Very spacious, easy access, isles are easy to identify you can get everything for the home and personal care. Staff seem a bit slow in service ethics, none the less they are polite.. Great location..

Have been using this pharmacy for 10 years. Last few months they stopped filling prescriptions in a timely manner. It has taken over 3 days to get prescriptions filled have been out of some of medications for a week now, not because they are out but because they simply are not filling prescriptions. Try to call and have been on hold over 40 minutes only to have it finally go through to a person and hear them pick up the phone and slam in down hanging up on me only to call back wait another 30 minutes hear them pick up and immediately put me on hold for another 10 minutes then have it ring back to them and hear them pick up the phone and slam it down. They use to run both drive through lanes but have been closing the second one and generally ignoring drive through at the window. Have waited up to 15 minutes on multiple occasions just for a person to answer me at drive through both with and without people inside waiting. Have had to wait 45 minutes to even get to the window. I I am currently looking for a new pharmacy. If I could give them less than 1 star I would.

This place makes me want to steal. I mean I never would because thats wrong. But for some reason the temptation is much stronger here.

My wife just went in and got her vaccination at the Baxter walgreens. And she commented how dirty it is. How dirty the area was that she got her shot in. And how the medical holding container where he had his stuff in was taped together with tape.Someone in charge should pay more attention to cleanliness

I have had 3 prescriptions sent here in the last 3 weeks and every time I go there always at least 4 hours after apt and I get there and they havent even started on prescription so males sure you call before you even go cause you will wait in line 45 min and if you go in you will wait and have them only help covid shot stuff and than people will also jump the line saying they are there for the shot and jump and get a perscription.. I used to only use walgreens I will be starting to switch elsewhere every time I go there ots always something the past 4 months its always something..

Rude staff and rude pharmacist!!! Not my problem youre computers are letting people schedule vaccines at 9!! Never using walgreens in brainerd for any reason. You should get some custom service skills!

Scheduled an appointment to get the COVID-19 vax. Got there on time. Wait 45+minutes with staff saying they had to thaw out the mixture and mix it before getting the vax. Got frustrated waiting so long and left.

Get a call my prescription is ready go to pick up and it’s not ready have to come back the next day.

I waited in line for 20 minutes to get up to the window and rhe gentlemen asks me my name and I tell him and he walks away. I have been sitting here an additional 15 minutes to pick up a prescription that was supposedly ready 3 days ago. This place is a joke. I will never fill a prescription here again again.

I love the new pick up feature! They should have been doing this for years.I feel like Walgreens could really improve during this pandemic, utilizing the drive-thru and the pick up options. That way they wouldnt be putting their staff at risk, there is a pharmacy, sick people are there daily. It isnt necessary for them to be fully open and it shows they dont care too much about their employees. Always the same people, they seem cheerful and very helpful, but you can tell theyre overworked. Walgreens, do better for your employees.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They tell you 20 minutes for your Prescription and 50 minutes later. The young lady in the pharmacy has to be the rudest the Ive ever seen. I will be switching my prescriptions to the pharmacy down the road from here on out..

Slow. Slow. Slow. Understaffed or something. Told 20 min for rx. Nope over an hour. I left went back later. One of the associates couldnt figure out how to run a ladies transaction. Never again will I go here.

Aways difficult for my partner to get his pain medications filled. Always with the runaround. This time the perscription was 100 tablets short...100. So either someone is a theif or they are THE most Incompetent pharmacy in business. Not worth the constant frustration.

If you are like me and you love artificial nails this is where you can find the best and widest variety, better than Walmart, better than Target, better than Ulta Beauty. Gorgeous new Kiss nails great for spring or to just have fun. Also love the seasonal items. Walgreens brings always very kwaii (cute) things that you cannot find anywhere else (specially if you are a Harry Potter fan like me). The store is clean and the staff is friendly.

I visit Walgreens a lot. Depending on the time of day, this will dictate how long of a wait you will have. I find early in the morning when they open is the best time to visit. The staff is friendly. Service can be slow at times. The pharmacy is very helpful but understaffed at times. Prices are okay. Look for deals and make use of the point system to get best deals.

I disregarded the harsh reviews about the pharmacy and Im SO glad I did. I was a new client with scripts in hand to be filled. It was Friday of a holiday weekend and I was prepared for a hassle and wait, but there was neither. The gals were all so kind and full of smiles. I conversated about some concerns and they took care of everything with no hassle whatsoever. I happily waited the 15min and my meds were ready. They could not have made it easier or faster. Informative and accommodating. Walgreens Brainerd Rocks and they have more than earned my forever business. A huge thank you to them!!

Worst pharmacy Ive been to in my entire life!!! They screw up billing our insurance companies every time. They dont order the brands our insurance pays for and then presents us with a large bill. Not knowledgeable with what insurance companies will pay for at all. Horrible rude staff. Update: I switched to target pharmacy n ordered the same meds Walgreens kept saying insurance wont pay for.....What do you know!! Insurance paid for it. No long lines or hassle. In and out in 5 minutes. Should have switched long ago

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a pharmacy. They absolutely refuse to work with their customers, have no sense of urgency when it comes to medications, especially antibiotics in a child! Staff completely lacks empathy and understanding. I wouldnt go back there if they were the only place to get medications in Minnesota, Id rather drive to Wisconsin. Dont uses the Pharmacy they are idiots I had to curse them out when they refused to give me my pills. Some of them are rude the lady that works at the counter was really rude . This lady wanted me to name all the pills I take like she dont have the computer in front of her, and she told me if I dont say the medication on the list she was not going to give it to me.

Slowest customer service in the pharmacy.....waited 15 minutes on hold and then was disconnected. This isnt the only time that has happened. All I wanted was to re order a prescription and couldnt do it on the automated system-didnt have the script numbers.

Pharmacy is terrible. My husband and I finally switched and went elsewhere. Drive through or in store you are going to wait quite a while for your meds and to be helped. Rest of the store seems to run well and I really like their point system.

Worst pharmacy ever! The gal with curly hair is beyond rude and their is no rush or sense of urgency I am amazed she still has a job their. It is not hard to see that I have 2 sick and tired toddlers that need to get their medicine and go home and not wait in the drive through for 30-60 minutes every time I need to pick up a prescription! Ridiculous she needs to be fired!

Went to the pharmacy and the chick with the thick black glasses that came up didnt even greet me then threw her hands in the air when i didnt notice her right that second. Then someone put an order in and they complained about only having one left in there. VERY unprofessional. And ill be moving my pharmacy business else where.*update*I gave them a second chance, this time tina was very nice and had a smile on her face the whole time. Thank u tina! People come to u in pain, they need that smile at the counter.

Pharmacist tech is HORRIBLE, rude, and should not have a job dealing with people. I will say the Pharmacist did end up working with us, but that was after I lost my s$@+.

They dont know what theyre doing. The worst Walgreens store Id been. Charge me for an item that I returned from my bag, and didnt entertain me when I come back telling them I was overcharged and want my money back. Its too bad bcoz I like shopping at walgreens but not the store in Brainerd, I wish we can have another one in Baxter, for sure they will lose a lot of costumer.

Had surgery went to get a simple bottle of Vicodin,had to wait an hour and then they say they ran out,ran out of a simple pain killer,come on!!Maybe they should hire people that know what the hell is going on instead of mindless idiots.Will not use a Walgreens again,Cub Pharmacy has it ready in 5 minutes.
