I paid $42.00 for a Super Clean Detail39.99 And this is what’s suppose to be includedExterior Wash, Towel Dry, Tires, Full Vacuum, All Plastics wipe Down with SPF Protect & Shine, WindowsTHE ONLY THING DONE WAS A CAR WASH & Vacuum. When I questioned them about it they claimed non of what they “ADVERTISED” was NOT part of my “DETAILED “ and yet they advertise it as part of the details. And yet the kept my car for over 2 hours. I would NOT recommend. I did speak to a manager who just brushed it off and told the detailer to wipe down my seats. I won’t ever take my car back to them!!

My experience with this car wash was actually very good. I got the $20 car wash because it comes with hand drying my vehicle. Towel drying my windshield, side windows, side view mirrors, back window and cleaning the wheels.. The gentleman doing the cleaning and drying did an excellent job and I tipped them accordingly of course or what you can afford. Its not expected but as a courtesy you do something like this to show your appreciation. I feel that this place does an excellent Job for the extra money. I feel the hands on assistant assistance that they give you is worth a few extra dollars, you can sit in your vehicle and they will do it for you.

The OWNER was extremely rude and unprofessional. I accepted the bug repellent and the worker took my debit card and started spraying my card. I was then told to proceed through the wash but didn’t get my card back. I asked if I could have my card back and the owner told me ‘relax woman he’ll bring it’…who rolls away without their debit card? I simply asked for my method of payment back! He then tells them to hit the emergency stop on the wash since I was being ‘impossible’…they were already working on the other car behind me so why would I not ask for my card back? Rude to a woman for what purpose!?!? Definitely will NEVER support again!

Nicole Ram is the owner and she is very UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. I called about locating my sunglasses which I loss on Friday. I called every establishment I went to on Friday to ask if my glasses were there. I called and spoke with an Employee of Splash car wash that was a lot more HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL then Nicole Ram. The employee told me to call back the next day so he could ask the other detail guys that had went home for the day. I asked if they had cameras in the detailing area and he said yes. I called back the next day and spoke with Nicole and she checked the lost and found area and didn’t see them. I asked if they could review the cameras to see if one of the guys took them out while cleaning and forgot to put them in. She said I was asking a lot of them and that the employees know they are under surveillance and that they don’t have those types of problems there. She also asked did I call all the other establishments I went to that day and I informed her yes. She asked if I had checked all the areas in my car and I informed her yes. She said that most people misplace their glasses or think that they have their glasses when they don’t. Then she proceeds to tell me their cameras wouldn’t show if someone took something out the car. She then hung up the phone will I was talking. I called back and asked to speak with her manager and how I could leave a complaint. She told me she was the owner and gave her first and last name and told me to post my “RIDICULOUS” complaint. My auto detailing was not good for the price I paid. I still had dirt marks on my car after it went through their wash and had to have them manually clean it off with a rag and their conditioning left a film on my seats.

Everyone was very professional. We had got an oil change, tire rotation and alignment done in just under an hour. My only issue is that there isnt a lot of signage letting you know where to go but the people working there are easily able to direct you.

Went to Splash this afternoon for the first time. Ive been trying to find a place to get my new car waxed as it sits outside 24/7. What a pleasant surprise. Everyone there is courteous and professional. I got a car wash, vacuum and hand wax and was in and out in less than 1 hour. I will definitely be going back. Thanks all for a great job.

Everyone I dealt with were super customer service oriented. They explained what I needed and what it would cost and the outcome. They were able to get me in the very next day I had my problem (my air conditioner died). They will now become my new auto shop for all of my needs! Super nice people!

I typically go to the dealer, but my sister kept pushing me to go here. So I went on a Sunday. I was in and out, the technicians were very knowledgeable and professional. They even boosted my car’s AC!It’s ice cold in there now, and perfect timing, it’s going to be a hot summer.There’s no way I could’ve done all this at the dealership and been out within the hour!!

