I was just in foot locker at the Brandon mall, and needed assistance with getting shoes from the back, and was placed on hold longer than a customer should be placed on while the ASSISTANT MANAGER JOE hold a conversation with a customer, that was already taken care of and had been standing to the counter for about 15 minutes talking about nothing. While I was still standing waiting to be taken care of. I addressed the situation and was told basically that his conversation was more important then making sure that a potential customer didn’t go elsewhere for better service. Well to sum it up foot locker lost a customer because of lack a customer service, and finish line got the sale.. Joe needs to know that every customer should feel important!!

Every shoe my son liked, they didnt have his size. The salesperson had to go back in the back to look for his size to tell me they didnt have his size. Yall need a better system to come up with.

I bought a pair of Jordans just before Covid-19 shut down our local mall where i purchased those sneakers. The sneakers hurt my feet, so i never wore them other than in my home and the establishment where they were bought. The mall opened back up this past Saturday, the 16th of May 2020. I called to find out if I could return them, and was told if I had my receipt i could get a full refund. So, today 05/20/2020 I drove to footlocker at the local mall where I bought them, and was told that i could only receive a gift card for the amount i paid for the sneakers because they were worn. I kindly explained to the manager that these were not worn anywhere other than in his store and at my home, and obviously you have to wear something to make sure your comfortable with it. Im upset because I had to buy shoes elsewhere during the closure of the store due to Covid-19, and now im out over $200 because i got a gift card instead of my money back even though the sneakers still looked brand new. This was total BS. Ill never buy another item from crooklocker again!!!

Up to date on current stock for sneakers and other fashion. Never sales played out stock. Rock with foot Locker than your rocking with the best!!!

I love 3 miles from this location ans i will drive future just NOT to go to this store!! People are rude many employees seem mistoble and they NEVER FIND THE YES NEVER! Im in the customer service field and they definitely dont give good customer service and skills to guest and created an experience!!! I will be calling the corporate office! I would rather see this store close!!! The one star is too much!!

BEWARE. Purchased a pair of white converse on Nov 5 2015 for my daughter. She took them to school and someone told her they were fake. The left shoe did not have a label on the tongue. I went to journeys and purchased a pair and it had the label on both shoes. The manager tried to tell me that someone must have torn the label off....I said no sir! There is no stitching. They are apparently selling fake product. Check and double check

I really dont know why they hate on this place. They have a great selection of shoes and they have good employees. Id go here over Champs any day. This is a sports shoe store, so if you dont really play sports then you wont have much luck here.

My experience was amazing from will and cindy they were the most knowledgeable and professional employees that i’ve ever seen. they were willing to stay and help me out with a return that didn’t have a receipt. they took their time. i would recommend going here instead of champs and finish line, i’ve been to both champs and finish line and had a terrible experience.

This Is Ridiculous. I Came In The Store Yesterday, They Were Out Of The Sneakers I Wanted. The Manager Says Come Back Tomorrow Were Getting A Shipment. I Call Ahead The Next Day, They Claim To Have The Shoe In Black Not White Like I Wanted. I Show Up To Purchase The Black And They Claim To Have Just Gotten A Shipment, Now Rather Than Bringing Out The Black Pair They Claim They Had, Ive Now Been Waiting In The Store For 45 MINUTES With Them Claiming They Are Looking For A Pair In Their Shipment. Either Thats An Enormous Shipment, They Dont Give A Damn About Me And My Time, Or They Lied And Will Eventually Admit Theyve Wasted My Time. WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. If This Wasnt A Christmas Gift With One Of Their Damn Gift Cards I Would Have Gotten My Money Back And NEVER Shopped Here Again. This Will Be My First And Last Transaction With This Store. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT & CUSTOMER SERVICE.How Does It End: I Get Told After Waiting An Hour That They Have Nothing And That They Never Had The Black Ones. I Tell Them How Horrible The Experience Has Been, And They Send Me To Another Store At The Other End Of The Mall. #NeverAgain

To my surprise and embarrassment. Footlockers company policy does not recognize US military Reservists as military members and denies them a military disount. My advice, if you are active duty military or Reserves, do not shop at Foot Locker whether they reverse this policy or not. Got the same shoes from Finish Line and happy with their military disount. Go Finish Line.

The store is worth going back, will and cindy resolved with professionalism and great attitude the problem I had. Due to an unauthorized purchase by my child, after they verified and took their time unlike Champs sports and Zumiez wear which refused to talk to about the issue. I would never shop nor reccomend anyone to shop at Champs or Zumiez. Rip off and disrespectful stores. Hollister and Foot locker are the champs. Champs itself doesnt deserve that name.
