I called around 11:00 am on a Sunday because I woke up to a flat. I was able to bring the car right in and got 4 new tires and an oil change and drove out 2 1/2 hours later. They explained the entire warranty and road hazzard coverage. Nice crew and I was grateful they are open on Sundays.πππ

It was great...I stopped in this morning as I am a visitor in town working its about 10 degrees. I asked if they could put air in my tires. Steve was very prompt, put air in all four tires @ no charge!! Sounds like a small matter.. but its certainly a bright light in the Boston area. I`m from VA- felt like good ol southern hospitality...thanks Steve!!!
Much preferred to go to a local shop than chains as it is usually much cheaper. I went to replace my existing tires and to get the lifetime alignment. The tire change took 3 and 1/2 hours. I have had many tire changes in my lifetime and none took more than 40 minutes. Rick at the desk was great . The staff who performed the actual tire change was on the phone 90% on the time. At the end I was told they dont have the spec for my car which really defeated the purpose of me going there in the first place considering I had submitted an appointment online with my vehicle information. Kudos to Rick but Firestone wont get my business again.In case Firestone replies to this message apologizing and such. Dont bother.
Made an appointment to fix the squeaking noise at start up and do the full tune up. They did the tune up and changed the belt to fix the squeaking noise. But two weeks later noise came back and it was even worse, it would make noise even at the stop light, catching every ones attentions. Then I took the car back they took entire day to fix it again. When I picked up the car it was not making the squeaking noise but now my engine light was on, they said drive around for two days and it will go away. Well two weeks later engine light is still on and squeaking noise is back. Now they are saying it will cost me $99 to do the full diagnostic on the car.
They make oil level always lower than standered and they do not apply coupon or the offer 15 pecent discontπ

My tire had a screw in the tread by wasnt sure where to take it to be repaired until family said to go to Firestone. The one closest to me did not offer the service so I went to the one in Braintree. Not a very convenient location but was familiar with the area. Parking is tight and they were very busy. I made an appointment and was late but thankfully they took me in since it was still early in the day. They seemed to become busier at about 10am. It took about 1.5 hrs for them to finally get to my car but the environment was quiet and they seemed to be very orderly in serving their customers. It was as clean as an auto shop can be. I was not happy about one of the customer service reps not wearing a mask and one customer not wearing a mask. Everyone else, including me, had one on. They were polite and kept me informed. My tire was repaired well. Thanks guys!
My brakes and Rotors started grinding on the way home from work , I didnt have time to make an appointment ! Jesse and Alex had me in and out in Less than 3 hrs ! Closer to 2 ! Thanks guys !! I really appreciate it ! Ill be in work tomorrow !!!

Rick was good but rest of staff was subpar. Werent notified of progress of vehicle. And didnt perform the courtesy front end check as asked. Definitely not satisfied with their customer service skills. With the exception being Rick.
Came to Firestone to save some money on an oil change via Car Advise. Had a 10am appointment and my car still isnt up on a lift yet nearly 45 minutes later. Ill spend the extra couple bucks to be in and out in 10 minutes with a vacuumed interior from Jiffy Lube next time.
They made a mistake and gave me summer tires instead of all season. I was upset that they requested to pay an extra $135 when my tires are under warranty..The issues was fixed with good customer service.. I would go back.. thank you.
Live a few blocks away. Have had them do oil changes to all wheel tire replacements. They are always professional and surprisingly reasonable, usually chains are overpriced. The personnel here run their shop like an in independent mom and pop, so their attention to customers and quality is top notch. Happy to have them so close.

Scheduled an apt for 10:30 for an oil change. I get there and they say 1.5 hours to do an OIL CHANGE. Iβm like umm okay Iβll come back. Come back itβs still not done. Took 3 hours to do an oil change when I MADE AN APPOINTMENT. It did inspire me to learn how to change my own oil. Will never come back again. Threw off my whole day.
2 hours to replace 4 tires. Not impressed not very happy. Had to cancel the wheel alignment. I was told that 4 tires AND wheel alignment they would have done in 1.5 hours. I could have gone to a hole-in-the-wall tire shop and gotten better service. I feel like I was lured in.(Update)The max psi on my tires is 51 psi. I noticed my car was riding a bit rough and the tire pressure light was still on, so I dedecid to check the tires before resetting the light myself. Turns out that my tires were inflated to 48 psi. (ALL 4!) Now they get 2 stars.
I pray for anyone that enters these doors. I thought there was no way they could make an alignment into an issue, but these guys are talented thieves. Cold blooded even. They fixed my alignment. Then mentioned there would be some shaking because my car needed something fixed, obviously. They even looked at each other snickering while finishing up my paperwork. Now, not only does it shake, there is a horrible and harsh vibration throughout the car at highway speeds. How could my car end up worse off than when they received it?! They offered a package of tires and that new rear shocks would fix any shaking issue. I am astonished at how they found a way to turn a simple alignment into a scam for them to try to shake more money from someone that is already a paying customer! Be aware that if you decide to enter these doors, you will leave needing more than when you arrived in order for your car to function properly. They are not afraid to butcher your car until they feel youve given up enough money to get your car back in proper working order. I am quite disgusted, and am now required to spend more money to fix what they broke. I hope this will save someone from what Ive had to experience. These are the guys that all those undercover news stories try to shed light on to.
Joe and his team were great. I was on a trip from Philadelphia to Maine. My brakes went in the middle of my trip. I went at 7 am when they opened. They opened on time and had my parts and work done by 8:30am. Very friendly and accurate with there prices and time frames. Thanks again for a great experience. Jon

