I write this review reluctantly because Im afraid of revealing my super-secret hidden gem. All of the clothes are in top shape and I have the prices to be at some steep discounts from retail. The staff are friendly and helpful without being pushy. Savvy is definitely my go-to place for quality high-end clothing.

What a great shop!!! Definitely for an older crowd but I still found a few good pieces. Decent prices for quality clothing. Lots of jewelry and purses. Will be back!!

BEWARE - I was told the owner had checked the authenticity of a Louis Vuitton Stephen Sprouse Speedy Rose bag and I paid the price for it. I decided not to keep and was told by two authenticators that the purse was not authentic, separately, without the other one knowing about the other. These two authentications costs a total of $30. I drove 188 miles total to purchase the bag and to return the bag and I asked for my mileage. They did refund ONLY the purchase price, not the two authentications and not my mileage for their fraud. So now Im here to warn everyone this could happen to you without you realizing it. It wasnt enough that they paid back the purchase price; it would have been enough had they paid back the $30 and my mileage to make me whole. I would NEVER deal with them in the future and they understand how angry I am about this. And by the way, I think they knew because there was not one Im sorry this happened or we want you to be happy. Seemed pretty intentional that they hoped they found a sucker.EDIT: SELLER REPLIED THAT I WASNT TOLD IT WAS AUTHENTIC. SERIOUSLY? I ASKED AND WAS TOLD IT WAS AUTHENTIC AND HAD BEEN CHECKED. AS I PRIVATELY TOLD HER I WOULD SWEAR ON WHATEVER SHE THINKS IS HOLY I WAS TOLD THAT - AND IF NOT WHY WOULD SHE HAVE THIS BAG FOR SALE???? HER REPUTATION DEPENDS ON HER SELLING AUTHENTIC BAGS. TO ME HER REPUTATION NOW MEANS NOTHING BECAUSE IF IT HAPPENED TO ME, IT CAN HAPPEN TO YOU. JUST THINK: IF SHE DIDNT AUTHENTICATE THIS BAG, DID SHE AUTHENTICATE YOUR BAG? ARE YOU SURE YOUR BAG IS REAL? DO YOU NEED TO HAVE YOUR BAG AUTHENTICATED? AND SINCE I HAD ONE AUTHENTICATION COME BACK FAKE, WAS I TO TRUST HER WITH HER AUTHENTICATION SO I GOT ANOTHER, JUST TO BE SURE I WASNT MAKING FALSE ACCUSATIONS. A STAND UP COMPANY WOULD HAVE AT LEAST PAID THE $30 FOR THESE 2 AUTHENTICATORS WHO INDEPENDENTLY SAID THE BAG WAS FAKE. MAYBE EVEN A CREDIT AT THE BOUTIQUE FOR TRAVELING 188 MILES TOTAL TO PURCHASE A FAKE BAG AND RETURN IT. BUT AS YOU SEE SHE DIDNT OFFER THAT AND DOESNT SEE THE PROBLEM. AS I STARTED MY REVIEW: BUYER BEWARE. I STAND BY MY STATEMENTS.

Love this place. I always find something when I go in. I needed something for a funeral this weekend. I found 2 items. Total of $21.00. And the clothes are all in perfect condition. I recommend Savvy to anyone. The place is set up nice so you can find what you are looking for easily. And the customer reps are all very nice. Try it. Youll love it too.

My wife and I really enjoyed shopping here before and always found great items at a great price. Now they have changed to a boutique and the items are (in our opinion) overpriced and all designer. We haven’t found a single item we liked (for the price) since they changed. It’s a shame as we like to support local business. The store overall remains clean though and staff is consistently friendly.

I have sold items here and I also purchased a few items. The consignment process was easy but be sure to read the contract so that you understand how much you will get paid, how to get a check, when your items expire, etc.The rules are very transparent. The staff is very friendly. I would shop here more if I lived closer.

I had an absolutely fabulous experience. I dealt with Destiny and she was wonderful. I have never gone in there without being able to find something. They keep high-end merchandise and the place hes always clean and everything is always in its proper place. I would personally suggest someone try visiting men you always find something special. This place is a goldmine when you need to find something outside of the same old stuff you see at the mall. I always go here when I need something special. They recently remodeled too so its super cute. The girls are all super helpful and sweet.

