Usually a smoke shop is a place of friendly faces who greet you and actually try to sell you what you’re looking for with great customer service skills. But that’s why this place is unique, because you cannot say the same for Soho. Employees aren’t very helpful when you ask questions about their products or actually sociable at all. They just sit in the back watching T.V. waiting for people to come in then look at you as if you’re interrupting them. Like, go dust or something.

I would never recommend this shop. No customer loyalty programs. I had a problem with a brand new vape I bought there not an hour after I bought it. I went in the next day thinking they would help because I’ve been a loyal costumer there and have spent at least a few thousand dollars there in the past 6-9 months. Said nothing they could do about it, and the owner was right there listening to the conversation and said nothing. If I could give -1 stars I would I cannot stress this enough.

They are a little steep on price and they tell you are buying quality products and that they have your back. I went home to use my device and it did not work. So I went back for a exchange and they would not do it. That is not having your back. They said to send it back to the manufacturer. A simple exchange would have been nice. I feel that I got ripped off. The device did not even com with a manual. Heads up people. Do not go to Soho for any electronics they will rip you off. I happened to me today.

I just left Soho smoke, and I am more than pleased with my experience. I had purchased a cartridge and was having trouble using it. I brought it back in with my pen and the man and woman working behind the counter was more than gracious and helpful. I left with a brand new cartridge and as a happy customer. Of note, while this location may be all sales are final, they do have higher potency CBD oil compared to good times smoke shop. Very fair prices and a chill vibe.

Man, this spot is official!! I felt welcomed the moment I walked in. Nas was extremely helpful and patient. He took his time and walked me through the entire display. As some of the items were out of my price range, he understood my needs and ultimately helped me pick the perfect piece. I felt so comfortable, he didnt linger over me or rush me so I roamed around and picked up some more items. Ill definitely come back to this particular location just because of Nass exceptional knowledge and customer service.

Horrible experience.... the lady was very rude to us for no reason, me and a friend were asking questions about the products and she was being very rude, didn’t speak when we walked in, acted like we were almost bothering her to be in the store. I wouldn’t waste your money inside of here take your money somewhere else where you can be treated like a human being.

This place was alright. The employees seemed knowledgeable and they have a good selection. Mods are definitely priced way higher then other shops... I wouldnt purchase a mod here but i would return for other items.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen anywhere! Not only is the mark up on Vape product 10-20% over everyone else. They will sale you something already open and then when it doesn’t work they want you to do the leg work and go through manufacture for refund or exchange! If I could give negative stars it would -5 ⭐️.

Im so happy this store just opened next to my house .... They have everything I need and more .... Staff really makes sure you are helped and you leave happy... The stuff they sell here is of the highest quality... Sucha great store would give it 10 stars if I could

The staff here was extremely nice. The prices are reasonable. The downside, you cant test the juices to see if you like it or not.

Only shopped there twice and there was poor customer service the lady act as if I was bothering her and made it as if I wasn’t wanted there. I tried them out looking for a new smoke shop because my old one is across town but after today I’d rather just take the drive.

I stop by at least once a week. Good prices, great service, nice variety. Most smokers and vapers will find something to enjoy here.

I come in to buy a battery for a mod and the thing when i open is broke. I mean i understand all sales are final but at least sell something that isnt broken when you open it. Everytime i have been there ive gotten horrible experiences. People dont waste your time or money.

Cute store with plenty of nice pieces and smoke accessories. Too bad it’s overshadowed by rude staff with poor customer service skills. Went in with my friend tonight and the woman running the store (the only person there) was exceptionally rude and short and kept looking at us like we were going to steal something or break something. She barely spoke and when she did it was with a nasty tone and very short. I’m looking at other poor reviews of this location and all the responses from the owners simply say “sorry you feel that way” instead of “sorry we behaved that way” you need to do better. I will not return nor will I recommend this shop to anyone. Remember, it’s customers that keep you in business. You need to learn to respect and appreciate them.
