Hector was the absolute best. He greeted us when we first arrived and offered his assistance. We were looking for a mattress and he took his time to show us multiple options then left us to discuss which my husband and I really appreciated. We then changed our minds and started to look at couches and he was once again extremely helpful in showing us our options. We ended up with a love seat, couch and a rug. I definitely recommend seeing Hector when you need help.

Normally I walk into a furniture store and feel as if I am pounced on immediately. Kevin at Rooms To Go in Brandon allowed me to take a few minutes to look at some furniture before he approached and basically just offered assistance when I was ready. We then walked around, he helped me find some alternative selections that my family would like as they had better availability. He made me feel so comfortable I ended up buying a living room and bedroom set. Kevin was very friendly and respectful. Was a great experience. Rooms to go seems to have there stuff together. Looked at furniture at numerous stores and everyone had delays on stock and floor items. Rooms to go seems to have stock in the wear house. Bought our king size bed, had it in stock. Picked up that day. The following week, looking for a large rug (10x13), had it in stock and delivered for free to the house. My salesman was Ross Bielamowicz who was very willing to help in any way he could. Quick with knowledge of stock and setting up delivery. Even got us a discount. Like I said, great experience. Furthermore, prices are much better. Seen the same rug at Ashley’s furniture, they wanted $500 more then rooms to go. Absolutely ridiculous. It’s a rug... meant to walk on.

I went in looking for a master bedroom and living room set. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Sam Lombardi, who was very pleasant and kind. He gave me room to look around and shop on my own, but always came to check on me periodically. Sam is a people’s person, he isn’t just about making a sale but he also likes to get to know his customers. I wasn’t planning on purchasing anything that day but after talking with Sam I walked out with a living room set and a complete bedroom set. Sam allowed me to mix and match to customize my bedroom set. I was very particular about what I wanted and Sam was very accommodating. The prices are reasonable and the quality is top notch. I’m a rooms to go card holder, been a card holder for years. I came shopping for a living room set and dining room set. Unfortunately, no one greeted me or spoke to me the entire time while I was browsing the store for thirty minutes. There was sales associates sitting down chit chatting with one another. Therefore, I left with no purchase. I went to Ashley’s Furniture and was greeted time I walked in the door. I found the perfect living room set and dining set. My shopping experience with Ashley’s Furniture was amazing!!!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. To start, I was greeted quickly upon entering, which was nice to be acknowledged. The sales team is not pushy at all, which is the only plus. I was able to browse at my leisure however, when it came time to speak to our sales rep when I found something that I needed more information on, he was assisting another customer. After waiting about 5 minutes, I decided I would ask another associate to help. (Especially since there were 2 of them just sitting at a displayed dining table chit chatting). When I approached them to ask for help, I was instantly given an attitude and was told that the other rep would not be happy. I explained that he has been assisting another customer for the last 5 minutes and I didnt want to wait any longer. One of the reps asked me which piece I wanted more information on and walked over to that piece with me. She instantly said, good luck getting this piece, its out of stock and it will be months before you receive it. I was blown away by her dismissive attitude and was very put off at that point. In all honesty, I didnt mind having to wait a few months for a piece of furniture that I was interested in. But with such poor customer service, there was no way I was going to be doing business here. Bad customer service can have dire consequences for a company. I only hope that your employees are better trained in the future. Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

The service is horrible. I had a couch delivered twice with knife gashes in it. The language barrier that existed with the delivery truck was insurmountable. Rooms to Gos response to these issues were unaccommodating and the overall experience was horrible. I am still waiting on my refund as well. Do not order from here; they stop caring as soon as you pay.

We came in on the Sunday before Veteran’s Day to check out the sale on mattresses and bedroom sets. We were helped by Jordan who was really helpful and gave us really great information about the different mattresses. We were able to shop around, try out the different mattresses without feeling pressured to buy or upgrade anything. We did end up putting some money down to hold our price which was a great incentive. By the time we were finishing up the store had already been closed, but we never felt rushed. Great customer service and attention.

I had purchased a couch and love seat from this location and was satisfied with that purchase. Fast forward a year and I went in with my wife who is in a wheelchair to look for a new dining room table for a house we just purchased. Not one salesperson came to assist us not one. We circled the showroom twice and the salespeople kept approaching other customers who just entered the building. I finally had enough and approached the sales staff and told them that we were there ready to make a purchase and that they just lost a sale and walked out of the building.

Three weeks ago I walked Into the Brandon Rooms to Go store and was immediately greeted by Sonny. Sonny listened to all of my familys furniture needs and took his time with me to show me what I was looking for. Along the way, he also refered me to look up furniture on the website for my 13 year old son as they did not have a lot of furniture for him in the store display. He gave good solid recommendations for the kids mattresses as well as the living Room set we were interested in. I didnt make the purchase that day, only because we didnt settle on our house till several weeks after our visit with Sonny. Even though weeks went by, I remembered his name.I did not remember any other sales representatives names from any other furniture store we visited that day, and we visited alot of them.. That tells you he was very impressive for me to remember his name. Today, I went into the store after we settled on and moved into our new house and made the purchase with Sonny directly. He was very appreciative of me coming back and asking for him. But I am the one that is appreciative of him and taking his time with me. The wait and delays on the furniture have been crazy. I was intentionally misinformed to complete a transaction. The communication is great when they want to make a sell but the quality of the customer service after the deal is done and errors have been made disminishes. It has been a back and forth all year to the point where it makes me want to return all 4 rooms of furniture weve purchased. It is beautiful, quality furniture, however this experience has been draining.
