They claim to fix and repair air tools. They really just want to get you there and sell a new tool

The guys in the store want to help and work hard helping. These guys really know there tools and products. I would recommend stopping by to check out some of the recon Makita tools. They have great deals on products for the contractor.

Ask to get a staple gun repaired that my father purchased there about 2 years ago from them. One sales rep was like yeah we can fix it. Then out of nowhere whoever it was, I’m guessing the shop manager or whoever just blatantly said nope. And I quote “we don’t carry that brand anymore so we don’t fix it”. I was like seriously there is a staple gun hanging on the wall that was the same brand as my fathers right next to me. That’s when I knew I was not at the right place. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I went in there 3 times to get parts for my air guns. none of the employees knows what kind of guns they where. They never knew when the repair guy was going to be in. Ive called several times. Ive dropped my guns off for two weeks. No answer. I lost the two great roofing jobs waiting on these idiots to get parts. I finally went back and got my guns. I should of looked at the other comments here. I went to the place I always went before. They mostly had the parts for any tool there at their shop. Plus, they have great service. The only bad thing is the drive to 5th St. S. I do not recommend Hughes at all. When it comes on working on homes. The homeowners have to wait on you to get their house done. And if a tool messes up. You cant wait for idiots that dont know what their doing. Yes. I gave them one star. Thats because they are 10 min. Drive. They suck. Thanks for making me loose 2 different roofing jobs. Which could of led for more jobs.

Called to ask if they repaired Bostitch nails guns. They said, yes. I took my nail gun and to be repaired. When I got there they said they only did repairs for contractors, because they did not make any money repairing tools. They shouldve told me that when I called, we do repairs only for contractors not the general public. Not a very good experience.
