Worst experience ever... they will not let you open packages to look at items. Lady followed me and my family around the store. It was disgusting and belittling to say the least. If you do try on items they will only let you try on the main piece, but nothing else that might come with it inside the pack. They take everything out and just give you the main item. Im not sure how you expect someone to commit to a purchase not knowing what theyd fully look like and tell them no refunds. As we were leaving due to the bad service we noticed they were checking womens purses searching for merchandise. Even the security who worked there agreed they didnt feel comfortable bothering the customers.Lastly, the costumes are extremely over priced. You could easily find the same costumes for half the price.

Please dont come here. Their items are way over priced, especially for one custom. And the tall Caucasian man (looks between 30s-40) within the store with a black Mohawk is prejudice against p.o.c . Me and my family went into the store and looked around, but made no purchases and as we made our way to exit out of the store, he stopped us to check all of our purses/ my mother had a fanny pack on. They do have a sign up not allowing bags but We also noticed how he wasnt checking any of the Caucasian customers that were exiting the store, yet their purses were much larger then ours. Definitely not coming back here.

It’s a cool place to buy some stuff and only opens around the Halloween season. Location does move and has consistently over the last 5 years.

Don’t waste your time here. Items are over price. Just order online.

Although you cannot take photos of the really cool looking displays or open masks/packages, the staff was excellent! So helpful and courteous. I would have not even made a purchase if not for the girls who work there.

I love this place it is so cool. Everyone was so nice they got me what I needed quickly. We stayed longer because of there cool scary figures.

The negative reviews on here really surprise me and make me wonder if they are even the correct store. The staff I dealt with were very nice people and helpful. The prices are less than some of the other stores around. I have never had a problem here.

Decent store. Prices were too high on decor .. but the costume selection was large .. seemed like more of the older costumes .. not too many of the current costumes to select from. Decent all around place to find different items than the run of the mill stores.

I see nothing has changed from last year (per reviews). I went in yesterday and was looking at wings. I opened up the package just so I could feel it, when an employee came to me and told me that Im not allowed to open up up the package. Said I was sorry, then started looking at other things, this employee followed me around like I was going to steel something until I finally left. Fyi, went to the other store thats by the mall where I purchased $$$, recommend going there instead!!

Went in to the Brandon store wanting a costume I saw on their website. After looking around and not finding it, I asked a woman and she said they did not have that but showed me one costume that they did have. She handed it to me and I pulled out my phone and took a picture of it to send to my boss. While I was standing there texting back and forth, the lady stayed there, which was kind of strange but I didn’t really think anything of it. So I continued looking. When taking a picture of another I thought could work, a man told me I could not take pictures. So only go there if you are getting the costume for yourself, not someone else because you are the only one allowed to look at it. After that, it seemed the man was just following me around like I was going to steal something or take another picture. He finally said something along the lines of, “do you have any questions because the packages basically say what you need to know.” I said no and left. The woman was nice and willing to help but the man was just looking for something to correct you on.

Worst experience of my life, I bought a really cute wig or at least I thought I was. They do not let you see the wings before you buy them I got home and it was not at all what was as depicted on the package. The wig I thought I was as getting was this cute cherry red pigtail wig and I opened this thing and it looked like I had two roach antennae hanging on the side of my face when I tried to exchanged not return the lady just basically laughed in my face. At this point I would have even been fine with getting a cheaper wig and just taking a loss but no that wasnt allowed either.

After shopping at this store for years before I moved out of the country, I returned home after 4 years and came to visit the store. I was pleasantly surprised that the owners remembered me and showed great customer service as always. They had a great selection and variety of goods. Their employees were very professional and helped me with all my needs. Awesome place to shop!

Awesome people. The only place in Brandon if you wanna shop for Halloween. Theyre creative and give great advice if youre throwing a party or wanting to put together a haunted house. They really know their stuff, and they love Halloween. That matters to me because Halloween is my favorite holiday so everythings gotta be done right!

Expensive when you now have Amazon at the top of your fingers. They wanted 40 bucks for the same wig I got off Amazon for 15.00 and the costume prices are outrageous for cheaply made costumes. We will not be returning. Customer service was very helpful and knowledgable just the store was way over priced on everything. Animatronic display was way awesome but, again extremely overpriced....

Tons of costumes to choose from and amazing decorations and animatronics, all priced well. The store is very clean and organized too. Super friendly and helpful staff. Make sure to say hi to Taco the dog :)

I felt like I was followed around a lot, a little strange. I don’t mind bc I’m not a thief but it got to be point I felt like I was shopping with a stranger. Lol. I definitely felt pressured to purchase a costume, and I ended up buying it for twice the amount Party City cost. I found it online way cheaper ($20 cheaper). This place has a good selection but the prices are a little too high for comfort.

Bought a wig that was opened. Thought it was only because someone wanted to look at it. Turns out it the hair on the wig was cut off in a lot of places. When we tried to return it 2 days later, they told us theyd never sell a wig in that condition. Guess I know why all sales are final. Its because they sell F tier product. Dont buy from hers. Staff acted like it was a giant pain that we wanted to talk to a manager about the problem.

I went here to try and pick a costume for my wife, thought I found something she would really like and jokingly told the manager, I hope she likes it and it fits. Well... she did not like it and I tried to return it unopened an hr or so later and they offered me same price or greater exchange for other store merchandise. There was nothing else I wanted that was worth $129.99.... Eventhough they have an “All sales are final” policy which is understandable in preventing costumes being worn and returned... However, I was dissapointed they were willing to take the costume back (unopened) but not give me a refund considering the circumstances. Make sure you like what you buy because they will not be “striving to make sure that customer satisfaction is great” if you try to return anything unopened, the same day.But at least they gave me a 10% discount for being a veteran. So I gave them 2 stars instead of 1.

Poor selection of kids costumes. Seems to be geared toward adult costumes. The best part...after not finding any costumes for my kids, an employee insisted on checking my purse as I left. Dont bother shopping here.

Rude staff. I was chastised for trying on a costume when there are NO signs in the store. When I offered to pack it back up, they refused and took it away from me. NOT very customer friendly.

I am very angry at this store because I just bought a metal case 400W Fog Machine which they only had small size which I was looking for smaller fog machine for my Halloween Villages (little houses and miniature figures, etc.) and saw another store that have mini fog machine which it is smaller than this one. I went back to this store and asked for refund which I havent open this box as unused. The people told me that they refused to accept to give me refund. The receipt says Final Sales. At the back, it says less than 30 days, unused, or broken item. ALSO THEY SAID THE RECEIPT IS RECYCLE PAPER! I said what is the point about recycle paper. THEY DISGUSTING ME! They only care about MONEY than CUSTOMERS!
