Youre more than likely to find any craft, artsy, baking, etc. item you need here, plus tons more, but beware of the prices. Certain things you can find at other stores for half the price, so it is highly advised to go when they have a sale or coupons going on. Though if you absolutely MUST by a Harry Potter themed spatula for 12$ be my guest.

I am very disappointed in the customer service I received, I left the store feeling wounded. I was basically reprimanded for asking a question about my receipt. They did honor the online price. I still felt bad. I have never had this experience before here so I was very shocking.

Was greeted, had help finding what I needed, very pleasant trip, what they didnt have they looked it up for me, thank you.

I went in one day looking for help on some black fabric. I was directed by a short fat white lady with sholder legnth hair that it was in a back aisle. I went back there only to find dozens of black fabric. I got frustrated & left. They never offer to help you find anything. Only smile & communicate with certain customers.

Got some good clearance bargins, plus the paper cutter I wanted was on sale!

They need to make the one in Bourbannais bigger.