We took our one vehicle in to get it detailed after it having not been cleaned for some time and going to the beach frequently. While a little confusing on how to get service (we had to go in and ask) once we did, our experience was amazing. For those wondering, just start by going through the drive though car wash part. We asked for the top wash and detailing option. When the attendant at the car wash part looked inside to see how dirty the car was, he said their would be an extra $10 fee because it was quite dirty inside bringing our total to almost $45. (It was bad, so this seemed fair). We went through the drive thru wash part, they use a standard wash thing with bunch of little flaps cleaning your car. (They pre washed with hose and brush by hand). Then we drove to the detailing part, where they began and we sat on a bench watching and enjoying the outside air (there is indoor seating available) . Embarrassingly it took them almost and hour and a half. Not because they were slow, but from the disaster we gave them.They just kept cleaning and then when we thought it was done, they started doing more, at one point with 4 people on it. 3 other cars finished before us. The car looked amazing when they were finally done, and considering I have paid as much at 200 to have a much cleaner car to start with not come out as clean as this, it was impressive. I would highly recommend getting your car detailed here, you can not beat the service for the price.

Took my moms truck on Christmas eve at 2PM. They took it for 2 hours and did a full detail service. They were so nice and SO GREAT. 2 guys stayed late to make sure it was done properly and to 100% satisfaction.My mom is a smoker and cannot get behind the wheel of a car without a cigarette in hand, and because of that the truck smelled of stale cigarettes. (This vehicle has been smoked in for over 5 years) when I got it back it smelled of oranges! It was SO BEAUTIFUL! I am so happy with this and will come back. ($175+tip for this service)

Im new to the area and of course its Easter day when I find some time for the oil change and to address the plastic hanging low on the bottom of my car; a lot of places were closed. Staff were extremely friendly and services were of expected wait, and they took care of all my concerns and gave me helpful suggestions for the future.A one stop shop, I also got the super detail after many a weekend in March at the beach. It will be a pleasure to return for the next visit.

My experience at splash was bad. I had an oil changed there and they wouldnt honor my free wash. Which is worth over $12, but they gave $5 off. Not exactly what was promised. I said for an expensive (close to $100) and windshield wasnt clear, rims werent 100% clean and when you pay high dollar you expect flawless service.

I had my first wash at Splash today, the VIP for $15. I expected it to be better then it was ,tires an wheels not so good spots on the chrome and some gunk was deposited on my rear turn indicator lens, it did not clean pollen off the back of my SUV around the license plate . I will see over the next few washes if I will make this my go to car wash.

Our car was pretty awful interior wise. We took it to them for a full interior detail and the results were amazing! Looked like a brand new car after they were finished.

I paid 80$ for my two cars Subaru outback 2020, & crosstrek 2021.Front grill on outback was still dirty and had water spots, the back truck area still had the sand all over the mat from the beach. And wheel wells they said they dont clean that with what I purchased.Crosstrek still had water spots on the plastics above the wheels & tires.Overall experience was not good, for 80$ I feel alot more should have been done. Plus I spent 4 hours there. 😪

They have a seniors day on Tuesdays now, its fantastic! Love the birds too! I was also needing an oil change, and the guys were very knowledgeable and gave me quick service.

Love Wednesday Ladies car wash 3 dollars. Free vaccuum

I got there about 3 40pm Easter sunday the attendant . the attendant did not inform me that inform me that not going to be able finish vacuuming out my car and they cut the vacuum off on me . The manager on duty telling me that I would need to come back another day. Saying that the vacuuming is free and its not apart of the service that they provide with the carwash. That anyone can come and use the vacuum service without getting there carwash. I was very upset and disappointed about the experience that i had there. i I get my car washed and service there and I am very upset and dont know if I will becoming back. Now I see why alot of people are starting to use carwash down the street now.

