Nicest, most helpful, and courteous people. They do great work. Brought my car in to have the windshield replaced. They were fast and efficient. Windshield looks great. Every sticker was carefully removed and stuck back on nice and straight. They care about their customers!
Excellent job on my wife’s Chevy Traverse. No scratches on the vin- plate or stripped screws or scratches on the rocker panels. You don’t mind going to a shop when you get a professional job. Bypass the hacks in the parking lots.
I had a crack in my windshield and also water was leaking into my passenger side through the rubber seal in the top right of my windshield. When my fiance sat in the passenger seat when she got up she noticed the whole seat was soaked and we discovered this at night so we couldnt do anything about it right then. And just my luck a blizzard was hitting where I live the next day so I had to get in fixed fast and in a hurry! And that is when I called up Master Glass in a panic and Luciana the manager answered and basically just told me to get there. So when I got there she had a new Mopar glass windshield already waiting to be put into my Dodge Challenger 392 hemi scatpack shaker which I just recently had purchased and saved up for a while to be able to buy my car so I was very nervous but Luciana assured me everything would be ok and not to worry. The worker Julio who put in my new windshield couldnt have done a better job and I came to find out he has a dodge challenger also so that made me feel good cause I knew then he knew how to work on those type of cars and that I was in the right hands.At the end of the day everything went perfect and my car was going to be saved from the blizzard that was starting that night! I dont know what I would have done if I didnt call Master Glass because they were excellent 5 star service and they basically saved my car from getting ruined and did it all in a couple hours. So if you ever have anything wrong with your car and it has to do with glass please do yourself a favor and call Master Glass you wont regret it! After I had four appointments cancelled by the national chain guys, I tried Master Glass and they were great. They got me in the next day, took care of dealing with insurance and sent me on my way with my lane departure warning system recalibrated all in a few hours. Easy peasy.
5 stars — would recommend to any and everyone. I had the absolute worst luck last month, having my windshield cracked not once, but twice in less than 24 hours while driving on the highway. Master auto glass assisted me with BOTH replacements, with no issues. They did everything they could to streamline the process and I will use them exclusively in the future.
I was blown away by the customer service Lucianna provided us after a projectile heavy metal foreign object came through my windshield driving north on Rte 93 in Boston while driving to vacation. It was a terrifying ordeal as it hit the side of the car my 8yo son was in. Thankfully we were fine and just shaken up. Lucianna was extraordinarily accommodating and compassionate about our situation. She got us in and out in 4 or so hours and we got back on the road and to our destination by 10pm.What struck me most was how traditional and refreshing the service was. I felt like I had VIP status the whole time. It is almost impossible to find a business that is courteous, efficient, and most importantly, KIND, during these difficult pandemic times. Everyone is burnt out, afraid, and understaffed. Parts are hard to find and labor is too. If I fell into this world that day and didn’t know all that was happening, I never would have. I felt like family at Master Glass. My anxiety disappeared and I felt safe and positive.I would give this company including the tech who calibrated my front windshield camera at the 11th hour 5000 stars if I could. I’ll never go anywhere else for glass and will speak your praises to anyone looking for repairs from now on. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I had a great experience at Master Glass in Weymouth! Several weeks ago, I went to MG to see if I could have my Honda windshield trim pieces replaced. Because of Covid supply chain disruptions, it was determined that these pieces would not be available in the states through traditional suppliers for many weeks. So, the Tech installed the clips free of charge, and gave me the option of either waiting a month to order them or seeing if I could find them myself. After much searching, I located them on the internet and two weeks later went back to MG, where they installed them free of charge! Thank you proprietor Luciana for doing this gratis!

Ive written a review once before, But feel its necessary to write another, MASTERGLASS has done multiple windshields for me and my family[s vehicles now, and there is no other company that ill use. Scott and Luciana do an unbelievable job, they make the process seamless, and are one of the few businesses that FIGHT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. They made sure i got the best glass for my truck, when any other company would have given me mediocre glass that would be ruined in a few months. They are communicative, pleasant and great to work with, not to mention, their tinting services are also guaranteed for life!
Master Auto glass is simply the best. I feel like finally Ive found a company that works for ME, the customer, not just some big unfriendly chain. They have done multiple windshields for me and my family in the last year on a couple of our cars, and they did an unbelievable job as always. There is no other shop i would trust my vehicles with. They were extremely friendly and accommodating with my schedule, Luciana and Scott stayed late for me to be able to pick up my truck after hours. I have nothing but praise for this shop! I have a 1983 Volvo 242. I love this car. The drivers side window frame broke. I was unable to raise or lower it. I searched nationwide for a new window.There were none to be had. BUT with help from Scot and his team, we were able to remove the glass from the frame, fix it and reinstall the glass as good as new. You guys made my day. Thanks

