Excellent customer service, helped stop a package from being shipped to a scammer. In addition, the manager Rick was particularly attentive, helpful, and went above and beyond for me. It can be hard to find such great customer service, and I wanted to acknowledge my appreciation!

Printed invitations for a baby shower. I had purchased a digital download elsewhere, emailed it over and they were ready to pick-up next day. The quality was VERY good. We had to sign a form for copyright purposes. Mark was very helpful and easy to deal with. The cost was a little more than I intended but definitely getting what you pay for as the invitations were high quality.

I went to this store to drop off a package and they just pointed me to a drop box and never gave me a receipt. I didn’t realize I needed one, but now my package has been lost and apparently they wont do anything without a receipt. It seems like this should be something they could look up with the sending and receiving name and address. It also seems like a pretty big deal that a shipping company can lose packages and not take any responsibility for it.

I cant really speak to their services. But their service is excellent. I generally only use them when I have things to drop off and everyone is always very friendly and helpful. Quite an array of shipping supplies as well.

My company is putting a new office in this area! We sent a flier to be printed and somehow it did not go to the location. I called Rick the Manager and he was super nice and made the wrong right and was super quick and friendly about the whole situation! Thanks Rick for going above and beyond for your customers!

Today I was in a total panic about a large item I bought on impulse. I had been back and fourth with the seller and getting no where. I called FedEx in Braintree and spoke to Rick. Within an hour my problems were taken care of. I cant thank him enough. I wish there were more people like Rick!

There is a short heavy set blonde woman who does not wear a name tag for obvious reasons, but she is EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I will NEVER go back to this location again. Customer service is TERRIBLE.

I went here several times for the print and go self services. The machine got stuck a few times, and so far during my visits recently, only the Word files can be printed successfully, but not the pdf files. I was told by the people working here that there are certain files that can not be opened for printing with the self service, and have to be sent to their email to have them printed for you. I have sent the files to them for printing for two times. Both times the lady who did the printing chose the paper that costs higher fee without asking me first. I didn’t print a lot of pages so the fee wasn’t that high, but I felt uncomfortable being charged with a higher fee and I didn’t request it.So be careful if you are coming for printing, make sure you have the file in both Word and PDF so that if one type of file doesn’t work with the self service, another might work. If you still need the printing assistance from the counter, make sure to address clearly in the email what type of paper you would like, otherwise they might print it with a higher fee paper without notifying.

Brought a ground pkg in at 7pm. Ground truck was loading up. I asked if it could go on that truck. The customer service person said no. I asked why? Its too late. I said the truck is still here. She said no, its too late almost happy to say no the second time. In 30 years at FedEx I never said no to a customer. I would do what it took to satisfy the customer. Things have changed.

I am absolutely impressed with the level of customer service here. Ive had a few great experiences, but today I ran into an issue where I lost my tracking number for a package which I had purchased the postage at this location for. When I called in a panick, Rick went above and beyond to help me in anyway that he could, even offering to go though tons of transactions to find the one I had made. Absolutely wonderful.

Very nice place. Open until 10 pm. Don’t ship in the early morning, there is a man with a very bad manner and service.

Went to fedex some material back to my office. They had no Fedex supplies for shipping. Was simply told we don’t have none. That’s all I got. Nothing else was offered.

I like this office. The staff are friendly and patient. The only issue I have is that tech support for the office (computers, copiers) needs to be strengthened. I would also like to find out if there is a rewards program for high volume individual users, like myself.

Last minute posters needed to be printed and mounted with velcro attachments. Mike was super helpful and said he would be able to turn it around same day. When their oversized printer stopped working, he coordinated the prints with another office and had them couriered back for mounting and velcro finishing. He called me to let me know all this, and I felt confident that he would follow through. We will definitely use them again. Thanks Mike and team!

Very poor phone service. Spoke with a Betsy Michelle, she said she was the manager of this location, looking for a package and she was no help at all.

Pickup services are kind of slow here. I have been there twice but the staffs are not very welcoming.Edit:3rd time is the charm

This print center is the worst print center I have ever come across. I had invitation made there for a very special occasion, and the speed at which the invitations were printed was the smallest of the problems.1. I was juggled between three or four employees. Finally I was paired with their print specialist after going back and forth to the location multiple times.2. The paper I was quoted on was out of stock by the time printing did happen3. The two previous employees who did work on my invitations noticed nothing in the way of spelling/grammar mistakes. The print specialist did.....4. After redoing the invitation a third time for the correct color and font there was a 4th mistake on the invitation which was not caught by the print specialist.I was told I would have to pay the full price for the re-prints of the invitations because it was not their faultLesson learned dont go to a Kinkos if you are doing something you are going to care about.

Used the services twice and satisfied on both occassions.

The clerks took ages to help. The office is big with a lot of supplies for shipping.

Service is terrible, no hello or acknowledgement. They didnt seem like they wanted my business so Ill take it elsewhere.

Do yourself a favor, take a left onto Wood Road instead of the right into FedEx Kinkos and go to Braintree Printing.

This place saved us in the knick of time in that we could stop in and print something out in an emergency, but their work stations are super slow.
