Very satisfied. Needed pontoon winterized, fuel system cleaned, tune up, shrink wrap, store for winter and return pontoon to house in the spring. The staff does a very efficient job in a timely fashion.

This location is very responsive and flexible when purchasing from them. I cant speak to the attendance side of the business but my experience was bringing them an older pontoon for trade in and picking up the newer pontoon. There was, of course, some upgrade sold and installed onto the new craft such as; lights, stereo, depth/fish finder, and a cover was added. The items were over-valued as they typically are from dealerships but the installation seems well done and the looks tidy. The custom cover partially is nicely done. The dealership was helpful with trailer use as we didnt have one to being the process and was willing to lone one out. They werent quite ready for us when we arrived but the wait wasnt unacceptably long.

Staff was friendly and helpful, thus one star. The fact they sold me a brand new boat with undisclosed damage, unforgivable! Never trust a CHEAT!

We have an older boat and they tried to say our immediate failures after their repairs was because of the age of the boat. The problems were actually caused because of loose screws left after their work.

Very friendly, honest and helpful. Lost power on our boat. Brad was willing to take a quick look at it without an appointment to see if it was a simple engine fuse or if it was a bigger issue. We swung in and he showed us where the main power fuse in the motor sits and that was it. $0.82 for a new fuse and were were back on the water. Cant say thanks enough for his approach to be willing to just see if it was something simple without scheduling a service appointment which could have left us without our boat for the final days of our vacation!!!!

Pretty great experience. Purchased an as is used unit. Mark and the team there were welcoming and made the experience feel like my business was valued and treated the sale as if brand new. They fired it up with me there gave me some pointers in towing and launching. The owner came out to inspect the unit with the tech to make sure it ran to his standards, I’m sure for them it was considered a very small sale, they sure made it feel like it was as important as a brand new unit! Highly recommend to everyone!