I haven’t been there yet, but I called to get a quote for a windshield replacement because my car is leaking on the inside and Lulu went out of her way to help me with my problem, she gave AMAZING advice and took her time to explain things to me and really help me out! She goes above and beyond into helping a customer which is incredible! She’s an angel! If you need a place for windshield replacement definitely go her! They are very reasonable in price and the customer service is out of this world!
Needed a windshield replacement and after scheduling with a competitor I stumbled upon Master Auto Glass and saw all of their 5 star reviews. I called and spoke with Luciana and immediately felt comfortable and well taken care of. Luciana explained EVERYTHING in great detail, had me come in to check my windshield so that she knew she had the correct part ordered, and gave me many options. Luciana was a godsend in this situation and took all of the stress out of it. I could not be more grateful for the customer service that I received or the above and beyond communication. Master glass in Weymouth is top notch theyve been around ever since I can remember born and raised in Weymouth Ive never went anywhere else for auto glass one time they even went above and beyond I was at work and they picked my truck up from my house replaced the windshield and I picked it up later that day I wouldnt even think of going anywhere else

I would highly recommend this company for all your auto glass needs. Three months prior I used a popular windshield replacement company and did not receive the best service. Very impressed with Master Glass. They made a bad situation, golf ball through my cars sun roof, so much better. Both Luciana and Joe wer very personable and helpful. They were very flexible and accommodating, especially in light of COVID-19. The repair was done much quicker than expected. While I hope I dont have glass damage again, should I need these services, I would not hesitate to go back! Highly recommend.
I would definitely recommend Master auto Glass to anyone looking to fix a glass damaged. Luciano was extremely helpful and if it wasn’t for her advice I would have paid $360 for my windshield replacement. She was confident that if I had full coverage my insurance should cover the replacement and sure enough they did. As soon as I got there for my appointment my car was taken in to be serviced.

Extremely satisfied with their service. After waiting almost a month through a company chosen by my insurance, Master Auto Glass was able to schedule my glass replacement in less than a 3 days, and they did a stellar job. I would absolutely recommend them!
Got a rejection sticker because my drivers side mirror was smashed, got these guys recommended to me. Drove there and got an assessment and then next morning I was driving away from the place with a new mirror at a very low price. Fast, straight to the point, cheap and very reliable people!

They are the best! I weirdly had a deductible from my insurance company and they called the insurance company and fixed it so I didn’t. On top of that I was sick the day I was supposed to drop off my car so they came and got it. Customer service is outstanding!
Really nice people ! I didn’t have an appointment set up through insurance and they STILL ordered my RENTAL CARS windshield glass (some kids were throwing rocks after school).They called me to let me know the part was ordered by 730 the next day and assisted me through the insurance process . Luciana called back multiple times as we had troubles . She didn’t let that discourage her and made sure I was taken care of. Today I’m at tufankjian Toyota to get the cameras recalibrated at no cost to me . I’m really happy to have googled this place and that I was greeted by such a fine gentlemen who made sure I was taken care of by Mrs. Luciana .Again this is greatly appreciated . I get to go shopping while my rental is being taken care of , I’m not being over charged and I’m content .I recommend ! They literally guided me through everything !! I had no idea how to go about this and was willing to pay damn near $700.00 to fix it myself. They refused and educated me so again I recommend !Thank you guys and lady ;) !!

I shopped them last do to their stellar reviews online. I have not had any work done yet but the estimate was complete and well thought out by two techs. If you want advise as to a chip in your windshield this is the place to go. No BS or salesmanship. Just honest advise by knowledgeable techs. I will be a customer soon.

Have to say the service was excellent. Had a windshield replaced, luciana took care of everything with my insurance company. They scheduled and appointment at 3:00 on a Friday and work was completed at 4:15 when they told me to return. Car was clean and windshield looks great. After a rock hit my windshield and it cracked I looked into multiple places to fix my windshield. No place I looked into had the reviews that Master Auto Glass had. Im glad I went there I had a doctors appointment to get to and they fixed my windshield less than an hour. It was perfect and everything was clean afterwards .I highly recommend them.

