Good selection at a good price. Whenever I am looking for something that is over $50 I always stop at their competitors just down the road first to price it out. 9/10 times I get a product of equal quality for cheaper at menards. Should probably save myself time and just go straight to Menards.

Sadly my service animal was unwelcome. I was confronted and even had them fight with my documents proving he is a service animal. If you do not allow service animals take it off your door. I will shop at local stores that have no issue with my service dog. He is well behaved and trained to do a job please allow him to do so. I will contact cooperate. Sadly even the girl Molly got in my face arguing she has a service animal and understand the rules and laws? If that’s the case how come you work at the door at a retail store? Sadly respect is what should have been shown.

The staff here is always friendly. They always ask if you need help. The store is never disorganized. Register lines are typically not long. I have been going here for years and will continue to do so.

Terrible wait times plus 3 hours. Understaffed. Employees did there best temained calm and polite but too many people needed services.

I didnt think I needed a cart, only went in for a few small things. I was at the back of the store and ask Paige if there was an extra cart back there. She said no, but she would go get me one. She did bring me a cart and helped me load it with everything I picked up. Paige went above and beyond her job. This happened in Bradley, Il.

Menards is no Home Depot. Most people that work there are kids so if you need advice your not going to get much. HD has more people that work there that actually perform the trades. Place is fine if you know what you want. High delivery prices.

It took us a moment 2 find what we needed bcuz the 1st clerk we asked had no idea what we were talking about, but my daughter found another clerk who knew what we were looking for

The lumber yard associates didnt help with any of lumber I bought. Asked one associate and said I dont have a radio or cutters to help you. No other workers were out there.

Customer service score poor. Prices score average. You have to ask customer service to find best price. And if you forgot customer service is ZAZA POOR.

I have a compliment for a Young guy named Jason that helped me in the blinds/shades aisle tonight. I needed a couple shades trimmed down and he was there to help. I know it is a standard thing anyone in that dept should be able to do, but as a person that works with my hands every day it was refreshing to see a young guy that was skilled with using his tools when Ive seen so many young people today kind of fumble through tasks.

Was struggling with some plumbing issues. Jeff, you are a life saver and so kind. Staff took the time to explain and help me for a handfulof time, saving me lots of money. Thank you so, so much.

Excellent service but what really blew me away was the carry out i believe his name was Billy he was so strong and smart, handsome too. Really helped me when I needed it 10/10 will come again. :)

Checking out gazebo was really nice. Had a man help me get what I wanted and went the distance to assist me with getting things that didnt come with that gazebo.

They constantly press wearing a mask and are rude about it even small children. When you literally can be 12ft apart. Then you go into the bathroom. Let me tell you there’s more than Covid in there. The wall tile, floor tile, sink area is absolutely disgusting. Probably hasn’t been sanitized since Covid started. I can’t believe how rude the workers are about Masks and they use those bathrooms!!! How much sense does that make? I’m sticking with Lowe’s!

Manager Vinny is extremely rude and has no problem discriminating against his fellow Americans. Menards has forever lost our business because of this mans poor behavior.

I really like our Menards. It was very busy so many items were out. Had to go to the garden area while there to get a hose and bricks. Had to walk all over the place to find what I was looking for. Not many associates around to ask or help. So I was a bit disappointed. I am disabled so it was a challenge. Wish they had more w/c carts. But I do like this store. Just current circumstances causing the hiccups.

I went for energy efficient light bulbs, but they were too expensive so I opted for a different type. I wasnt happy with leaving without the exact product, but I did find something else I needed.

Great place to get almost anything. Nice people to help you get in and out quickly.

Invest in yourself got my daily exercise for 4 hours or walking around getting things that I needed for the household I enjoyed but Im tired 10 p.m.

Whats a good everybody was so helpful

Waited/walked around in plumbing for over 15 minutes for help this morning. The screen showed 4 associates on duty but only saw one the whole time. He was with another customer...not his fault. Im not a contractor or specialist so maybe the big stores just arent for people like me that need help. Ill stick to ace, those guys understand that not everyone knows what theyre doing or what theyre looking for.

My son couldnt go inside Menards today because he doesnt have an ID to prove hes 16 years old. He doesnt have a license because he has a seizure disorder! No school ID with his age on it. He had a mask on. I have nobody to watch him and he cant be alone. Thanks for nothing. I really needed some stuff in there. Also I was just in the store yesterday. They didnt question me about MY sons age. Hes going to be 17 years old!

My husband had a heart attack while in the door dept. An ambulance came and as I was following the stretcher out the doors I grabbed a bottled water. I was stopped and made to pay. Cold hearted

We understand that the climate of today is different than it was even a few short months ago. We understand that tension and anxiety is higher. But, is there no longer such a thing as common courtesy?Menards management (Bourbonnais, IL), please be aware that not everyone is cut out for customer service or dealing with the public. Perhaps you should vette your potential new hires with these qualities in mind; basic manners, kindness, compassion, willingness to help. Just a suggestion.Sometimes being treated like your business is appreciated is worth the drive.

This place is always packed. Few of the customers are observing social distancing. You won’t let children in but there are elderly people everywhere. Maybe you need to limit how many customers are in your store for the time being. I feel bad for the workers who have to be there exposing themselves every day. There are also never sanitized carts. The last time I was there the sanitation wipes were empty.

I want to extend my deepest gratitude for Jeff in the plumbing department and Luke from the Front End. I live a half and hour from any Menards store, and after battling of inches of rain that our storm drains in our town could not keep up with. They both helped me get a utility pump quickly. The store was almost closed and the only solution was to send my father (that lives 10 minutes from the Bradley location)there to pick it up and meet me in the next town over. I had to drive through flooded streets in my pickup just to get to him. Thank you to you both for saving me thousands of dollars of damage to my basement!!!

I had the most terrible experience today there. I was followed outside by two men who asked me for a drill bit they thought I didnt pay for. ApparentlyI must have looked really suspicious in my wheelchair while shoppingthat they had to actually use security cameras to follow me around the store and see if what I was actually picking up. I will never return to the Bradley Menards again.. if I ever even return tile Menards at all.When I ask to speak to the manager he told me to leave. Because the security guard was just doing his job. I said if he was just doing his job he would have asked for a receipt not a drill bit.

Really helpful and friendly staff. Although the guy in the lights /chandelier department wasnt really helpful. I asked him some questions regarding a product. He didnt even bother to help me further examine the product I was interested in. He just pointed me to it without opening the (unsealed) box to at least check things out for me. If he had opened the box, he couldve answered the few questions I had regarding the product. His response was I have absolutely no idea while walking off from where I stood.Its always such a great convenience to have full understanding about a product before purchasing it so that you are less than likely to return or exchange it. Other than my customer service experience with that guy, every other employee was very friendly and helpful. I ended up purchasing a great product. I really really enjoy the quality of it along with the price. I am very satisfied with my shopping experience at this location. Will definitely recommend to a friend :)Note: Paid twice as much at OReillys for similar LED product and the one that I purchased from here is way more vivid and multifunctional.

But recently Ive had a couple of surgeries and need handicap chairs I placed a complaint to the corporate store and they responded that they would look into it and its been about two months and they still have not gotten a single electric chair in there for handicapped individuals do the one star.
