Ive been to the PGA Superstore in Braintree, Mass. four times in the past four weeks. Every time, the customer service is Superb! They dont work on commission, so you never have to worry that youre being SOLD something in their best interest. They care about their customers needs and desires. The staff is friendly, helpful and know what theyre doing.Two of my favorite people there are Joe Beck, a former high school golf coach of many years AND a good golfer with a great personality! He helped me with 2 hybrids and we shared many fun stories. It made the entire experience so enjoyable.I also got fitted for new irons, since mine are 15 years old. Don Beers is a fitting expert and shared 90 minutes with me to make sure I got fitted perfectly. I believe youll like this store! Prices are also excellent.Have fun -Neil

Went to PGA for a new set of irons, got fitted by Alex and Adam they were both very helpful and figured out the best set with my ability’s. Alex was very polite and even allowed me to hit a new driver, I ended up buying along with a putter and a new bag. I will be back again to visit. Highly recommend going to PGA in Braintree. Also very clean and all the employees made me feel welcome. Thank you.

Great place to practice your swing.

Can be slightly overwhelming because they have nearly everything golf related you can think of.Came in to get a rain jacket and was happy with what I found. I will go back when I have more time to get some club fitting

I got fitted for new irons by Don and he made it a great experience. I’m new to golf, but been progressing well with a starter set of irons. Wanting to take the next step I wanted to get something fitted better for me. Don walked me through the whole thing, broke down my options, and even offered a few tips for my swing and grip after making sure I was open to his suggestions. It was a lot of fun and it made it easy to pick a setup that I was happy with and consistent hitting with. I ended up with the Taylormade P790 irons after testing those, the Titleist T200, and Calaway Apex.

Went today to buy a driver to complete my set of irons I just recently bought from here. When I walked in Joe was helping my friend who left with a new set of irons that he didn’t originally want. Reason being because Joe actually took his time to help, paying attention to very small details. I was fortunate enough to have Joe help me as well. Left with so many pointers, new hybrid and more confidence. Joe thanks for everything. You’re a class act!

This place was horrible. The staff couldnt be bothered to help. You ruined the experience for my 11 year old. The Golfers Warehouse was awesome. They have been getting a lot of your business because they care about there customers. The old man where you test the clubs was rude as well as the younger not as rude as he was. Never will I go to that store again.

Always enjoy going to PGA TS. Their variety and available items in stock are always solid. My latest visit was for exchanging a pair of golf shoes that carried a waterproof warranty. PGA TS staff were extremely helpful and made sure I was taken care of throughout my time there. It was greatly appreciated. I will definitely come back to PGA TS for all my golf needs.

Went for a fitting today with Don Beers. Incredible! Don is extraordinarily knowledgeable and will take the time to explain exactly what everything means, as some of the information the machine gives can be confusing. He was able to set me up with a set of irons that fit my game perfectly. I highly recommend seeing Don!

Clean store, plenty of room. Nobody comes around to pester you but then again nobody around when you need help either. Store manager was very pleasant one day and overly helpful then a complete tool bag another time I was in there🤷‍♀️. Not a bad place but not the best place either. Prices are less than pro shops but more than other sporting goods stores. This place is alright.

As a Christmas gift my son got new clubs. He was assigned by a PGA Store associate named Joe a wealth of knowledge and assistant my son to the correct fit for his new golf clubs. Not the most expensive but truly the correct clubs specifically for him.I recommend if you needed a new set before spring see Joe hes the man.Thanks JoeMaty

The products and selection are first rate. However I found that the employee that I interacted with was rude and condescending. Just a side note, its possible to convey that you know what youre talking about without having to posture yourself as a superior know-it-all.

Nice place, some staff are very helpful. I very much dislike it when a store opens up another register and takes random people vs the people who were already in line for the one register open.

They weren’t very helpful when I wanted to try drivers. Just put me in the sim and I was forgot about. I wanted to try another driver and the associate said ok I’ll go get it. Came back 10 min later without the driver and said “all set you finishing up” so I just left. Not good customer service.

Wide open well lit store with plenty of inventory at various price levels. Free parking easily. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable staff who are all eager to help, but have never felt pressured

I inherited an older Big Bertha 3 wood from my Grandfather after he passed, went here to get it reshafted from a senior flex to something I could use. After looking at the club for less than a minute in the back room I was told there is nothing they could do. I asked if I could order something and wait, no. I asked if there were any options at all, money isnt an issue and again I was told no.First time at a PGA superstore and honestly probably the last. I will continue to do business with my local club and with my local pro. They will reshaft my clubs AND not treat me like an idiot.