I pulled in yesterday with a passenger side power mirror hanging lose(someone hit it) Scott left what he was working on looked it over and put it back together. Last year they did an excellent job replacing my shattered sun roof, highly recommended them.
UPDATE !! Yet again super service , called to get a windshield fixed they fit me in that day . Super friendly people and there dog chopper was awsome they were fast and efficient 2017 I called and they had an opening right away but when I said I couldnt drive it over because I had 2 kids and wouldnt have a ride back . They offered to come get the car (I was local) bring it to the shop and return when it was done !!!!! Fastest appointment ever ,the woman who answered was extremely helpful and the guy who picked up the car was really nice to ...thanks master glass
So I don’t know where to begin and truthfully it pains me to write this because I gave the shop/shops every chance to make it right. I dropped my truck off at masterglass in Weymouth last week to get tinted (they use Cochran auto detailing). I dropped it off with no issues in perfect working order Sunday. I go to pick it up Monday after paying them in full, $585 cash and the cluster is lit up like a Christmas tree and the odometer reads “no bus”(photo attached of driving the day before and when I went to pick it up). I go back into the shop to show the owner of masterglass (never left the parking space) and after some brief back and fourth he says “I don’t know what to tell you”, to which I respond “I do, I place the keys on the counter and say call me when it’s fixed and walked out.” Fast forward the next day the owner of Cochran auto detailing (Ben) calls me and owns the damage and fixes it. I go and pick the truck up, no harm, no foul they fixed it, inconvenient but fine. I go home and start to look over the tint and it’s riddled with dirt, wrinkle marks, bubbles and partially tinted windows. I call, leave a voicemail and they call me the next day. I emailed over photos and they call me back with every excuse in the book, to which I shoot everyone of them down because it was just poor craftsmanship. They then tell me they don’t want to redo the windshield in the vehicle, fine. I get them a windshield and make an appointment for the following week. Fast forward to today, they said there’s nothing they can do for the tint on the truck, it’s the best they can do. They want to peel the truck and refund me, which is inconvenient because now it’s spend 3 days there and would then have to go some place else and sit another day or two. I tell them to leave it. Ben (Cochran auto detailing) then fights me on doing the windshield because he wants to wash his hands of the truck. I tell him if he can do it and have it look like it should to go ahead. I go to pick the truck up and my roof line is dented from masterglass and there’s bubbles in the new tint. No excuses there, the windshield was out of the truck and in a controlled environment. They tried to squeeze them out with no luck. I then go and talk to the owner of masterglass and again he washes away all responsibility. At which point I take the key and leave. At the end of the day the owner of masterglass is unprofessional and a horrible business owner and the once quality of Cochran auto detailing tint, is no longer there. I am out the $585 for the tint and 3 days with out the truck. I would avoid both places like the plague.
I live in Lowell and was on my way to the cape today for the 4th of July holiday by 9am. As my boyfriend and I were going over the Zakim Bridge we heard aloud POP! A rock hit our windshield and our windshield glass immediately spider’d out.We called our insurance to file a claim and while Travelers was helpful we could barely get an appointment for today, Tuesday, July 2nd. Everyone was already booked up and referred us for appointments for Friday or Next Monday. After the holiday. Our car was not safe to continue driving as the the lines in the glass slowly got larger.Master Auto Glass was the only place of business that (was busy but) did not hesitate to take us in right away. Scott understood what we needed and proceeded to get a shield delivered to him and replace it ASAP. We were out of there by 2:30pm. You don’t see customer service like this much now these days. I’m floored by the quick response of this company. Scott, I’m eternally grateful. Thank you so much. May everyone read this review and mention this being why they chose to go to you.

My mother and aunt were driving through late Friday afternoon traffic on the nearby highway when a huge rock smashed through the Volvo station wagon tailgate window. Even though it was 4:45 p.m. on a rainy Friday afternoon, Master Auto Glass stayed open and dealt with the emergency, racing out to pick up a replacement window, and then working after hours to install the replacement. After a horrible experience with Safelite in Quincy I found myself at Master Glass looking for any help they could give me. How I wish I had went there first. Lucianna, the office manager knows her stuff! She was kind, compassionate and had tons of knowledge about glass repair. She got right on the phone with the insurance company and helped in every way she could with this very complicated problem. She never once complained about the overtired cranky 2 year old I had in her store.. She made sure the techs knew I needed to be done by noon to get to an appt. I appreciate her so much... She absolutely went Above and beyond her job expectation.Pedro was the glass tech that worked on my van. My windshield was done perfectly and he even took My change oil reminder from the old window and put it on the new one. (the little things make such an impact)... When he went to fix my drivers side window and saw the damage the other shop had caused he took pictures for me, explained the technical process in terms I could understand and offered to help in anyway he could to explain it to the warranty dept at the other shop. Top notch service!! Pedro is the best!!!Unfortunately because of the warranty I will need to have safelite fix what they broke. But not the one in Quincy, I will never go back there. I am hoping Pedro can take a look after its fixed and make sure it was done right.For any future glass needs I will never go anywhere else but Master Glass
