This store I stop at every morning before goi g to work . Well I had a very bad fall on there mat that was not down all the way . Well the 2 men working there were not the most polite s employees the one younger guy so super compassinate but the older whom must have been Manger never spoke a word . DIDNT ASK IF I WANTED TO MAKE A REPORT OR ANYTHING as I barely walked too my car..I can say Ill never stop there again and I am hurt extremely bad ...

People working at this location are the rudest, most unprofessional people. Done coming here! They never greet you, never thank you, and if they actually say anything to you, it’s a rude comment or remark. Lady this morning was a b. That counter was a complete crowded mess. Couldn’t tell which machine was for which register, and when I asked she has the audacity to be rude and sarcastic.

The price of regular gas said was $2.75 & it was incorrect...it was $2.89... very incorrect. An no way on questionnaire to correct it or advise.

I really recommend that you download your Thorntons app and register as you can see the normal person would paid $1.549 for a gallon but the smart shopper like me who downloads the app pays $1.399 a gallon. No credit card security at all. The only gas station in the area that doesnt require a zip code to use your credit card.

Never had any issues at this Thornton’s. Mostly nice cashiers. There are a couple there that are not nice but that’s any big chain store you go to.

Short black girl with short hair taking their time with another card league in the mens restroom wait at 10 minutes still aint nowhere near done! Its a small restroom so it made no sense trash was already pulled! She gave me an attitude and some lip all because I went into the womens restroom! The district manager better fix her attitude before I fix it for him

I bought gas on Wednesday afternoon. I wanted to wash my Windows. The window cleaner tank was almost emptyand there was garbage in it. The smell was worse than an old dogs urine. I just held my breath and put the gas in. Good luck Thorntons, hello WAWA.

Pretty good location but can be sketchy to get in and out of with the traffic on 60 and it being so close to the intersection. Try out their rewards program and you save $.10 per gallon of gas for 30 days definitely worth a few minutes of signing up to save the money! Nice new clean.

Was enjoying the cigarette prices.went to buy my daughter a ice cream and it was labeled 99. I put it in a cup bc my child is only 5yrs old and I was charged $3.20 for said .99$ cone needless to say I will be calling to speak to someone in charge and hopefully they will fix this!!!!!!!!!!😈😈😈😈😈😈😬😬😬😬😬😬😬😬😵😨😰😬😠😩😧😭

I go a lot to this store, very friendly staff, clean place. I purchase most of my beer there. The only reason they are getting the one star its because I recently purchase a 24 pack of beer and when I open one can I found out its was old taste or someting. I buy this specific beer lots actually from them and trust me something was not right. What mades me upset is that I went there with all 23 full cans, 1 empty in the case to have it exchanged, and they simply told me No. Now either I forget about my money or go try the hassle of contacting the beer maker to resolve this matter.

I usually go to Thornton’s at night after work and get a brats or a hot dog. This one here in Brandon, fl. They Close down the fast food section at 9:00PM. Not good for some of us that likes to get a quick bite to eat. It’s faster then McDonalds and any other place when you can do it yourself. I have a feeling the night guy just does not want the hassle. Just like MsDonalds. They always say the ice cream machine is broke down after 9:00pm and we all know that’s not true!!

3 times now the Jolly rancher slushies are not frozen. 3 times. Now the 2nd time the ice cream is not frozen. I either have the worst timming possible or this place is just not up to par. Used to love Thortons, Wawa is looking good.

I bought 19.37 worth of gas on 10/15 and Thortons put a hold on my card for 100.00.I have always purchased my gas from them since 2006. Will NEVER purchase gas from them again. My debit card Fraud Protection notified me.

I ALWAYS get my gas here. The member card is worth it, saves a few pennies part gallon and is free. They have E85 flex fuel.

Watched someone get caught steeling and was drinking beers in cooler? then get caught putting them in pocket and was stopped at door and said just to leave...as I walked out I heard the person brag to his friend Yep they did it again they just asked me to leave they dont prosecute for getting caught...just ask me to leave again...VERY UNSAFE>>Never to return to this establishment

I dont know what happened. When this place first opened, it was nice, employees were nice & respectable. Now they are rude, ghetto, & trashy. I was supposed to get a free drink with my rewards card, and this black lady with long hair, had a nasty attitude from the start, said that I cant get a free drink with the rewards card. I know damn well the last dude told me I could. I asked for the manager. She rolled her eyes & called him. He came back, also with a nasty attitude & said in an annoyed voice just give her a free drink. After that, she tried to tell me about some bull crap about the machine sometimes doesnt take some reward points because it didnt get through the transaction. I was wondering why is she even telling me this? Like it was ok that the machine false advertises reward points and its my fault. The last employee told me I could get a free drink with my rewards card. If she had some manners & home training, she would of just said Im sorry for the inconvenience. Machine is acting up. Im not going back to that tacky gas station & neither should anyone else! Seriously, go to 7 eleven or Hess, especially Hess. Better service and no ghetto, tacky workers with nasty attitudes.

Justin lectured me when I walked in and directly up to him with my cr card so I could fill the car. He said I needed to get in line. He literally said you dont just walk up and hand someone your card he was one of two cashiers. The other was setting the pump for the ONlY other customer in the store! NO ONE WAS IN LiNE! I checked when I walked in! When I explained to Jason that you dont say that to a customer he replied yes you do! I have 40 years of customer service management with the last 25 in the Convienence store industry. Trust me I cut a lot of kids a lot of slack, but this one should never be allowed to even clean the bathroom or sweep the lot! And to top it off when I stopped by another location they knew it was Justin by hearing the story! This kid has a bad attitude and even other store employees know of his reputation! Unbelievable!

I tried to use my card at the pump for my $.10 off a gallon and it didnt work. I wet inside to ask for my money back and the cashier shoved the receipt in my face and said sorry, nothing I can do, your transaction is complete.
