I stopped in for a quick repair to my 29 tubeless wheel, install a new tire and sealant. I was told they dont service tubeless wheels. REALLY?!? How are you selling bikes in 2021 and not do tubeless? I went a mile down the road to Muddy Bikes Shop, they hooked me up with the service I needed.

This was my first experience with the EasyRiders shop. I was on the hunt for my n+1, a stock Trek gravel bike with some changes and enhancements. The shop worked with me to figure out every detail and put together a fabulous ride. The team was knowledgable and maintained good communication throughout the build process. Every time my friend has been in there they cant get it right. $125 for a tuneup. Nothing was done, for real. This place isnt managed at all. Service is not being done right or at all. Hit rock bottom. Dont know how they keep the doors open.

Terrible customer service. And everything is over priced. all employees except the older gentlemen and the lady are extremely rude and act annoyed at the simplest of questions. Been there multiple times with a great attitude and received the same terrible “I hate my job” attitudes. 👎👎

Very good experience at Easy Riders. I went in with some questions and tool needs to convert a bike to single speed. Brian really took the time to both listen and educate. I left much more prepared for the task. Finally, it was personal, you could really tell that Brian (who helped me) cared about what happens next with your build. I left with a $10 tool and understanding worth much more.

A request as simple as get me an inner tube standard valve stem was met with incompetence, why would anyone buy the extra long metal threaded inner tube unless they have classic bike? Now I gotta travel back 30 miles to fix the mistake -they- made by giving out the wrong tube.

From the moment last year when he converted my wifes Suntrike to an Etrike to my recent purchase of a Trek Ebike, Brian guided me through the whole process with simplicity & ease. We drove almost 2 hours because they had what we wanted in stock. We called around the state - some never returned calls, others were a bit short with us. But, these guys were very helpful and informative. Service was great! We showed up late in the day just before a holiday weekend to check out the inventory. We wanted 2 - but they only had 1 of what we wanted. With a National Bike Shortage going on, they showed us some options but were not pushing a sale. They listened to what we wanted and helped us find a 2nd bike with an unrelated bike shop. We tried to hustle so they could get home, but they took their time with us to give us great service and take care of all of our needs. We bought some accessories and were able to purchase a 2nd bike from someone else. I highly recommend this bike shop! 5 stars - theyd get 6 if i could!

Busy place! I have purchased from here before and was happy with my experience so this was the first place to go when I decided to get a new bike that was more age appropriate. I was a little disappointed in the man who helped me as he did not make eye contact and was acting like I was bothering him and he should be doing something else. But in the end, I have a new bike waiting to be put together for me to pick up. Looking forward to some more comfortable bike rides soon.

Kind of the old fashion service that I have been missing. I own an electric bike and was touring in Minnesota when the electric assist motor stopped working properly. I had purchased the bike in Washington, DC, so we were far from the shop where I purchased the bike. I contacted Bosch (the motor manufacturer) and they directed me a number of local shops for assistance. I called several who where less than fully equipped to help me get my bike back on the road expeditiously. When I call Easy Riders Bicycle & Sport Shop, I spoke with Brian Moon, who assured me he could help. My husband and I made our way to Easy Riders Bicycle & Sport Shop the next morning and met with Brian, who immediately began working to diagnose the problem and deal with Bosch warranty issues. Dealing with a major company, like Bosch, can sometimes be a slow and painful process, but Brian was able to work with his points of contact to resolve the issues quickly and get the replacement parts sent overnight express deliver and repaired the following day.My husband and I were very impressed with the service and customer care we were provided every step of the way. If you need bicycle maintenance of any kind - take your bike here. If you need a new bike, you cannot find a better bike shop. This would be my bike shop if I lived anywhere close.Brian Moon and his staff will treat you like family. They will take care of you.

