Went in today to get a paint match to our son’s bedroom wall. When I walked in no one was on the floor. I waited at the counter until finally after several minutes a man came out wearing head phones and asked what I needed. I asked if he could match the chip of paint I had. He said no that it wasn’t large enough. That’s understandable but never offered to help find a good match. I asked if they did sample size cans and he said no and went into the back. I went on my search for a paint that could match. When I finally found it I went up to the empty counter and walked for several more minutes before he came back out. Couldn’t even be bothered to put the paint sample marking on the lid. Cut to… my paint doesn’t match and I have a quart of it.

Great experience. Didn’t catch the sales persons name but he was fast getting my gallon of paint while preparing other orders and gave me advice on the correct caulking I need for my bathroom.

Sherwin-Williams Paint Store in Braintree was excellent and very helpful on the paints and whatever you need.

Excellent customer service! I did not know which color pattern to choose and Jared assisted me in length to select a color pattern that I am highly satisfied with. When jared was here, he was super helpful, but ever since he left, everyone is horrible. on the cellphone, giving attitude, and not generally helpful at all.

Ordered 2 gallons of paint from Nathan. When we arrived at the job site, there was never any formula added to the can but the sticker was on it. Complete lack of focus and professionalism. How about opening up the can after shaking making sure color is accurate?

The store I visited in Braintree, one of the associates was talking to her friend the whole time over the counter and when I asked questions to the associate he couldn’t answer them. Also, I asked for eggshell paint and I got satin. I didn’t notice until I got home and had to go back.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and went out of their way to make sure that I was happy with my purchase.
