I placed an order for an embroider baseball hat at the beginning of the 2016 summer baseball season and had to chase them for it ..... finally got my order the week of the last playoff game in August. At the beggining of the following season I ordered one of the baseball helmets off of the website and went through the same thing only this time I never received my order. I emailed several times asking for an update...the first time I was told that they were on backorder..... the second time I emailed asking for an update and I reminded him about my experience the season b4 and that this was the 2nd year in a row that Ive had problems receiving my order and my email was ignored. I emailed back a few other times and got no response to those emails either. To this day Ive still never received the helmet that I paid in full for......