Great attention to my questions and concerns. Very busy store but the staff went out of their way to make time for us and did not pressure us to buy at all. We bought two bikes and gear from Brian, the Shops owner. The staff put everything together for us in record time. Brian trained us on the use of electric bikes. We have been riding now for several days. We have new knees and WOW does the bike help us up steep hills! Can go sooooo much further now. Thanks to the whole crew!!

My fiancé and I just bought two E-Bikes at Easy Riders Bicycle & Sport. We love our bikes. We haven’t been on them much yet, as it’s too cold, so I can’t say how well they will hold up just yet. But, I’m completely convinced that if we have any problems whatsoever, Brian and Mark will take care of the problem. Both Brian and Mark really know their stuff. Anything you want to know about a bike, THEY KNOW IT! They took so much time with us, even though their shop was very busy. Fair pricing too. Very fair! I just can’t say enough good things about this place. Definitely recommend them. I’m so glad we found them. Professional, yet very up to date with their products and knowledge like any of the franchise places, and you get the personal service.

All the staff were so helpful & knowledgeable. They were overwhelmingly busy, but kept making their rounds to every customer & answering questions. I honestly did not think I was going to find a bike in my size, but they had 4 in stock. I was offered that if I found a bike I liked, but preferred a different color, they would order one for me. I DID find a bike I fell in love with, found the accessories I needed & am looking forward to supporting a local business with future purchases. In fact, I put a picture of myself & my new ride on FB & have already recommended Easy Riders to 3 of my friends who have inquired where I got it from!

Worst customer service ive ever experienced from a bike shop! The bike technician couldnt even help set me up with the correct bottom bracket for my frame without being paid for it! I wanted to purchase the correct bottom bracket for my build but he wanted me to pay for their so called research time. Take your money elsewhere! Place is a joke of a bike shop. Cares more about making a buck rather than helping their loyal returning customers!

Just got done with my experience at easy Riders. Speechless, Greg the sales manager was the person that took care of me. Compared to my purchase at my local Trek shop this was a much more enjoyable experience. Before I got home to St Cloud from Brainerd, Greg had already registered my bike with Trek and had emailed me a copy of my invoice. I will from now on be making the trip to Brainerd from Saint Cloud four more knowledgeable sales people.

I hadnt been into Easy Riders in years and I couldnt believe the transformation. The store is so nice and organized. We were in to rent some cross country skis and Brian and his crew had us with all the right gear in just a few minutes. The gear they rented us was really nice too.

Oh my haven’t ridden a bike in 30+ years - The Knowledge service demonstrated by Luke & Bryan was awesome. Easy Riders sales people are so far above the competition. We had multiple people help us because the place was really busy and no one missed a beat - they cared that we were happy and getting what we wanted. Awesome experience- Luke Bryan very attentive and easy to talk to and they are very detail oriented. Jim rocks the install and what is needed for maintenance. Brian Moon and the entire team at Easy Riders could not be more helpful, professional and enthusiastic about promoting all of the areas fantastic biking trails. We had problems on both of our bikes before we set out on the Paul Bunyan trail system, and the Easy Riders team got us repaired quickly and very cost effectively. Easily the best bike shop I have ever encountered! Their bike selection is also very tempting to upgrade my ride!

Store had lots of products on hand (bicycles, accessories) for me to look at and try out. In addition, Luke spent probably over 2 hours with me on a Friday morning, going over old bikes I brought it to see if theyre salvageable, and when I opted for a new bike instead- he pulled a few off the racks for me to try, after sizing me for the frame.I loved being able to actually try a few different styles, try them out around the block and see the difference in biking when Luke made adjustments to the seat height. I also liked talking to Luke and telling him what I want out of a bike, and even though I fell a little bit in love with a bike that was too big for me, he managed to find something in the catalog that would actually fit me & didnt try to push the too-big bike on me (even though it was beautiful and a great deal). He really outlined all the functions of the different bikes and let me make all the decisions in the buying process, while giving me high-quality information on what each bike is best for, or pros and cons.He also talked me through having an emergency bike kit with some basic repair tools, and different styles of pedals (since the bike I ordered didnt come with pedals). Overall, I feel like I know a lot more about bikes now, and honestly Im just excited to try biking again after a few years, and hopefully have a good time. Maybe if I really love it, I might even go for a tiny triathlon? Who knows!I cant wait for my new bike to come in so I can come in for my fitting and see it all put together!

