The customer service is simply amazing! I had an issue with the sizing of my dress and the owner, Betty took care of everything. The owner is polite, friendly and seems to really care about the customers best interest. My visit to the store with the bridal stylist Kira was awesome. She was very sweet and helpful! Ive had nothing but good experiences every time Ive gone into the store. They have great selections of bridal gowns. I cant wait for my dress to arrive! :)

I had a good experience with the lady that worked on Friday 7/23/21. I did not buy the dress that day because the company did not have my daughters size on the dress that she wanted. So, the lady told me to come back the next day which was Saturday because more catalogs and dresses would be available.Oh boy! It was totally a different experience. The ladies (Asians)that worked on the store Saturday 7/24/21 were very rude. I went to Eros instead to buy the dress for my daughters sweet sixteen even though I paid a little more for it. I want to SUPPORT a place where I am appreciated.

Sil helped me find the dress of my dreams. She made the experience so much fun for me considering I am very insecure and she made me feel like I was the most beautiful person there. I will definitely come back to buy that dress once I get my finances straight, hopefully I will see her there when I come back to tell her how much of an amazing job she is doing.

They are AMAZING!!!!!!!! The service is on point, the boutique is impecable, everything tidy and up to date. The dresses are exclusive. I always wanted to rent my wedding dress and when i noticed they RENT, i called immediately to schedule an appointment.They lady was SO helpful and patient, i tried like 6 dresses, she gave me some tips for my body type which im so thankful. Came here last Saturday (07/24/21) with my older sister who is getting married and was met with some of the best customer service I’ve ever had! She hasn’t decided on a dress yet and wants to look around a bit more, but I can almost guarantee we will be back!

I dont even know where to begin, this was the BEST experience I have had while planning my wedding. The customer service is amazing, while the atmosphere itself is super laid back. The staff do not put any pressure on you, but are beyond helpful when you need assistance. After trying other stores, I found my dress here within minutes for half the price. I always see this store on Instagram their dresses are beautiful. when I got to the store the customer service was excellent. No pressure the staffs are very nice. Best wedding dress shopping experience ever!!! Novia and Betty, the owner, were so helpful. The gowns were absolutely amazing and there was no pressure at all into finding my dream dress. They were patient and kind and fun as hell. So many tears and laughs and just an overall amazing wedding dress experience. I got to say yes to my dream dress with the help of these ladies. No matter the theme that you are going for ( Beach, classic, Glamorous, Romantic, rustic ) on your wedding day she has a dress to match your theme. After all its your special occasion you shouldnt be settling for anything but what youve dreamed your wedding dress should look like.I didnt rent the dress that I wore on my wedding, I fell in love with it the minute I put it on. Im curvy, and I was amazed on how it fitted me like a glove. I had to buy it. I referred one of my closest friend and one of my co-worker to her store. They rented instead of purchasing the dress like I did.I had a good experienced, overall I was satisfied.

Honestly, my biggest fear after my partner proposed was spending too much money on a dress that I wouldnt even more than once. So when I found out I could rent instead of purchasing I had to check the boutique out. I found about the boutique through a mutual friend, I scheduled my appointment and when I got there the owner, Betty, was so nice and professional. She has a variety of dresses in the boutique, as a result I said yes to my wedding dress the same day. ( She also have a lot more dresses that she can order for fitting if you dont see one that you like among the ones that are available at the store). I started looking for my wedding dress early, I went to the store 6 months prior. Betty, the owner checked on me to reassure me that I was in good hands and tailoring was getting done so that my dress will be ready and schedule a final fitting to make sure the dress fits me right.And no there are not cheap looking dresses. They were very upscaled, fashionable. I would definitely recommend her one thousand percent.
