I was excited when I saw that there was a sally beauty at the mall. But that excitement quickly faded after my first and following experiences there.  First time I went during the week and there were no employees there. I could hear them talking in the back and I was literally there for 10 minutes looking around. No one ever came out. I had to yell EXCUSE ME so someone can come out and i could pay.  Next time I went, I went during the weekend assuming that there would be employees everywhere. But surprise! it was empty again. I looked around for a few minutes and again I could hear them talking in the back so I had to yell EXCUSE ME, no one came so I walked towards the back door and the lady saw me and got up. However, she had to finish her conversation while I waited for a few minutes at the register.   She didnt even say hi, she just rang me up and barely said 2 words. Will not be going back and honestly I dont think this location will last with such terrible customer experiences.

I love it at this sallys store. The two girls with coloréd hair were so nice to me and helped me make my hair look so goodIt also smells really good in there like hair dye and I would always shop there again. Even for small things like cotton balls. It’s worth it for the nice conversations we have whenever I go in there
