and durable, and wont break the bank.

Came in last night around 8:30. If it wasn’t for the nice female employee who was open to guide me through the watch selection. I would’ve left. A young employee was condescending, unprofessional, and openly speaking about his out of work relationships and things he wanted to do after my transaction was finished and openly admitted I was stopping him from going out, even though I left before the facility closed. Got a nice watch with a nice employee but whoever that employee is needs to be seriously talked to or released. Customer service is not his strong suit. I understand being funny but there is a line. Keep in mind I had no budget and was open to any price watch. A perfect showroom up in the sales business. Not sure of his name but he is a skinny young kid That looks Indian/Trinidadian. New shoppers stay away from him.

Excellent service, they replaced one of my Fossil watches for a new one due to a defect and were very professional. They help me select a new mens bag and I’m very satisfied with my visit. The best Fossil store in the Tampa and Brandon area is definitely this one, I will be back soon to make another purchase.

Went in to buy a smart watch. Great service with no pressure to get more than I wanted.

After doing my research on the new Smartwatch Gen 4, I visited this location and was pleasantly approached by a customer service rep names Udi. He was so helpful and even showed me how to sync my phone to my new watch. He probably took an extra 15 min to show me all of the extras the watch had. I also brought in two watches for new batteries and Matt was extremely helpful. While he replaced the batteries, he was personable and showed an interest in my teaching career. Both men made my shopping experience very enjoyable.

Bought my fossil gen 3 smartwatch a few days ago and the employee who opened the store was extremely helpful in assisting me with setting the watch up. Unfortunately I cant remember his name.

All I wear are Fossil watches. Love them and the price.

The Staff knows nothing about their products all they care about is selling the product. After that they will do nothing but direct you to their 800 help line if you have any issues with your watch, i dont recommend buying a fossil unless you want nothing but a headache trying to keep your watch connected.

Id do 0 if I could!! I called a week ago to make SURE they fixed the type of watch I have, just a $10 battery replacement!! I gave model number, etc. then I drove 45min to get it fixed. I show up and they say oh we cant fix that, has to be sent out ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? So I had to go somewhere else and pay 4x the amount !! Fossil, start hiring people who know what they are doing! And not lie to people and waste time!
