I have been with this company for a long time and I highly recommend it, very hard working crew members, as long as you tell them what you need to get done they will do it for you right away they always makes me happy after the service is done , nice and clean

Groundscapes did the original landscaping for my home. When hurricane Hermine snapped one of my Red Bottle Brush trees at the roots, I was very eager to replace it as it provided privacy on my back porch. I price checked several places and Groundscapes was the most expensive, but not by very much. When I went to other companies and saw what I would be getting for not much less than Groundscapes, I knew I had to go with them. Trees at the other places were not mature, fragile looking and lacked fullness. Jeff hand picked a beautiful, full tree that fit perfectly into my landscaping and re-created the privacy I desired. He also ensured that the tree he picked had a sturdier base so that it wont snap like the other tree did during a storm. Jeff went above and beyond my expectations and I am extremely satisfied with the end result. I could not have asked for better service or a better tree. If you can be a little patient, this company will do an excellent job. I will always go back to this company for any landscaping needs in the future and will recommend them to friends and family.

They came out to look at the property. Said t h ey would plan the landscaping and send via email.They are a joke. No one sent an email. I called twice, both times I was told they would call back... never heard a word. Would give them a 0 stars if I could.

Groundscapes doesnt show up even after you call and they tell you they will be there that day and will STILL bill you for services you havent received. I purchased a new construction home in Riverview, FL on May 30th and the building superintendent informed me the lawn would be mowed before we signed the papers. The morning of closing we did our final walkthrough and the lawn still hadn’t been cut, so he called and spoke with Groundscapes and they said if they had time they would come out that day or the next day, but if not they would mow it on Tuesday (which is the day they are in our area) to which I said would be fine. They mowed it on Tuesday, however that was only after the building superintendent caught them as they were leaving the subdivision, so they turned around and came back. The lawn looked nice so I called them and asked to continue having my lawn taken care of by their company. They failed to show up the next week so I called the company office and spoke with Lynn, who I will say has been very nice and professional each time I have spoken with her. They failed to show again so I emailed the president of the company who informed me that because of the weather they were running behind and they would be out (they did finally show up on a Saturday evening.) Having just mowed Saturday they skipped the following Tuesday, after which they did come mow the next two weeks as scheduled. They failed to mow my yard last week as they were scheduled to do so and I never received a call stating that they would need to reschedule or provide an explanation of why they failed to show. When I called the office yesterday to inquire about mowing I was told they didn’t know why they skipped my yard last week, but she would call the crew and speak with them. Lynn called back and said they didn’t know why they missed last week but they would be out “today” so I waited… They never showed yesterday and once again there was no phone call with an explanation. As of today I have cancelled my lawn service with Groundscapes and I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone else due to their lack of professionalism in showing up and communicating with their customers.

They never mowed my lawn even though I paid them in full for 1 month. When I asked for a refund the owner of the company essentially said I was a liar and refused to give me all my money back. Go with a different company. This one is untrustworthy.