Patrick is the ROCKSTAR of this place. I have been there multiple times to get myself fitted for Irons, Hybrid, Driver and each time he has been an example of genuine care, knowledge, passion and warmth. Never felt rushed by him , he has spoilt me by the experiences so much that I went to the Natick store recently opened, nearer to my house and didnt like what I experienced there. Went back to Peabody which is a 45 minute ride for rather than go to Natick with is only 20...and its all because of Patrick!Go there...look for him, if you find him ...you are all set!!!

Have gone here multiple times. The person who I believe is the manager was great! Very nice, pleasant, and helpful! I’ve been here twice for club fittings. Worked once with Sean and he was awesome! Bounced around a couple different fittings at the same time and worked with each of us very extensively. Walked out very happily with a custom set of irons. Can’t say enough good things about Sean. Then I worked with I believe Joe was his name, don’t bother. Rude and just seemed like he had no interest in helping. Would rather talk to his friends and co-workers than help the customer. Maybe he was having an off day, but if he’s like this all the time, then he chose a strange line of work. Went in expecting to spend $500+ on a driver, walked out spending $0 on any clubs. Rob at the front counter is also excellent. Very kind and easy to have a conversation with. Overall I recommend the place. Most staff is great and easy to work with.

I went to the PGA SS in Braintree for the van experience with Don Beers. I only had one other fitting experience at a different retailer and it was not a positive experience. For what I believed a proper fit should be like from reading forums and watching youtube videos, Don checked all of the boxes and Im glad I came here.My iron fitting was scheduled for 1.5 hours. The first fifteen minutes were just a discussion to get to know one another and for him to learn about my game. I presented that I was interested in only purchasing three or four irons to go towards a half set instead of purchasing seven to nine irons and I am happy to say that it didnt change his demeanor or how he went about the fit---he tried to get me into the best fit clubs, even if it were only a few.I was able to try several different heads and several different grips/grip sizes. The only thing there wasnt a great array of were different shafts. If you care to go really deep into shafts beyond flex (shaft tipping, weighting, etc) then youll probably need Club Champion or a similar store. If youre content going with the standard KBS or Nippon most irons now come with and you just get the correct stiffness then you dont need to look any further than PGA SS.Don Beers was great. I highly recommend. I look forward to going back to him to gap in a couple wedges once my irons come in to spec.

Really friendly and helpful staff. I appreciated the salesmans patience fitting me for clubs even though Im not a great golfer. The store is really neat. Its huge and seems to have most everything anyone would need for golf. Ill be back soon to buy shoes and a new golf bag.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Went to several golf stores in the area and the PGA store was the most helpful. Sean Feeney was great and assisted me throughout the entire process.

Only one employee was kind, everyone else was mean and rude. The fellow at the counter was the only nice person I encountered. Good selection, solid putting green and driving range though.

Staff are very helpful and honest. I wanted a new model of an iron set but instead I was advised that an older model is much better and it turned out to be true.

Really is a super store. They have it all including tennis. They dont advertise the tennis but very nice.

Staff is super helpful and their lessons are great! My son loves putting there on the putter testing area.

Fitting center guys, especially the old guys, are horrible. Laid back and didn’t want to help. Store manager got have to check them out and send them home.

Superstore?? Lack of product in this store as advertised. Glad i wasted my time driving here. Didnt have the Bridgestone golf balls i wanted or clubs in stock. The guy tells me- we can order it for you. I told him i couldve ordered it online from home without having to drive here. Wont be going back

Nowadays with all the Golf stores being closed or them getting smaller a lot of shopping has been done online but you can’t see the product nin hand to try on. Now there is finally a store back out here where almost all their selection online you can actually see in the store. The store has the most shoes, golf bags and hat choices I’ve seen in any store, particularly the amount of shoes and very top of the line hitting bays. The customer service here was far beyond any store I’ve been into when I go to a lot of golf stores often they advise that they calibrate the GC quad launch monitor is in the bays every day so they’re accurate they’re clean and a huge selection is also good deals on renting the bays as well to use for yourself highly recommend going to the store to check it out it’s worth it. I hope you open one in Natick there’s an empty Toys “R” Us store out there as well.