I love this place! One of my favorite consignment shops ever, very clean and organized, and wonderful staff and management. They are very fair on what they do and do not accept from consignors, and always give good reasoning for items not accepted. Definitely worth a try :)

Deals and more deals! I got name brand clothes at a fraction of the costs I would pay at the mall. 3 Tommy Bahama shirts and 3 Guess casual pants, 1 pair of dress shoes cost me around 39 bucks. Best of all...the items still had the manufactures new tags on them. How do they do this?Great place.

I love this place! Good quality, high end clothing with a selection thats constantly changing. Sizes from juniors to womens. I rarely have to pay for anything because I use my consignment credit towards my purchases. Friendly staff and recently renovated, trendy interior.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The selection of clothing is outstanding. Everything is in Like New condition and the prices are very reasonable. One of my favorite places to shop. Be sure to ask about their email list. Youll get notifications of sales and events.

I have been going here since 2011! I love this place and the staff. When I first started coming in I was pregnant dropping off tons of things with my husband. We moved to Kuwait but still came home to drop off and shop. Now my daughter is 3 and she comes with me like its her store. Family feeling. Always clean and tidy. Maybe its just me. When I come in I dont find the staff very friendly or helpful. Sometimes I see something I would buy but dont because I wasnt even spoken to or acknowledged. I was their today and cashier spoke to lady behind me and they continued 2 have a conversation right over my head without even saying anything 2 me,just putting my slip on counter for me 2 sign.

We always check out what Savvys has before making the trip to department stores. Its nice to drop clothes off, and come back with money in our account to use towards stuff. Plus they donate all the clothes they arent able to sell. Great place that has been in business for years.

I can always find a good deal here on something I may not have been looking for and the selection of handbags and clothes is pretty good.

Good shop for buyers, terrible place to consign. Out of over 20 pieces taken to the shop for consignment, 4 pieces were accepted, the rest were rejected. Only two items sold netting less than $10.00. Savvy apparently does not payout when your account is less than $10.00. Option is to purchase something with the credit on your balance, bring more items for consignment so you can maybe get over the $10.00 threshold or forfeit your balance to the shop. Can not see myself bringing more items for consignment as sales were non existent for the most part. This was a test to see how well they would do and they failed. The items they turned away were taken to Pendys across the street. Pendys accepted 14 of the items Savy turned down. Over $100.00 in payout from Pendy on items Savy refused so far. There is still more time at Pendys to possibly generate more sales. Items turned down by both shops sold online netting $36.00 and change so far. If you want to consign, stay away and use other shops. Better yet, if you have the time and a smart phone, sell items yourself online, Put your items in font of millions of shoppers instead of a few hundred and make quite a bit more money for yourself with very little effort. Selling online is a lot less complicated and a whole lot easier than many think.Response to your comments below. I did not expect you to accept all 20 items. No issues with you accepting 4 items. Just pointing out others will take what you consider rejects and get you more money. When consigning items, other shops may be a better first choice so you are not working with two separate shops. What bothers me most is the cash out of account. Providing a cash out for accounts less than $10.00 should be automatic. A offer to cash out should not be a response to a unfavorable review. If you had just cashed out the account in the first place, there would not have been a review. I was disappointed in your pricing and the sales generated but I accepted it. I knew this was a possibility when consigning items. The fact you did not offer to cash out my account while I was in the store made for a very unpleasant experience which has lead to the review. There is absolutely know good reason for you to not cash out transactions under $10.00. You receive items at no cost to you to sell and you split the sale price 50/50. It should not matter if there is $1.00 or $100.00. Using a balance under $10.00 to apply towards a purchase should be an option. There should not be only 2 options. The options you present is to bring more items to consign or buy something with your credit. Very poor customer service for those who do not have more items to cosign and are not looking to spend the very little they have. Fact is you may not have anything that your consignor wants to purchase. You should be offering all consignors the option of cashing out or maintaining a balance no matter how high or low the balance.

I think they are a bit pricey, but they do have some nice stuff. They are super picky about what they accept for consignment, cant be more than 2 years old.(Edit: I had given them 3 stars to start with, but then the owner decided to leave a snarky reply to my good review. That really lowered my opinion of them, so I changed it to 1 star to match.)

I love the little shopping plaza where savvys is located. In fact, I love that entire little section of kings ave. It has an adorable, vintage-y feel to it and I love it. The first time I went to savvys was to consign and the lady who went through my items was very polite. I love the selection of items here and the prices are awesome. I will definitely be a frequent visitor!