Advertised decent price oil change, turns out for old dyno oil. Want synthetic? $20 more. Need an oil filter that drops in instead of screwing on? Another $10.Arrived at 9:26am. No vehicles in either bay with 2 techs standing around. See photo.I was approached by a salesperson/manager at 9:34. Supposed to be a 10 min oil change.. They finished at 9:45am and pulled my van out.I just filled my tires up to 37psi when I got gas just before driving over for an oil change, and they double checked as though they were doing a quick inspection, so I appreciate theyre thorough and looking to upsell, but coming out at a ~$67 bill for an oil change this day and age is pretty frustrating.If you dont mind regular oil, and arent not much of a car person, this place is fine.. But I wouldnt recommend for someone that knows their vehicle and just needs to satisfy warranty requirements.

Ive been going to this buisness for 3 yrs now. Never had an issue. I always go to do my oil changes. I ended up going to go get an oil change with a different car that Ive never been there with. I specifically told the girl to please put the right oil in and be to be careful because if wrong oil is put in it could damage the car. I have a 2011 ford focus. As Im waiting a guy comes and tells me I need a cleaner to clean my system its an extra 26$. I say ok because I was never led the wrong way there. I was looking around and not a familiar face was recognized. I see a young lady servicing my vehicle. I was actually pretty excited to see a female doing a mens job. Well after its all done I drive it and a few hrs later my cars rpm was going up and down and my car was shaking. I didnt think about an the oil.change. I thought my car was having a problem. A.couple days driving it got so bad I couldnt drive it. Had my mechanic come out and the minute I said oil change he knew. He took the cover off the engine and there was oil everywhere. My valves were drowned. Instead of my car running on a 4.cylinder it was running on 2. So after replacing all that and doing a whole new oil change. My started goes. Why? Because oil had gotten into it, and when turning the key it wouldnt catch it. So then I had to replace my starter. A couple days later my power steering was making noise. Apparently they top off you liquids and put in any kind of power steering. I had to drain the fluid and add new fluid. $500 spent and my car is finally running good. I called the manager and she said there was nothing they could do because I went to a different mechanic. ?? How was I supposed to drive to them if my car was not.drivable. a simple Im sorry or hey we got u on a free oil change. Which I wouldnt probably do. But nothing. I will.never in life go there. They have new owners and service is not the same. Please I dont usually write reviews. I just dont want this happening to anyone else.

Do NOT Bring Your car here!My mother took her car for a detailing on Friday morning, by the time she picked up the car Friday evening her car was damaged. The grill was pushed in and the hood would not close properly. We let the staff know and they said they would contact a manager. My mother drove home with the hood open and unable to close. We returned to speak to Nicole, the manager and she was nasty and rude, she cursed out my mother. Never have we ever dealt with this type of unprofessionalism. We asked to see the cameras and she refused. It has been 5 days and the manager still refuses to fix my mothers car, I do not recommend bringing your car here.

Brought our Flex in with a strong vibration coming from the front. They looked at it and determined that our alignment was off and because of that our tires were shot. What was great was their honesty about it. Very simple repair and new tires and it drives smoother than ever. Could have easily tried to say more was wrong but they didnt and I really appreciated that. Will definitely go back. They won a loyal customer this week for sure

I went with a flat tire from a nail and the service tech helped me patch the tire - he was great. But the tire continued to deflate and within 15 mins of driving I had to return to the store. It was right at closing time and it was obvious that everyone was ready to leave and took no interest or concern in my situation. They ordered a tire to arrive the next day which I payed a deposit for. Today I wanted to cancel the tire because I live far away and they left me there with a flat yesterday. For all this they still required a re-stocking fee.

This car wash has gone downhill. The last two times I had my car detailed, there was lint all over the dash, inside windows were not clean and the back of my car was not cleaned, even though I paid extra for the Super Clean detail. They used to be pretty good.

