Just excellent service and very friendly personnel. Cookie cake was not only delicious but the girl/manager, did a beautiful job decorating the cake. I walked in, ordered it, she baked it and was back out the door in an hour !I highly recommend !

This was one of my favorite indulgences at one time….A HUGE ICED COOKIE CAKE! Unfortunately the business has declined and declined. Last three attempts at a cookie cake order have been horrible. Attempt one—-the cookie was hard and overcooked. They said that’s just the way they are. Second Attempt is was cancelled and I was not told and showed up. Really not happy. They said we had too many orders to make my cookie. This last time I should have known better….I ordered later in the afternoon and the website had me pay and said it would be ready in 2 hours….shortly I get a call saying we can make it today. Then way does the site allow me to order and purchase it? At least the last two times my money was refunded. Again, just poor experiences from a company charging $35 for a big cookie. Hope you have better experiences than me.

This location was a little more than a dollar cheaper than the one at International Plaza.Got the Buy 5 and get 1 free.

So Im going to be honest. This place was pretty great, and had a few flaws. But thats okay.Firstly, the cookies, which most people come for, was amazing, you can smell them from a few ends of the mall.Then comes the waiting, people are indecisive, which isnt their fault, well it is their fault with all the options, its so hard to choose what combinations of cookie you want to take home.There are many deals and good prices you can go by to help you make your decisions.When I went, I noticed that the cookies sit on a sheet, or tray awaiting pickup and takeout, which means not all of them would be fresh. Or so I assume. That was my only real thing, everything else, from the service to the food was delicious.

Horrible. Ordered cakes 2 different times and they were not ready either times. First time the lady hand wrote a voucher for a free one next time, which didnt work, because I had already paid for the cake that wasn’t ready. And I had to wait an hour for them to make the cake while I waited at the mall. The second time I never got the cake and I never got a refund even after talking to two different managers multiple times and even making the 35 minute drive to the mall just to get a refund. Was told the manager was just getting out of bed at 1pm on a weekday and that’s why my cake wasn’t ready and the reason he would not be fired was because his parents owned the franchise. The other workers when I got there had no hair nets, gloves and looked like a few people were just “hanging out” with the other workers behind the counter. Looked like a sketchy hangout. Makes me sad because our family has always loved cookie cakes and have gotten them for years in several states and this location is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. Will sadly never ever go back.

I was hired as a manager for this location and worked 2 weeks, i ended up leaving position as it was not a good fit for me. Since the time i left I had been getting the run around about why I still have not gotten paid for the time I worked. Sally Mo owner refuses to answer my calls or respond to any if my messages and Cathy manager at the Clearwater store have has told me she is speaking with her regarding issue and is being told my check was in the mail, etc... now I know it to be a run around. The job didnt work out but it does not give an employer the right to withhold earnings. Im writing this in hope you reconsider giving your business to a company who operates in such a manner. Thank you.

Youre going to want to get the sugar cookie and creme sandwhich but ask for half the creme. Its amazing but too much, kind of like how 100 puppies would be too much. People would always be asking you why not get 1 more? Why dont you get one more sense of humor because yours is worse than my monthly dog food costs.

The disrespect which came from the Manager AND the employees is absolutely mind blowing. Out of all the establishments I have gone to, this one has been the worst experience yet. My fiance ordered a cookie cake on Friday to pick it up on Monday. Something came up and she couldnt make it to pick up. So she called again to schedule the pick up for today which is Wednesday 02/13/2019 and when she went to go pick it up, she and my daughter were totally disrespected. The manager yelled her while she was holding my daughter and the employees laughed in the background. One employee actually had to tell the manager to stop yelling at my fiance at one point. Then to make matters worse the manager tried to charge his own fee of $8 for her to pick it up today saying oh because you(my fiance) came late to pick it up I will charge you $8.The disrespect from the manager and employees did not represent the company what so ever and should be handled as such. Hopefully corporate will reach out tomorrow to talk with me to discuss the future of the manager and employees at the Brandon location.

Tommy and Manuel were absolutely amazing! It was closing time and they were still so helpful and patient. The customer service was impeccable! We will definitely be back.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I placed an order 2 weeks ago for my sons birthday cake and set up a date and time for order to be picked up on the way to his party. I got there and not only was the cookie first in the oven the associates there were extremely uncaring, unapologetic and frankly quite rude. She offered an unacceptable alternative and when I said that wouldnt work she shrugged her shoulders. Way to ruin a 8 yr olds birthday party!

My time there was great! The associate, Tommy I believe, was friendly and had good energy. The cookies were warm and fresh and i had an overall enjoyable experience.

I placed an online order and was given the option to selecte a time that comes to find out was not available per the assistance manager of the store after calling to try to change the order to a different date.The assistance manger WAS NOT helpful and assisted that the the issue of him trying to switch my order for a time that I was not available to pick up my cookie cake was not his issue. I tried to explain repeatly to the assistant manager that the order was placed online and there was no way to knowing that the store will not be closed during the time the online site allowed me to schedule for. He advised me that nothing more could be done and that the issue is not his problem. Having to call my credit card company to issue a refund for an item I didnt receive. Will be filling a complaint w higher ups.

Never again. I ordered online and when I got there for the 12:15pm pick up. The poor kid who was working alone said that his mgr wasnt there yet and my order wasnt ready. I waited for over an hour and still a no show. The worker have me my money back.

The cookies are usually good at Great American cookies but this location wasnt like the others. The cookies looked very thin and when got some they tore apart with just grabbing out of the bag. Didnt think much of the look of the cookies just thought that is how it came out of the oven. I wouldnt recommend this location better going to Clearwater or Lakeland if you want cookies from this company.

Ordered a graduation cookie cake 10 days ago for pickup today at noon. i sent my son to go pick it up. He gets there and there is no order for my name, no cookie made and the manager acted as if it was no big deal.i spoke with her on the phone and instead of trying to make it right she was filled with excuses about it being her 3rd day on the job and that she coulsnt make the cookie because she waant a decorator I specifically told her I ordered 10 days in advance to ensure the cookie would be ready for our graduation BBQ today and now I will have to leave sons graduation BBQ in order to go back to the mall to pick up a cookie that was supposed to already be ready. Extremely disappointed by not only my purchase not being ready or having the order even acknowledged, but that manager just made excuses

Poor franchise management. They messed up letting Dana go. The new manager is disorganized, always on his phone, let’s his kids run around and sit on counters, and has poor customer service skills.

Just tried to call and order a cookie cake. The people that answered acted very unprofessional. I couldn’t even order the darn thing. 🤷‍♀️

Ordered 6 different cookies around 1pm and all 6 cookies were stale. The cashier seemed to not comprehend. He had food on his face and dirt under his nails. There were no fresh cookies available.

Just was at Brandon Mall and got horrible customer service. The manager and employee was to busy talk about non work related stuff to take our order then when the employee finally can over to us. She was so rude because we only wanted two double doozies cookies. She then walk away from us with one of the cookies and said she didnt want to deal with us to manager. He looked at us so I just canceled the order. The employee then started yelling at us and the manager did the same. Will never go back there. I was a regular weekly customer. Sad to say the new manager and employee all need fired