Went for the wheel alignment. The employees are friendly and helpful. Even though I had an appointment scheduled it took 1.5 hr to do the alignment. The employee explained to me that they only have 1 rack to do alignment and is why the delay. Other than it was good experience. They should work to reduce the waiting time.
Best service, ever. Fair, reasonable, professional, efficient. Finding a comfort zone re auto care as a single woman can be tough. I highly recommend this shop.

Dropped it off for power steering failure. Ended up being just the pump. They told me the part from the dealer was $1500. I called the dealer and they said it was $1150 including a $50 core charge. Ridiculous that firestone would markup a dealership part by $400. Needless to say I took my car elsewhere that would install a customer bought part. Wont be going there anymore unless its for my alignment, which i purchased the lifetime alignment promotion.
I went in for new tires and a complete break job. Pierre, the store Manager assisted me with all my details and was patient explaining to me about the quote and each job. The car was serviced on time. Overall, I was highly satisfied and will come back for my future needs. Thank you

Had to leave them and bring my truck to a place that actually knew what they were doing... WORST PLACE EVER ..biggest regret bringing my truck here they had it for over 2 weeks and when i went to pick it up the alignment was still off. on top of that they kept pushing back the day itβd be ready . overall big regret and will never ever ever bring any of my vehicles back here . not even my schwinn bicycle and even after driving home they put a BROKEN RIM ON MY TRUCK AND LET ME DRIVE IT HOME !!!! WORST PLACE AND SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. THEN TALKING TO THE TECHNICIAN HE JUST LIED THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.
They are very slowly. Last time I stopped for oil change, took 3:00 hour. Just for oil change. Very poor service.

.got a front end alignment at the braintree store . Jd donley was VERY helpful with getting me in their and changing my appointment at last minute. Henry did my alignment and I have to say πππ excellent, job ... truck drives so much better , smooth. Took allmost 1 hour . Like it should ππ it u want a good alignment done ,,, get it done on the weekend ( only time henry is their )
I always recommend Firestone in Braintree. Any time I needed service done, especially when I call on dime they tell me to bring it in and 1 and half hour later they are done. Never had to wait longer than that. Theyre service is quick and reasonable. Love my boys in Braintree. They are the best!!

Stay as far away from this place as possible. My wife works locally and lost both her headlights one night. Limped the car over to Firestone at the 5 corners to see if they could put new bulbs in. Before I got there, they took the car in and quoted her $350 for labor and another $60 for bulbs (that they didnt have in stock). She was about to get it done when I arrived and asked the technician what was going on. He says its gonna take over three hours to do the job and that they have to take the bumper cover off. I told him that the cover doesnt have to come off and thats not how the bulbs are changed. He get all high and mighty and whips his computer screen around to show me the labor quote and the line that say to remove the bumper cover. I ask him to come out to the car and I proceed to reach into the fender well and take out the access plug and show it to him. I tell him that to reach the bulb, hell have to take the tire off. He mumbles a bunch of jimberish and walks back into the showroom. Once back inside, I tell him Ill pay his inflated bulb price and offer to pay for an hour of labor. He gets all mad and says he cant deviate from the computer hours. In the end, we walked out and took the car home using the high beams. Ill take care of them myself and save hundreds over this rip off business.Maybe they know tires, but they sure dont know mechanics.UPDATE: I took the car to Advanced Tire in Cambridge the next day and the job took less than 30 minutes and they only charged me $50, parts and labor. (They didnt have to take the bumper cover off). This type of service is why places like Advanced Tire have been around for years and rip off shops come and go.
Said not to do work if couldnt be done by 3. Well it got done at 5:30. Costing my boss a lot of money and me in measurable misery

I went by appointment, reach there dot on time but they only started looking my car after 40 mins. They gave me initial quote and when I agree to go ahead with minimum recommended service based on my budget and added one more service shooting up my bill.
Used to be my go to place always had best deals and mechanics but has gone way down hill, I got 2 bad tires supposed to be brand new, went for oil change got back with broken AC and manager complaining hes not making enough sales, needless to say no longer my go too now my stay away pretty sure sabatoge my car they we rely on with 3 small children smh