I brought in my bianchi volpe disc because of a chain/cassette rattle. The guys were able to diagnose the problem (chain installed incorrectly and broken down cable housing), and despite how busy they were they fixed it on the spot and had me riding later than day. Highly recommend!

Brought my bike in for service the main dude was super condescending and rude. I asked when the bike would be done with the tune up and he refused to give me a date. I asked him for a ballpark date and he stated he wouldn’t give me a ballpark even. And that if I wanted they do expedited service for an exponential cost and would work on my bike at 2am if needed. Any place that you drop your bike off for a tune up and refuses to give you a ballpark date when you could expect to ride again is complete BS in mind. They also adjusted my back disc brake improperly. I brought it to Muddy Bikes in town and they laughed and said they have seen 10 other customers with the same qualms in the last couple weeks about the same dude at easy riders. They put on a new disc for me on the spot and adjusted everything for $32 that was after I got taken to the cleaners by easy riders for $220 for a tune up! Save your time, sanity, patience and bike and bring it to muddy bikes there much better at customer service and enjoy the sport and want people to have fun and shred...

Luke was great to work with. Not pushy. Willing to sit with you no matter how long it takes to try on ski boots and find just the “right fit” two hours later I left with everything I needed to cross country ski! Thank you.Oh and my mom came in a few days later and bought all she needed too.Next week my husband is going in to do the same.

Easy Riders in Brainerd is really a great bike shop. They carry just about everything bike related and have a great selection of gear from medium to high end. The people that work there are super helpful and really into bikes! They know the products they sell very well.I purchased a Trek Farley EX 8 at Easy Riders and the bike is just flat out awesome. It is truly a 4 season bike. I traveled two hours to their shop to test ride the bike before I bought it. Before I arrived they had taken the the time to set the bike up for my height and weight. They were super helpful in describing all the features and settings for the bike.I returned for a 30 day check up and they went through the bike thoroughly.I really wish I had a bike shop this good in my town. If you are considering a Trek, you owe it to yourself to visit their shop. I cant say enough about what a great shop it is.

My husband and I, mostly my husband, have been looking at electric bikes. We stopped in to do a little research and try a few of their bikes. They were very helpful. We went back with a few more questions and I wanted to try the next size up bike. They let me ride it out a little farther to give it a good try. We decided on 2 bikes and some accessories. We worked mostly with Greg, Luke, and Brian. I wanted a rack on the back of my Verve + and they worked wonders to get it to fit nicely. We are to get out and ride them some and make sure to get back with Easy Riders Bike Shop before we leave the area so the bikes can get the once over before leaving town as we don’t live in the area. I bought my Trek Verve 3 bike a couple years ago from Easy Riders. Hands down best bike I have ever had. My son’s also got Trek bikes from here over 15 Year’s ago and they are still riding them. I stopped in one night to look at a seat for my wifes exercise bike just to check out options and a young man named Luke greeted me as i walked in, asked if there was anything he could help with and I told him our seat needs. Within minutes he says I have a couple good options for you and went to get them, he returned with 3 options and gave honest pro and cons to each individual seat. He was so easy to talk to and smiled the whole time and very knowledgeable, I walked out with seat in hand and was confident with my purchase! The quality of the products sold is excellent, which means that the prices are a bit higher. This shop is not trying to compete with Walmart.I found the sales staff to be pleasant.They are knowledgeable about the product they sell and can answer questions. Just be aware that they will try steer you towards the more expensive items in the shop. Come in with a budget and stick to it. I had to say no many times to up-selling. If you dont like this sales tactic, shop elsewhere.Overall, easy riders meets my expectations. If I didnt live in Brainerd, I would probably not come out of my way to shop here.
