Came on short notice to upgrade a weight distribution bracket the one Lowes used to install the opener was actually ripping off the door. It was like a 3 inch 2 screw bracket with only 1 screw holding it. I was lucky it didnt fall on a kid, car, or destroy the whole upper panel of the door. While he was here he told me about upgraded track rollers that are 50% quieter and dont need lubed ever. So I had him put those on for me too. From coming on short notice, great service, good prices, and professional manner this guy gets my business. Door is quieter than ever before and open and closes like a hot knife through butter.

Definitely a quick and good service. My garage door spring broke and called a Saturday 30 minutes before they closed and by Monday afternoon I already had it fixed. Not only the spring was fixed, but they did a whole inspection on the garage door and was told the it needed to be level, and properly secure. I really like that everything I was told, they were able to show me and explained. Really high quality and definitely highly recommended.

Had an appointment today for 10am, but was pleasantly surprised when he offered to come to my home earlier. He walked me through all the working parts of my garage door, he added lubricant, and what I appreciated the most was the explanation of should be fixed in the near future, but not at that time of visit. Tim came out first thing Monday morning and provided me with options - either lube the existing rollers/hinges which would work (for the short term) or replace the metal roller with plastic rollers (for the long term). The torsion spring broke on my garage door and this was the first time I had ever had to deal with it. I called another company (with a high rating) to come out and provide an estimate. Based on my research, I knew the price was high, so I reached out to Prestige based on a recommendation from my neighbor. Glad I did......Rob provided a verbal quote over the phone and the head to head price difference was huge. My decision to use Prestige got better when Tim (the technician) informed me that some of the parts the other company recommended didnt actually need to be replaced. I was instead able to do some other upgrades instead of replacing good parts. Tim also took the time to adjust my tracks and brackets in order to remedy the poor workmanship that was done when the door was originally installed (when my house was built). Tim did great work and even better, he explained everything that he was doing and what the best practices were for door installation and maintenance. First class service at a very fair price is hard to find these days......proud to say Prestige checks all the boxes and will be the only company I will ever call for my garage door work.

Cant tell you how pleased I am with the decision to have this company do some work for. Very responsive and honestly independent local company. I called for spring replacement as mine broke. I had them fix that, replace my old opener, replace the rollers and tune up the door in general. Did a great job. I can barely hear the motor and the garage door barely can be heard. Great work from this company. Mike from Prestige came out to replace a ripped door gasket. As he was adjusting the door tension he noticed the door didnt close properly due to a floor defect in the home builders install. He didnt have to but he chiseled at the floor & got the door to close snug. His attention to detail is very meticulous as his knowledge is a true testament to his profession. As all the guys at Prestige are all amazing.

I will never understand why people use national chains with their “one size fits all” mentality when you have a LOCAL company that does it better, with more options for less money.
