Can we give more than 5 Stars?We were 400 miles away from our house and the alternator of the car died. We somehow drove to one of the only open service center that day (Labor Day). They already have some work but as we had a situation the owner decided to help us. He gave us a quote and assurance that they should be able to fix it.He told me it would take them about 2 hours but the job was difficult, it actually took them four and a half hour and 3 men constantly working in the vehicle. The guys didnt even took the lunch break but kept working on the car as we had to drive a long distance.As the work was completed I asked them if I have to pay extra for the hours they had put into the job, but the owner refused and said it was their job and that they only charge whatd due.They did what real men do - help someone in troubleAll I can do for them is write a good review and wish them all the best!

Straight-forward and consistent. I’ve taken my SUV here several times and Charlie and his crew make customer service a priority. They are super accommodating and quick to get you in and out! I highly recommend this garage.

They did an amazing job, and short-handed from my understanding. I needed a quick turn around full synthetic change and on a Saturday morning, they got me in at about 0850 and I was out long before the time I asked if they could do it by. They employee, forgive me Im terrible with names, but he told me 30 minutes, and Im certain they actually did it in less time. Love this place!!

Chad did the work after checking the requested issues and even took a locking lug off my tire I didnt have key for and replaced 4 lug nuts for me free of charge.

Ive been bringing a number of vehicles to Monroe Muffler in Bradford PA for as long as I can remember for oil changes, tires, brakes and inspections. Why? Because I get fantastic service each and every time. Charlie answers the phone with such a positive voice and I always get the requested appointment time for the very next day. I also like the fact that they have appointment times later in the day. Charlies staff are all honest guys and service my car professionally at a fair price. I feel confident and safe taking my car on a long distance trip knowing that Charlies guys have checked everything over for me.

Charlie and the staff were all very pleasant, friendly, and accommodating. They fixed my exhaust system in a timely manner. If any other stuff decides to fall off my car while Im near Bradford, Ill definitely be back.

I always go here to get my oil changed here. They are a pretty awesome team!!! I’ve had other issue and Anthony has always helped and gone above what some will do. But all the guys there are awesome. The other day I went and got my oil changed and some one came in with a tire issue. The guy (don’t know his name) helped his couple rather quickly the gentleman was very pleased. It’s people like this crew that make a business amazing!!! Helpful and very friendly!!! You guys rock!!!!

My wife noticed the car was acting funny and shaking, so we made an appointment with Monro and described the problem. They booked the appointment knowing the issues yet told me they couldn’t even check what was wrong when I came in and said go to the dealership.Now I’m on the side of the road waiting for AAA. Don’t go here if you need anything other than an oil change.

Charlie and the guys at my Monroe have always taken good care of my family and me. Our vehicles are in good hands. They always make time for me and I completely trust their work. They recently had to talk me down off the ledge. I was sure my Jeep was coming apart, the vibration was so bad. They assured me that I had just simply driven the wheels off it. They went over all my options and helped me choose the correct tires for me and my driving style. I wont take my Jeep anywhere else!

Quick and friendly service! So thankful I found an affordable place to get my oil changed while away at college, the dealership in town definitely couldnt compete for a $22 change. No one tries to sell you on extra things either which is nice.

I took my husbands vehicle in for exhaust work after having it inspected elsewhere they wanted to charge us double for the same work. Good deal, right! Well I take it in my husband that very morning put new brakes and rotor on. I take it in for the exhaust work and inspection. They then called my husband and told him that his tires would not pass. My husband informed them that he had them off this morning the tread was fine , they then stated they had dry rot.When that didnt fly I left there with a sliced sliced tire. I just had to go elsewhere to have new tires put on.(still cheaper than what they wanted to charge) I will never again do business with them. Absolutely no morals!!!!

I needed an inspection, they changed me $600. They said it needed 4 new tires. The tires that I had on them only had 12,000 miles. I wasnt prepared for such a high bill. They called my bank and got my account balance from the bank.They locked my car in the garage. I had to walk 25 miles home.Their was only 2 mechanics on duty near cloing time but there was 6 young men in the garage sitting around and drinking who knows what.

Was originally supposed to get snow tires put on at Walmart in Olean- was told twice over the phone on two different phone calls that my name was put down for 5:00 to get the tires that I had sent to the store put on. When I arrived at the store, I was told after waiting 20 minutes in line that they dont do appointments and it would be at least a 2 hour wait. Having just finished my 9 hour shift at work I was not about to stand around Walmart for 2-3 more hours.The next day I called Monro Muffler in Bradford where they were able to find snow tires for my car within hours. I stopped by after work the same day and they were able to get my car in and out in less than an hour, and it was about $100 less than what I was expecting. The staff was very nice and I will definintely be taking my car there over Walmart for any other tire/brake fixes I need. 10/10 highly recommend Monro.

Service was slow and team came off lazy and rude. When the service was finally finished they brushed it off saying we got it done a lot quicker than it usually does. If it takes you longer than 2 hours to change 2 tires you need to reevaluate yourself as a mechanic. Never again Monro.

Well gave this place a 2nd try my wife made an appointment for inspection/oil change she got a confirmation email and everything which lead her to belive she had an appointment for inspection! So we get there at the time the CONFIRMATION email stated and was told oh we dont do inspection well then maybe you shouldnt let people make appointments then! and probably also shouldnt have a sign in front of your building saying that you do state inspection? Im all for supporting local buisness but come on this place truly is terrible I wouldnt let them touch my bicycle take your buisness right up the road to walmart for your oil change
