I just left there. I went to the purchase chicken tender sub. I had the pleasure working with Ms. Traci. This is not the first time she has made me a sub. Every time I deal with her she is awesome. She is always smiling. (I can hear her smile behind her mask) She also takes her time and makes everyone subs. She chops of the veggies so that you can have a great taste in every bite. If you walk up and she is in the middle of making a sub or online order, she always looks up and acknowledges you. She lets you know she will be with you. If she can she makes small talk with you so that your wait is entertaining. Ms. Traci is not the manager in the deli although she should be. Ms. Traci is the best representation of the Publix experience. If you can ask for anyone to serve you at the deli, ask for Ms Traci. Shes the best.

I visit this one just about as much as the other Publix on US 301, and I have no complaints. I just wish that they had as big of a selection of the premise salads.

Worst service ever after such a long time coming here i will not come back, . After cashier Olivia finished charging some customers in the cashier my wife walked up next and the cashier told her it that cashier was closed. So we made a different line, until suddenly an employee walks in tries to buy something and she opened the cashier, the. A different customer walks up since it was open again and Olivia lets them go straight in while me and my wife are just looking at all this while we are waiting in a different line after we were told that that specific cashier was closed for the night. When i notice i walked up and she was already telling another gentleman what had happened because she knew we had seen everything. That gentleman’s name was Michael he acted like the manager and said to me that Unfortunately the people that work there get special treatment. When i asked about the other customers that also paid we were told that only debit card was allowed. But Olivia never even asked us how we were going to pay, Little did she know that we were paying with a debit card as well. Get your facts right I hope upper management handle this.

What happened to publix subs. The last 3 or 4 times they were pure garbage. Use to love publix subs but they are no longer fresh. The bread is now always stale and lettuce is wilted often. I stopped going to subway for the same reasons and now just as disappointed in publix subs. Sad

In my area this is one of my favorite Publix’s. A little out of the way for me but they tend to have items that aren’t available at closer stores.

This is great store but if you have health concerns that require certain vegan or sugar free foods you are out of luck. If enough customers arent purchasing these products they will not order them example the Go Veggie products for those that wanted dairy free cheese. They stop ordering them but the manufacturers said they still tried to put them in the store, oh well..

Traci in the Deli is absolutely amazing. She was so energetic and kind it was amazing. She made me and other customers laugh, just seemed to be so happy while working. You don’t see that awesome of an attitude too often. She should be promoted

Went to the deli at 8pm and tried to get some hot items that were in the case still. Was ignored for 5 minutes and finally the lady said we couldn’t get anything because they turned it off. She was rude and didn’t say why. I know in my Publix they resale the old chicken in the cold case so she just didn’t want to be helpful. It was 10/9 and she was on the sub case. You can figure out her name but she may want to not work in customer service at the deli. Just a poor attitude and lazy

Usually very busy. Entrance is awkwardly laid out and causes constant bump-ins with other people. This Publix does NOT have self check-out which is extremely annoying and inconvenient. This location also has a tough time keeping the shelves stocked Im always missing certain things, but other Publix locations down the street in the same town have self checkout and everything I need...

I made a quick stop in to get a few things for a road trip. It was the standard, high quality Publix service I’ve come to expect, clean, well stocked, and friendly service.

Waited from 11:30 til 1:30 for a prescription. called doctors office twice they said it was sent. Publix pharmacy says they didnt get it. Verified twice with doctor that place was correct.

I had the most incredible sub salad made by Mr Liberty in the deli department. Mr. Liberty truly made my day He went above and beyond Thank you for your service.

I shop here and I do pick up using my car it’s really convenient when using Instacart u can schedule the day and time at your convenience and normally they will have the order ready before the scheduled time which is a bonusI normally shop in store for very specific needs like certain cuts for steak or something seafood related. Customer service has always been positive and I find what I need and if I don’t I’ll take myself to Sprouts now that there’s one across the street next to Lowe’s

I just went there to use the Machine to renew my vehicle registration and plate sticker. The location wasnt crowded and shopping there was a breeze hardly no waite time....

The Chicago rolls in the bakery are very hard and old...i check 2 or 3 times a week but it is always the same...have to get to a much bigger newer publix store to find nice soft fresh chicago rolls

FRESH FIGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They have fresh figs! I hope they make my day and buy the green fresh figs with yellow stripes along with Mission figs (which they now carry). I also hope they will sell jackfruit in slices like Safeway does. Nobody in a nuclear family, let alone a single person, can eat an entire jackfruit. If you want us to buy it, sell it in slices... safeway can do it, so can you

Cleanliness is superb. Went in for fried chicken but it looked like it was yesterdays bad news. Personnel was very friendly though.

If your employee don’t know what you guys are selling on your weekly AD then don’t bother putting that on the AD. Went to Deli and tried to get a sandwich that was on sale, apparently nobody knows what I was talking about, even though I showed them the AD. They also did not want to bother make me one which the first time I got that the employee was very helpful and made the sandwich. I don’t understand what’s so difficult about that. I hate saying this, because I don’t think I’m the customer then I’m above you, but when a customer is nice to you, but you decided to give them a attitude and ignoring them, and not do the things that’s within your job’s parameter, not sure what position you think you are.