Not only is the carwash terrible so is the Ownership. Since l have left this carwash l became aware of how subpar they really are. Ive now visited a Super Vac place on Parsons with extreme suction vacuums and a location on Gibsonton drive that also has excellent self serve options. I worked for Splash Carwash for 4.5 years and was mistreated terribly. Ive seen many employees cussed out and kicked of the property just for simply standing up for themselves whn the owner was in one of his moods. The wages there were so far from being competitive that it felt like l was paying them to work there. I was expected to be there 15 mins prior to my shift and 15 mins after my shift in which l was not getting paid for. So 30 mins per day at 5xs per wk. Thats 2.5 hrs of unpaid time per week multiply that by 4.5 yrs. Infeel cheated, betrayed, taken advantage if and sick to my stomach. After letting them no l had a new employment opportunity they told me through other employees that they would put a restraining order on me which l.asked the managet David for readon in which he replied they would make one up. They accused me and one of my coworkers Corey of stealing in which neither one of us would never do. If you ever been mistreated by an employer in your lifetime and you live in this area. Brandon, Riverview, or Valrico l would highly recommend supporting another small business in the area that values their employees and customers. Buy Local and American. Gid Bless! ☺

My family and I used to frequent this car wash for servicing and cleaning our cars. My BRAND NEW car was damaged by their car wash and was never repaired. Left a huge mark on my rim. Not only that but they charged my dad $80 for a diagnostic on his truck just to tell him they cannot repair it and to bring it else where. Dont waste your money or risk damaging your vehicle , because even if they promise to repair it they never will.

Horrible experience. Went through the car wash which broke both of my side view mirrors. The young man was nice enough to help me and got his manager, Vince. Vince was extremely unprofessional and said “cars go through that machine all day so I had to have came in with them broken already.” I instantly became upset and told him not to try to put the blame on me in which he proceeded to walk away and had the young man take my name and number for the “owner” to call me. I understand this is a cheap car wash but your attitude doesn’t need to be cheap and disrespectful. Never coming here again.

I had to get an oil change first day I drive in they did not have my filter in stock but the gentleman assured me he will order some and to come back next day. I arrived next day and sure enough they were in stock. The guys in the bay worked quick on my oil change and I was able to get a free carwash right after. Awe - some - to - the - ness!!!! Firstly, when I pulled my car in for service, I was greeted in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. Secondly, wow! I had the interior of my 2009 Dodge Charger done and what an amazing job Junior did! Junior got rid of stains on both my front seats that had been there for almost a year. Also, I have a dog who is pretty much my road dog and his pet hair was everywhere, particularly in the back...yes, WAS because Junior took care that too. Every console was cleaned to the dash to under the seats to every nook and cranny. He restored my car to looking and smelling brand new like when I first bought it back in 2009. I could not be more pleased with the quality of service. Thank you again!!!!

I wanted to purchased a package with vacum/ wash,Veronica said were not doing vacuuming just wash but if you pay $125 we give you full detailed....Really? Of course u would do...The reply of Veronica surprise me because she said if were risking our life it might as well be worth it. NEVER AGAIN

Reasonable price, nice facility and the dog and the birds in the office were cute. But the detail guy missed a spot while cleaning out the center console. The guy taking the transaction and sending us thru the wash seemed like he forgot a step or procedure and got annoyed with himself, but then got short when I asked if there was something wrong. Everything turned out right otherwise.

They try to up sell everything then they don’t even do a good job on the detail work.The machine simply didn’t clean my car well.

Amber helped me shop around for new tires. She was patient with me while I got the sizes and everything figured out, gave me a quote, and was awesome even though I didnt end up getting tires from them. A+ customer service!

I LOVE this place!! My kids got me a gift card here for Christmas in 2018, and because I usually take it here on Wednesdays at least twice a month for their $3 car wash I still have a lot left on the gift card! Sometimes I upgrade, but I dont feel pressured to. The people are friendly and helpful! They have a cart by the free vacuum with extra things to help you finish detailing your car once it is washed. I cant say enough good things about this place! I would totally ignore any of the bad reviews, as you can see they are pretty random and mostly didnt voice their concerns to the manager to give Splash an opportunity to try to make it right - just left a bad review.
