Not only does this company hold integrity above all else, they also produce some of the best most reliable knives on the market.

Ive sent in a few knives to Case to have either warrantied or repaired. Every time but this one, they warrantied them and sent them back as good as new. This one is close to 50 years old and needed all 3 new blades replaced. I knew going into it that it wouldnt be a warranty thing. . Even at that they are very cheap with repairs that arent warranty One of the knives they fixed for me before came back looking like it was brand new. If it wasnt for the small crack around one of the pins I woulda thought it was a different knife. I have a trail of e-mails from them over the last 2 or 3 years and normally it is the same lady that e-mails me to answer questions. I buy quite a few knives that are Case and Buck just because they are great quality and the repair side is top notch.

They treat their employees so nasty. My wife is so upset after every single shift. No respect in this place. And over 40 year old men making disgusting comments to the younger women. Bosses treat my wife with no respect, and she always comes home upset. They’re rude, and overall a terrible place to be employed.

Got my first case, a sway back sycamore.good blade centering but there are substantial gaps.overall im happy, although it was a bit pricey and the quality is nowhere near a gec.

The one I received Hunters folding knife, the end cap tarnished in a couple of months, put in a warranty claim and was told to send it in on my cost will take no less than 2 months and said they would sharpen and buff the knife. This discoloring is from it Oxidizing (lack of metal coating) on the one end, buffing will do nothing. So if you buy one Case knife you might want to buy two, to cover for the one in their shop. Not happy.

Sent in an old knife in poor condition with a letter explaining what i hoped for and with instructions to email me an invoice prior to repairs, so i could pay up front. they responded within 3 to 4 days that my knife had been received and was being processed. the next day i got an email saying it had shipped. thinking they did nothing except ship it back untouched, i tactfully asked how much i owed. to my surprise and delight they said it was covered under warranty and no cost and to allow 4 to 6 weeks shipping. i got it in 2 days, for a total of a 6 day turnaround. incredible service. i would never had believed it had it not happened to me. Purchased a TecX® X-Pro II Tanto Blade with Partial Serration knife directly from Cases website SPECIFICALLY driven by the company’s assertion (see website FAQ) that “...Case knives are made in Bradford, PA”. Received a knife with “CHINA” engraving on blade. Just check the pictures below. Disingenuous, deceptive marketing to say the least.

Ive bought many knives from case. A Texas toothpick I bought had a bad handle, small pits and dull spot. Returning was useless as they say it was within specks. Disappointing as Im accustomed to high quality from them. Abalone is expensive! Ill look elsewhere for knives now.

They make amazing pocket knives. I made one custom for my grandfather and now that he is in heaven , I hold on to it as a keepsake and inmemory of him.