Ive been gradually less satisfied with this Publix. Its very crowded due to its central location and its size. Even so, Im having more difficulty finding items, even some Ive always gone here for. The hot foods section has always been challenging, but Im really not looking forward to going here as I used to.

Very sad, poor lighting, the employees seemed sad ... I even talked to one of them and he told me that they barely pay well for all the work they do. barely the slats are full due to the lack of employees and the deli smells like old grease ... etc

Not sure if it’s always bad timing for me but it seem no matter what time I go to the subs and hot food area they are alway under staff or just don’t care . Just even to get acknowledge that there are customers waiting.

Its hard to write anything bad about Publix, but it happened. While getting food at the deli, the line was only 2 people deep, but the wait was 20 minutes for 1 sandwich. I got someone else because I didnt want a sandwich. I asked how long the stuffed potatoes had been sitting. He walked in the back for a couple minutes, then returned and said 15 minutes. Why the walk? When I got home, they were dry and it was obvious they had to be sitting for a few hours. You guys are better than that.

They had what we were looking for, which was a very specific local wine that Total Wine next to them did not have. Good on Publix

Got my final covid booster today. There was no one in line at the pharmacy. I still had to wait a little bit but the actual injection took literally seconds. Over all a pretty quick and simple process.

Its a shame that all Publix are not created equal. I use this location as well as the Pavillion location and the difference between the two are night and day. This location is like a convenience store, less choices and not as clean as the Pavillion.

Very pricey on groceries especially the veggies! Did buy a good Cookies & Cream cake & it was delicious! A must try!

Went in for deli. They were so beautiful. Visiting my granddaughter.

I went today at Publix to get some hot food. So i got there ar 1pm waiting where the hot food is and wait for 15 to 20 minutes to be help on. The two lady that where in the deep fryer area made eye contact with me and saw me, still wait to be help and just ignore me. Until a other employee who came back from their lunch or just clock-in to help. I just want to saw that the young man who was making the sandwich was the only one who was trying to help but he was too busy.

Went for prescriptions ended up getting some amazing hot wings from the deli and a number of other things. As always very clean and staff were very friendly.

Nice store, just wish that their chicken wings werent always H&S. Not everyone can eat that.

The store itself is fine, just like every other Publix. However, it is extremely busy. Be prepared for busy.

Excellent customer service. Our favorite items are Mortadella sandwiches, chowder soup, chantilly cake. My kids behave very well while I shop because they love getting the free cookie.

Absolutely horrible. My fiance is a veteran and had to go to the emergency room outside of the VA. They sent a prescription here because he needed antibiotics ASAP and the VA was going to be a few days. Not the VAs fault, it was a weekend. We waited 2 hours after leaving the ER to go pick up his prescription to give them plenty of time. When we got in line we were the only person there not coming for a covid shot. We were told his prescription just arrived and it would be 30 minutes. We waited the 30 then were told he had to pay. My fiance is hard of hearing and didnt understand this, and the pharmacist got nasty with him. I stepped in to mediate and explain the situation and she told me he had to pay. I said no, he is fully covered by the VA we made sure this morning on the phone to be safe, I have a number here that will give you a code in under a minute to make it free. Receptionist responded by telling me the number was incorrect and it would be a minimum of 40 minutes before she could call herself to confirm, because covid shots were a priority, not veterans. I said I didnt expect special treatment because he is a vet, but the phone call was automated and would take 2 minutes max. She walked away so we came back an hour later and it still was not handled. I called the line FOR HER and handed it to her with the info so that he could have his medication. She told me I didnt need to be there, that I had no right to be there, and to sit down multiple times, when I was just trying to help my fiance hear her. When I did step back she was basically whispering, and when he would lean in closer to hear she yelled at him to step back 6 feet due to covid. When he said he could not hear she threw her hands up and acted annoyed. In the end I went to the store manager who said he would fix it, and never did because I had to put in the code and his veteran ID for them to get his medication. I should not have to do their job just because their pharmacist is black and clearly thinks veterans are below her.

One of the cleanest Publix locations Ive ever visited

Sadly made an online order that was suppose to be ready by 7:15pm. Had to watch the deli person make it; After they made everyone else’s. Got my order at 7:27pm. That’s not bad I just don’t see the point of ordering it online, given a time it would be ready by, only to have to come and wait either way. At least my cashier Nancy was great. Order was originally placed at 6:40pm.

The wait is about 25-30 minutes for one sandwich. Quite frankly this is the first and only Publix that I’ve had to deal with this TERRIBLE inconvenience at. This happens Everytime I come here. And there’s still about 2 people in front of me.

I enjoy going to Publix during this time, they have the aisles clearly marked with one way direction arrows. The lines at the registers are marked so shoppers can maintain a safe distance while checking out. Also, employees are constantly wiping down carts and surfaces. I feel completely safe shopping at Publix while Covid-19 is still around.
